Submitted an online form and was contacted within a few hours by rep. Had option of submitting inventory online vs someone coming to the home for assessment. Easily got the date we needed despite only calling a month ahead. No deposit needed, free cancellation. Multiple follow-ups via email and phone from rep, always very courteous and helpful. On the day of our move, team lead called us to let us know they were on their way. Team very efficient and friendly, items wrapped with care. Furniture taken apart and re-assembled in the rooms we requested efficiently. No lost or damaged items we have noticed so far. Our job took the entire 8 hr day as predicted and final quote within $200 of original estimate. Can pay by card but save fees by paying with check or cash. Eco Movers made our moving day as stress free as possible and we were so grateful for that. read more

The crew was prompt, communicative, polite, and did an excellent job with our move. They worked incredibly hard--seemingly without pause--and were very careful with our belongings. They put down runners to protect the floors, ensured they knew the best ways in/around/through to move the furniture and other items. The customer service team was also very helpful. My only nit with this service is that our move took two days, but was originally estimated at one day. Two days worked out just fine and in hindsight one day was not realistic at all. The total cost was also roughly double the original estimate, which makes sense given the two days. I thought the original estimate was unrealistically low relative to the other bids we got, so had planned for buffer. I've used the Tacoma location twice, moving first from my old house to two storage units, then the storage units to a condo. I had the same team both times, Netzer and Lonzell and a third fellow (I apologize I didn't catch his name). Both times I found the company and the moving team very responsive and professional, and well prepared equipment wise (plenty of blankets, extra boxes, etc). Even an all-glass display cabinet survived both moves unscathed. My friend who was helping me move was impressed as well and plans to use this company when she moves. AMAZING We just moved today, all three of the movers were SO polite. They were right on time this morning as well. They always made sure to ask where we specifically wanted everything and were even nice enough to move my couch again after they already set it up! (I'm so indecisive) They made sure to take great care of all of our items, they wrapped all the imported stuff (TV, tables, chairs etc) in moving blankets just to make sure no scuffs happened. They had a hell of a time getting our king size bed upstairs to the master but DAMN they worked so hard and got it up there. These three men were absolutely amazing. **please don't use this moving company** I used this company for a move from Seattle to Lacey and they lost 3-4 boxes of mine that I realized later after the 9 month window period. I had my items placed in a storage and didn't realize until later everything they had lost. I called asking them to do an internal investigation understanding that I would not be compensated but just wanting them to look into what happened. They told me that they will investigate but not reach back out to me as it's not part of their policy. VERY BAD customer experience and I will not ever use them again. I had to spend $800 replacing items they lost on a $1500 move. If you use them please be aware of the items you have and take inventory as I would not want this to happen to someone else. I lost half of my dishes and glassware, all my living room pillows, blankets, and that's what I've discovered so far as I'm unpacking my boxes from the move this company did! read more

This was possibly my best moving experience ever! My movers called before arriving (as promised), arrived on time, worked expeditiously to wrap and transport all of my furnishings. They wrapped and carried everything with care and placed it where I requested at my new place. They were well mannered and professional, which is rare in ANY industry now days. We did an in place move. We moved furniture from upstairs/down and down/up (narrow stairs and narrow spaces) adjusting the living space of 3 rooms including moving some furniture out. Without Eco Movers, we figure it would have taken us a few hours and we would have looked like the 3 Stooges. With Eco Movers, it was ~ 45min and graceful. Highly recommend Eco Movers. I used eco movers for an apartment move. Gabe and his crew were super efficient, reliable, and friendly when it came to packing and moving my stuff. When they arrived, I detailed out all the things to stay and go and then they went about their business securing and packing my stuff. They asked about any items they were uncertain about packing, which was much appreciated. Even when I accidentally forgot to tell them not to pack a large mirror they, we're super willing to unwrap it and hang it back up in the apartment. When it came to the actual move, everything was in and out of my apartment in a bit over an hour and likewise at the destination. They reassembled anything they disassembled (primarily the bed) even if it was something very minor. After unpacking all my stuff, I found it was all in the exact condition I left it in which is always what you want. The eco boxes are a nice touch too since you don't have to disassemble and recycle them and can stack them pretty easily for minimal footprint. Overall, would highly recommend and will use again in the future. read more

Lucky enough to have the Dynamic Duo of Boris and Travon for an arduous new appliance move. Sounds simple until we needed brains and braun to fit very large appliances in very tight elevators at both pick up and final destinations. They are seasoned professionals and had to get a bit creative in such tight spaces. Booking was also very easy but Boris and Travon were the heavy lifters - literally! The team of movers were friendly, respectful and worked hard to stay within the hours allocated so our project was not over budget. The process was explained clearly and costs were discussed upfront so there were not any surprises. They put together some of the items delivered and did it with care as if it was their own.
