My husband got me this as a valentines gift. I scheduled a facial, wrap, and massage. The visit started off with a massage which was nice but the therapist wasn't very helpful in making the add on sound very enticing and she talked the entire time! I received an hour and a half. I am used to being able to Leave my things in a locker and not have to lug them from room to room but I did anyways- very non relaxing if you ask me!! The wrap is such a waste of money. Don't even waste time hearing about it! It was uncomfortable and non beneficial. The facial was okay. It seemed she ran out of things to do and just kept rubbing lotion all over my face for a long long long long time. I get a facial massage but this was a bit over board. The bathrooms are gross and the atmosphere is Cold and overall this place is in desperate need of a makeover. It looks like an old club or something. Not relaxing at all! I was just a bundle of nerves about it, but Ashley was outstanding and put me right at ease. Just during our initial few minutes visiting, she was watching and assessing...everything from the expressions I made when I talked to which areas would have the mot impact from a small change. I ended up getting just 20 vials of Botox, but I have an appointment to go back for fibro blasting to tighten my skin. I feel so fortunate to have her services! She is very conscientious about safety (explaining why certain procedures cannot be done near facial arteries or nerves, etc). I'm so glad I went in and cannot wait to go back! read more

My wife was looking to find a new/better masseuse to get a massage on a Sunday. However not too many places are open on Sundays and most of the good ones that are open are typically booked up for the day. She saw this place online and decided to book a 90 minute deep tissue because they had plenty openings. Now we know why they had plenty of openings and also why they have a website with absolutely NO PRICES on their menus. She got there 30 minutes early to check out the place. It's a huge empty building that looks like an empty museum. She ordered a drink and a salad. She never received her salad before her massage and finally got her drink right before it was time for her massage. Then her masseuse was 15 minutes late in starting her massage. My wife went to massage school years ago and she has had many massages since then as well. This massage was mediocre at the very best. They then let her sit in the sauna for free afterwards I guess to try to make up for all that was lacking. After a 90 mediocre massage, salad, one mimosa, tip, and sauna visit (free), grand total charged was $233. The pricing for the massage was $175 for 90 minutes. WAY more expensive than the going rate for the same massage anywhere else. I normally give businesses the benefit of the doubt however, this place is a scam. I feel I need to warn the mass public. I have had nothing but negative experiences with this "spa." My first visit had to be rescheduled to another building. The NP doing my botox was flighty and confused. The botox injections didn't work at all, so I'm not sure if she put them in the right areas. The next time, I was scheduled with someone different, but they changed who I was seeing back to the 1st person without telling me. For my wedding, I decided to go there for my nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was barely more than a color change even though it was expensive. The nails were the worst I have ever had done. Then the next time I was scheduled for botox, they changed the location from the spa to a seedy looking office building. The final straw was when I was scheduled again for botox, but I had to cancel due to my daughter having COVID. Even though I called and left a message as soon as I knew, I got no call back and was charged a $50 no show fee. I still have not received a call back from management to discuss this fee after 2 days. Needless to say, I am not going back and would not recommend this place to anyone wanting good service. read more

I had been to the spa before so I did not have to fill out new client forms. I had to sit in the waiting area for a few minutes and I was taken to a room on the first floor near the nail spa area. By the time I was under the sheet it had to have been after 1:15 (1pm appt) and the massage ended at 2:15. I even asked, was that 90 minutes? During my massage I could hear most of the conversation of the people next door. So it was kind of distracting. I was using a 50% off coupon, so I figured I was just getting a 50% off kind of experience, sadly. The massage was great and like I said the staff were so nice, they even gave me a goodie bag on my way out for all the noise. But I was greatly disappointed receiving a 60 min massage when I requested 90 mins and paid for 90 mins. Never go here for hair services! From the shampoo to the final result nothing was good. For a shampoo, blowout and curl I literally had 3 stylists. A round brush was used for maybe 3 sections of my hair. I wanted to throw up from how many time I heard "girl I got u" and "baby girl". So unprofessional! A couple of months ago (which I let it go) I was charged $25 after rescheduling a appointment which I rescheduled two weeks in advance but yet some reason was charged. after telling them today I wouldn't be able to make it, I was willing to pay because I knew it was a cancellation this time but told them it was because I didn't know if it would be okay if I could be in the sun right after having botox because my boyfriend surprised me with a outdoor trip without realizing anything about botox and so all I was trying to do before canceling was asking the rude receptionist if it was okay to be in the sun and do activities after getting botox and they would not answer my question instead it's "up to me to decide" like i'm the one who should know the answers? But that either way they will be charging me. Then had the nerve to ask when I would like to reschedule like no thank you I won't be coming back. I would've been fine with everything if she wasn't so hateful on the phone and would've explained if it was okay or not if I could do activities a couple hours after getting the botox. after reading the reviews from other people I can agree 100% this place is not good enough for the people to act the way they do and they definitely ONLY care about money. Edmond definitely has better places besides this one. And let's not forget the first time I went when I was being poked with needle and knew it hurt way more than it ever had before and she said for some reason it's not smoothly breaking your skin and then she realized after attempting several times that it wasn't a sharp needle and the point was broken off.... like shouldn't you know that before attempting to shove it in my face. that's only time I've ever had bad bruising from botox on my forehead. I originally thought this place had potential, but it honestly is a terrible business. They lie about their prices and won't give you prices over the phone until after you have signed waivers. They told me before I went back for my massage that they would honor my old Groupon price for $135 but then changed their minds after I was done and charged me $165. I can't stress enough to NOT get a massage here. My friend and I had a 90 min full body massage and the therapists took us back late. My friend's massage was short by 15 min but still charged the 90mins. The receptionist/manager argued with her about the time but she even has an email receipt that time stamped when she checked out. Even though you pay for a full body massage they won't massage the front of your legs. When I inquired about why they don't massage your quads, the largest muscle on your body, the manager told me she teaches them not to because she doesn't want to make people "uncomfortable". What actually are they insinuating?!! There's a reason you can get same day appointments. I'm sure they don't have a lot of return business. They are overpriced and the manager is rude. This is a cute little place in Edmond that offers so many services! I have had a pedicure there and it was fabulous! They explained the use of copper bowls vs the chairs that filter through water and they use the copper for cleanliness. It was very clean. I loved my pedicure. I went in for a gel manicure and again absolutely loved it, my nails look awesome! It's been awhile since I've been to a place that is relaxing and not focused on how fast they can filter people through, a great manicure, and is clean. I think next I'll try a massage and I'm sure I will be just as pleased as I have been with the other services I have received. Please check this place out. They have so much to offer. read more

Was very disappointed after looking forward to coming here. I am from out of town and wanted to pamper myself to getting my nails done (dip manicure). I have been getting my nails done since 2018, so I am familiar with the drill. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes while I waited. After someone came, they brought me to the nail bar. I had my previous dip taken off, my tech was not very friendly at first and I conversed more with another tech than my own. After picking my color and starting the process, my tech seemed to be warming up. While she was taking off my previous dip, she filed on my nails so hard with the tool that the nail itself burned. She also cut my thumb with the electric sander and immediately put acetone on it. I still have a scab from this. After she had finished my dip, I had mentioned that I never got rhinestones on my nails before and would like to try it. She told me that she didn't like symmetry so the nails that I picked would not look the same, I found this odd but decided to let her use her artistic ability. The rhinestones were not what I was hoping for but decided to let it be. A day later one finger with all the rhinestones on it had completely fallen off in one clump. I called and they offered for me to come back in to get them fixed. After the experience I had the day before with getting cut and my finger nails still sore from the extensive sanding I declined and just decided to let it be. Mind you I had paid close to $100 for these nails. Exactly one week later there is not a nail on either hand that is not chipped or has stayed in tack at all. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for going to a spa instead of a regular nail salon. I am not rough with my nails either. I am a teacher on summer break and have only been doing things around the house. In my opinion this should not be happening one week after getting my nails done. I usually go 4-5 weeks with no chipping, falling off, or cracks in my nails. Very disappointed. read more

First time visit. Very clean and well put together. The massage therapists Alyssa and Katerina were outstanding. Deep tissue massage for 90 min, they were able to keep the pressure up throughout the massage. The entire massage was awesome but the back massage in particular was as the best I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend this place. My only complaint is was the lack of showers for after the massage and no small quiet area. The common area was a large lobby with outside light. Wasn't the most relaxing. I care about my body and want to know how to address what's going wrong and how to make it better and she knows her stuff. Went in for the 2nd time for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Mikayla, and it was well worth it. She massaged muscles I didn't even know need massaging and got a lot of knots out which felt incredible. I'm for sure going back for more massages in the future. Scheduled an appointment online. Within 30 minutes, I realized that I could not make it. It would not let me cancel my appointment online, I had to call. The number that is under this salon (842-5874 in google) is incorrect, they will no longer answer back. You have to call the 888 number. While my appointment was still pending, I was scrambling to try to cancel in time so they wouldn't charge me. Meanwhile, I was scrambling, someone was able to accept my appointment. I finally got a hold of someone and they told me the manager would call me...they never did. She recommended a bun. So I said OK not realizing she was going to do a sock bun!!!!!! I went up to pay after in the chair approximately 45 minutes and it was $75.00. I was shocked.
