I brought my father's suite and shirt to be cleaned for his funeral. When I picked it up, I noticed that there were two stains on the front of the shirt and the collar was not properly cleaned. The lady stated that they can try cleaning the shirt again but unfortunately, I didn't have time for that because my father's suite had to go to the funeral home that same day. I'm not sure why they would even give someone back a stained shirt without first trying all they can to properly clean it. When I asked the lady for a refund for the shirt only, the man told me that they cleaned the shirt best they could and he would not issue a refund. In my opinion, this is very poor customer service especially given the situation which I informed them of. I will not return to this cleaners as they clearly do no appreciate or want my business. read more

Moved to the area fairly recently and was happy to see a reputable dry cleaner and tailor. Recently had a sport coat that needed a new job and all went well! Decent prices and appreciated the quick turnaround and text to alert me when complete. Oh ...and they're a UPS access point! The boutique where I purchased my dress wanted $400 to do any alterations. Ji and Eco cleaners altered my dress for $30, in a weeks time, and did an amazing job. I always get a text when everything is done and everything is always returned in amazing shape with great customer service. I would recommend to anyone. We have been coming here since Eco opened and could not be happier (unless he stayed open a tad later) but it's a one man show and the owner deserves some down time too. Great service. Friendly. We have had everything cleaned from dress clothes to bedding to coats. Nicely done. Quick and reliable. We even get our UPS packages there now to. Very clean and bright addition to the neighborhood. If we don't feel like walking you can always (illegally) park for a minute on the corner and run in. read more

Eco is fine for dry cleaning. Quick, polite, and they do a good job. However, I wouldn't recommend them for alterations. I had a bridesmaid dress altered there and the seamstress took it in way way more than was needed. When I got home and tried it on (two weeks after dropping it off), it was so tight that the zipper split! I took it back and she said she couldn't let it out any more because she had cut the fabric. I'm pretty bummed because the dress is a total loss and I'm going to have to try to get a new one in time for the wedding. The seamstress was super nice, but I will never go back for alterations - too costly of a mistake. read more

So far, so good. I had my first experience with ECO Cleaners a couple weeks ago. I dropped my clothes off on a Monday or Tuesday in hopes that I could have them by Friday, which was not a problem. My usual spot always takes at least a week. On Friday morning, I received a text message from the cleaners informing me that my clothes were ready for pick-up. I haven't done an Inspector Gadget-style study of my threads but they seemed appropriately cleaned and pressed. Also, this place was a lot less expensive than my usual dry cleaner. Today I dropped off a second batch, which will again be ready by Friday. If all continues to go well, ECO may become my go-to dry cleaner. Super happy to have this business so close and convenient to my home. read more

Do not go here unless you want your belongings to go missing! They almost didn't give me back a yellow dress today, luckily I remembered I had given it to them. It was my favorite one! DO NOT COME HERE!! They will damage your clothes, lecture you about how they did not damage your clothes and then still force you to pay for your damaged clothes! TERRIBLE Shop. DO NOT GO HERE. I needed clothing dry cleaned in three days. She told me five daya and then told me three was possible. She said pick up after 6 PM and gave me a slip that said pick up after 6 PM. That day I went at 5:45, and the shop was closed. I could not pick up my clothing and had to go on a trip without it. When I explain this to her a week later, she started yelling at me. Very rude. I will never go here again. read more

Suit was adequately cleaned. Owner said I would receive a text when my garment was ready for pick-up - text was never received. When I arrived at the shop to pick up my suit, owner could not find it for over five minutes - don't know if I would feel comfortable leaving expensive clothing in such disorganized care. Unfortunately, while we have had several good months of service from ECO Cleaners, we are no longer able to use them. We took a dress in to be cleaned, picked it up and immediately went on vacation. Unfortunately when we got there, we found that the dress was soiled beyond any hope of repair -- it looks as though a candy, presumably from some other garment, got on the dress and somehow fused and solidified into a hard, sticky mass. We called to let them know the dress had been ruined, and to ask what their policy was, hoping for at the very least some sympathy but ideally some sort of compensation for ruining a garment of ours. Unfortunately, the response was simply that things are checked "multiple times" and that if it were "obvious" they would have noticed before giving it back to us. We explained we thought it was obvious and that it was certainly not anything we had done, as the dress had gone directly from dry cleaners into suitcase with plastic intact. When we asked about their policy, we were told "it's our policy to provide clean clothes, so we check everything multiple times." We offered to send a photograph but there was no interest. We had recommended ECO to many of our colleagues but unfortunately can no longer, as we are incredibly disappointed. read more

The quality of their dry cleaning is better than most, but the store lacks consistency in hours. Ive had too many issues where the store opens late or is closed at random times during the middle of the day. I want this to be my regular shop, but will probably go else where because I need somewhere that will be consistently be open during their scheduled hours. read more

Do not come here for any seamstress work. I live around the corner and try my best to support local businesses-I've come here before for dry cleaning and have never had an issue. I needed a bridesmaid dress slightly altered (bust was too large). After agreeing on what needed to be done and having several weeks of wiggle room, I came back 1 week later and we could not even start to zip the dress around my rib cage--far too much was taken in. She assured me she could fix it and I came back a week later to find the dress still too tight and the original problem remained unchanged. I returned a third time, the bust was never altered, the dress still will not zip and the slit is completely uneven with so many random lines/pulls that never previously existed. The wedding is now a week away and I need to order a new dress as this is completely unwearable. She seemed incredibly unsympathetic to my situation. I wish she explained upfront or after the first visit that this was out of her realm and I would have taken the dress elsewhere and continued to use their dry cleaning service. Additionally, I was asked to pay for the dress alteration upfront and was never refunded, and was further charged for dry cleaning I dropped off at one of the subsequent visits. Extremely disappointed and disheartened to have to leave such a negative review. read more

Should be a 0 stars. I took my dress there to get cleaned 9/27 and needed it same day service. They said it would be ready by close of business. I went to pick up the dress and the dress 'fell apart during the cleaning process'. I let them fix it and they acted annoyed that I was looking at the workmanship of their tailoring. There was loose thread and when I inquired about it, I was told I can cut the thread. This for a dress that they DAMAGED. And I paid for the dry cleaning. I will never be back. Be aware.
