Very happy customer! I purchased a 36" Cafe Gas Range from HD and was caught in a bit of drama between HD and their contracted delivery/installation guys. HD resolved the issue by arranging for a pro-installer to install/haul away and connected me to Eclipse. Great communication from this company at the get go. They reached out to me right away by phone and email. HD had given them a wrong phone number for me and had scheduled installation on the same day as delivery. Eclipse explained that they couldn't set up an appointment until after HD delivers the range to my home in case of unforeseen delivery delays. Makes sense. On the day of delivery, Eclipse called me for delivery status but HD was running late. HD delivered my range at 7pm! I sent a text to Eclipse that evening to confirm I received my range. Appointment was set and I received a call from Stephanie yesterday with a 2 hour window time frame. Today, the installation team called to let me know they were 20 minutes away. They arrived prepared and conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner. They hauled away my old range, tidied up, and gave me tips about my new range. Purchased dishwasher appliance from Lowe's. Lowe's contracted with Eclipse to deliver and install the product. Eclipse had very poor communication throughout entire process and took them multiple weeks just to reach out for scheduling the delivery, and another couple weeks for delivery/installation date. 1st attempt at installation, eclipse technician removed existing dishwasher prior to inspecting new dishwasher only to find out the product was damaged and had to reinstall old dishwasher. It took another 3 weeks to reschedule 2nd attempt installation appointment. Technicians were supposed to arrive within a 2 hour delivery window that they determined on morning of delivery. Technician did not show up until 2 hours after delivery windows. I wish Lowe's provided alternative options for delivery/installation companies especially after a failed 1st delivery/installation attempt with Eclipse. read more

The dishwasher was ready for pickup on 12/11 and Eclipse was supposed to have called me to schedule installation. Not only did they not ever call me, they never answer their phone and never called me back after leaving message. Eclipse was hired by Whirlpool to exchange out a defective refrigerator at my home. They had to come out twice, as the first replacement appliance was damaged in transit to their warehouse. In both instances that the two gentleman, Chase and Doug were impressively professional and courteous. They were extremely careful with the delivery and removal of the refrigerators not to damage anything in my home, as they had to bring up and down steps. The office was very efficient in scheduling, and I was called about 20 minutes before they arrived at my home, which was appreciated so I could prepare for their arrival. The assembly of the new refrigerator was done in a timely manner, and they cleaned up the workspace perfectly. And all along they made friendly conversation while they were working. We contacted Eclipse Appliance Installation to install our dishwasher purchased from Lowe's. Our building requires installers to have insurance, which the staff at Eclipse confirmed they had available when we first called them. When we emailed them requesting the paperwork, Sean from Eclipse emailed and said "i will not be getting a COI endorsed for a simple dishwasher installation. please contact another company sean" So, they are apparently not interested in "simple dishwasher installation" and now we are having to scramble to find another company while we deal with not having a dishwasher.
