Heres what the movers really did. Here's a list: They pissed in my things. Stole from me- Screwed up all of my belongings. 1. Took the cords out of every electronic device, so I wouldn't actually not be able to actually use them. 2. I cannot use my computer, the printer (I had to buy a new one) there are no cords to plug in my electronics.the guys took 3. They went through all of things and mixed them all up, so I couldn't find anything or really unpack and put my stuff somewhere. 4. They stole 2 boxes of a narcotics from me.(prescribed) 5.They opened a box that was supposed to be sent to my ex jerk boyfriend. They took out the letter I wrote to this guy along with the piece of paper from Something else- with my address on it. And taped it to a different box. They tried to make it look like the actual box was not touched. Then I guess they thought they would have some gotcha moment.. haha Sarah we got you! 6. They pissed on my things!!! So this along with throwing my things into boxes, not using my boxes, the third guy didn't even stay to move my things into my new place. Where he went I have no idea. But Louis charged me for it anyway. it took them 8 hours! It's a 4 hour move. They spent the time making sure I would have the worst move ever, can't plug anything in, they pissed on my things of mine, putting things that were in one place- mixed them all up, so there is no way I can organize them at my new place. I am still learning about what they did to me and my things. Plus I gave them a $600 tip. They went through and read all of my personal papers, letters, everything. Then made sure all of them were in 500 different boxes. They did not use the things I bought to pack my things in. So they charged me $9 per box. This was our third move with Echo. They've all gone very well, but this most recent move was undoubtedly the best. We moved from a two bedroom apartment into another - only about a mile away. The apartment we vacated was a one-flight walk up, which was why we were moving. The two gentlemen showed up right on time, and did an amazing job of protecting all our furniture with wrapped blankets and safely getting everything down the stairs. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. In just a few hours, they were ready to take everything to our new apartment. The unloading there was just as efficient and trouble free. I was able to book these movers just a few days before our move. I realized late in the game that I wasn't gonna be able to do it all myself. Eco Movers to the rescue! Fidel, Josue, and Misael showed up when they said they would and made quick work of protecting our furniture and moving it out of the house along with many heavy boxes! I would not recommend this company. We were initially quoted one price, which was later changed due to their own error. I spoke directly with the owner beforehand and clearly outlined our needs--moving five small items a short distance (approximately 4 miles)--and was assured everything would be handled appropriately. However, several key expectations were not met. Items that were specifically identified as valuable, including chairs that were supposed to be wrapped, were not protected as promised. The movers also arrived at the wrong address, causing delays, and some items were damaged during the move. Additionally, the movers were unprofessional in their interactions and were notably rude to our house sitter, which was concerning and inappropriate. Because the service was billed hourly, these inefficiencies--including arriving at the wrong address and moving items that did not need to be moved--directly increased the total cost. Overall, the service did not align with what was communicated or expected. Given the standards I would anticipate in the Woodinville area, this experience fell short. read more

Do not use Eco Movers unless you want to be harassed relentlessly. Ever since I used them, Eco Movers has harassed me multiple times a day every day with phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails. I have requested multiple times that they cease and desist all contact with me. I am disabled with health issues and I paid them generously, including tips, I am not obligated to leave a review online, but they are obligated to take me off their mailing list and their phone list when I insist that they do so. I called their office and spoke to someone several days ago because I wanted to give them an opportunity to voluntarily cease contacting me before I left a negative review, but their continued harassment has forced me to take further action. Hopefully leaving this negative review online will finally get me some resolution. I am now individually blocking every email and text from them but new email address addresses and new phone numbers keep popping up. I just want this nightmare to end. Response to Grant: I do not take posting a review like this lightly. When nothing else worked, I was forced to escalate this to a public forum, but that certainly was not my first choice. Despite the promises to not contact me any further I have continued to receive daily communications. For example, this text from a few hours ago seems hand-written rather than automated: "Hey Betty, Megan from Eco Movers Moving and Storage here. I just wanted to quickly follow up on my last message. Has anyone come to mind who might be interested in our services?" Out of courtesy I'm not going to post the screenshot of that text here since the screenshot includes the phone number of the sender, and I don't want to expose anyone else to harassment, but in response to your message (which I do appreciate) I did just want to clarify that I am still receiving multiple communications a day from your business. I am hoping that it will now stop and I do appreciate your response. And I understand why you might not like to hear the word "harassment" and I understand that it can be subjective, but in all honesty, when I get three emails and a text and a phone call all on the same day (like I did on Fri 4/3) harassment is what it feels like from my point of view. And I should point out that I only gave Eco Movers my primary email after I was promised that it would not be used by Eco Movers for any solicitation, so that promise was not honored. My move was made very easy with Ruben and Kevin's help, along with Ana and other customer service contacts before the move. I loved the option of renting ecoboxes. Everything was more manageable in sturdier containers, NO TAPE required, and they provide packing paper too. There was a small mishap and they forgot to bring it initially when dropping off boxes, but they gave me a discount and made sure to bring plenty day of move. And they helped me pack up some of my remaining loose things. They were right on time at earliest time possible in window and they did a walk through and started breaking things down and moving them FAST!! Professional and friendly.
