Update: Josh generously provided a FREE cleaning of a small bedroom's carpet after my last service call resulted in excellent results but just one small foot rug to have been overlooked when all my others were returned to me. Due to his minor oversight on this, he promised a free service the next time but I didn't expect that to be transferred to an entire room, figuring I'd get a discount instead but Josh wouldn't take any payment and did a great job. I'm so glad for Josh coming in to clean my carpet. I actually had an appointment set up with another company to clean the carpet of 2 flights of stairs, a piece of landing in between the stairs, 1 hallway, and 3 rooms. Initially I was quoted a VERY low price and promise time between 7 - 9 AM. The cleaner didn't arrive until 10 AM and tried to up-sell me almost 150% of what was quoted. Not only were they trying to up-sell me but the guy was rude and made unprofessional comments about my dirty carpet. I told the guy "No thanks" and hopped onto Yelp to find someone that can do it the same day. I found Eco Pro Cleaning Services and Carpet Care and called them hoping to get it done today. After explaining my situation and what was going on they gave me a later time in the afternoon but that was fine! Even then Josh called me 2 hours earlier and told me that he'll be able to be earlier which was even better. He arrived promptly and went to work quickly. The stains that I had concerns about were taken care of and the very dog-haired-ridden carpet were cleaned very well. I would definitely use their services again. read more

I've had my carpet for 6 years and have never had it or my tile cleaned (my bad and no we are not a completely gross family...). It was filthy and embarrassing, and had multiple pet and dirt stains. In our office it smelled really bad of urine from our dog. We were long overdue for a very deep cleaning. I found Josh and after reviewing his 5 star yelp status gave him a call. He immediately answered and listened to me explain the state of my carpet and tile. He assured me the issues could be addressed with a deep cleaning with pet odor removal. I asked him if he could put a protectant on the carpet and seal the grout. Again, he made me feel confident that this would be done well. I also asked him about air-duct cleaning. I have been having some serious medical issues and thought that contaminants in my ducts may have something to do with it. He said he would send a camera into my ducts and let me know what he saw before scheduling this service. When he arrived (on time!) he quickly looked at my ducts and told me they were actually great and that I didn't need that service right now. Wow! He could have so easily used a scare tactic saying that he saw all sorts of contaminants and of course I would have had him do this service as well. When I commented to him how impressed I was with his honesty he just said that he is in it for the long haul, relies on word of mouth and doesn't recommend unnecessary services. Needless to say I was so impressed! He did an excellent job on my carpets; they look great! My tile is cleaner than I can remember. It was late when he finished everything so he came back the next morning to seal the grout and stain guard the carpet. He would have done it that night but gave us the option to decide. I think what most impressed me about Josh was his honesty and the quality of his work. He is not that stereotypical carpet cleaner that says he'll do your house for $69 and then raises the price to $300 once he arrives. Josh will give you a fair and honest quote and then stick to it. All I can say is BRAVO! My carpets had not been cleaned in quite sometime and therefore had collected a lot of wine stains over the years! And, the wine stain removers you buy at the store never never work. I have a walkway thru my living room which goes out to a patio where I often entertain so guest may also track back in dirt. Bottom line ... Josh really came to the rescue and spent the extra time on them without the extra cost. My carpets are amazing now! AMAZING! First of all, it was my bad communication that led Josh to think that there were only 4 vents to clean. There were actually 10 vents. He shampooed the carpets in my grandma's 3-br house, cleaned the hardwood floors (pergo floors), did the tile and grout in the bathrooms and entryway, and the vents. My grandma is not the cleanest person, plus she has dogs, plus her arthritis has been getting worse. All that together over 15 years of time means DISGUSTING! My husband is a CLEAN FREAK and hard to please when it comes to hiring professional help. He was more than happy with Josh's work. I am rating Josh at Eco Pro with five stars because of what he did NOT do. I had a pricey area rug that my old dog started using for potty while I was out. I did not notice it at first and by the time I did, the damage was really bad. I called Josh who came and inspected the rug, offering his professional opinion that the rug may not be salvageable, which I sort of expected. Josh said he would still like to take it back to the shop and see what could be done to try to save it. As feared, the rug was not salvageable because of the embedded smell and the break down of the sisal backing. Josh offered to not even charge me for the on site visit, rug pick up and evaluation work they had done. I thought that spoke volumes. Defiantly found my carpet/ grout cleaner going forward! I decided to call Eco- Pro yesterday based on the high ratings/ reviews I read from previous customers. I spoke to Josh and he provided me what I felt was a fair quote based on the description of what I was looking to get done. He show up this morning ( on time may I add) and began the work. I had 3 rooms, hallway, sofa cushions and kitchen tile cleaned. Though our carpet was in pretty good condition, you could still see a difference with the end result, the tile grout was a challenge! We have been living here for over 4 years and we had never had the tile cleaned ( and I don't think the previous owners ever cleaned it either!) Josh was not happy with the initial results and decided he needed stronger cleaning materials so he went back to his home shop ( which is not up the street by the way) to go get some different cleaners. You can definitely see the difference now! I asked Josh to check out my a/c vents. He showed up 1/2 an hour early, cleaned 13 vents, redirected my fallen duct, & applied antibacterial treatment throughout the house.
