BIG MISTAKE, I've had nothing but problems with the oven and with Thor customer service. I've had four technicians come out to fix problems with the oven and fridge, none of which were fixed properly. Finally, Thor had River City come out. Ryan and Antwan called ahead to let me know they were on the way, were professional and courteous and fixed the oven door in less than 20 minutes. While they were here, I mentioned that the Thor icemaker had stopped working the first year, and while Thor sent me a replacement, they refused to send anyone to install it. I said I'd definitely call them when I remembered where I put it (LOL!), and about 15 minutes after they left, I found it! I called the office and they were able to send Ryan and Antwan back SAME DAY to install it for me at a reasonable price. Definitely keeping River City in my Rolodex! Hoping I don't have to call them anytime soon, but nice to know I found a reliable, honest repair service at a fair price.

Most recently, our washer was having issues, mainly because I was overloading it and our dryer went out. I contacted MTZ and they helped us replace the washer and fixed our dryer no problem. The price they invoiced us was a deal in comparison to others, I am definitely going to keep giving MTZ business and referring them to my family. Luis, I am assuming is the owner of the company or at least a family member in charge is a great guy and helped us out with the delivery and installation both times. He was good in communicating with me when he was able to come and deliver and was very flexible with the times to meet.
