Then I showed them their own text messages to me that had the scheduling information and they all of a sudden got apologetic. However, they're are doing nothing to fix their error and are further delaying the installation of my dishwasher that is desperately for my household of 5 with a couple of toddlers who go through dishes like no other. They refuse to try to go out of their way to make up for their error and claim they're legally not allowed to work on the weekend. All a bunch of complete BS. He knew what he was doing. They were very efficient. He was so good that we have him look at our faucet that lead them to comeback. For years we had our faucet in our kitchen not properly installed and faucet keeps moving however we keep it tighten under the sink. Dakota took a look at it and told us we'll need to get a new faucet he did a great job on pinpointing the cause. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in letting us know how the dishwasher worked. The technician also replaced some hose that was one of the problems with the other dishwasher not working properly. did a nice clean job on a wall oven install where the kitchen cabinet needed to be trimmed 1/2 inch on both sides to fit the new wider oven. also had to create a shelf for new oven to sit on because the new oven was 6-8 inches shorter than the old one. Eclipse can sell and order the matching oven trim to cover the newly created gap which they mail directly to your home. The pricing was open and upfront, it's fair for what you get because the guys do a nice clean install as they do these types of installs regularly. read more

I'm a bit frustrated with my experience not only with Home Depot but the company they referred us to Eclipse Appliance. We paid an original fee to have our gas connected to our new stove and the dishwasher installed draining to the disposal. The installation fee was paid in advance to Home Depot for $268.00. Once Eclipse arrived they made us pay an additional $195.00 for the hose extension which was not disclosed prior. After numerous washes we were wondering why our dishes weren't drying properly. It wasn't until we called a local plumber out to make sure the work was done properly. It was then disclosed that the installers installed the $195.00 hose pinched which is not allowing the water to properly drain. Very disappointed. read more

The installers are not prepared. They used my dining table as their workbench, they use an old welcome matt as a drop cloth, they also do not read the directions for installation, and they do not use any rulers or laser leveling devices. These guys installed my hood crooked and off center. They also did not fasten the hood securely, so it would vibrate and wobble if you touch it. I called to have it fixed, but since I signed for it, they refused. I do not recommend these so called "installers". If you use them, don't accept your job until you are thoroughly satisfied. They will also charge you extra for any unseen issues. Keep an eye on them, they are snaky and stole my so called "useless leftover items", I needed the screws to properly secure the hood. Worst job ever. I put down my own plastic to cover the stovetop. I normally don't write reviews, but this hands down is a no repeat, no recommendations. Please beware when Home Depot arranges them for your installation. You guys refused to come back out when I called, and said I already accepted the job. I ordered the item from Home Depot and had free installation. I had to pay an additional $150 for the guy to cut the stainless steel covering, since it was 20" too long. I was wrong thinking these guys knew what they were doing. read more
