There is definitely the appearance of organization here. Biography is labeled in this section, military is over here, mystery over there, and so on. But while you probably will find some Agatha Christie in the mystery section, which makes sense, you will probably also find some Christie over in fiction. It is the same with other authors. I don't know if this is the store's doing or whether customers are shifting books around intentionally or otherwise but it is a little maddening at times. Most serious book hunters, especially those found rummaging through dusty used bookstores like yours truly, don't mind spending extra time looking for books. The hunt is part of the fun. They have some real gold nuggets here, if you spend the time. Also, speaking of gold nuggets, although Western is probably not the most popular genre these days, the Western section here is one of the larger ones I have ever seen. This store is well worth a visit. I found nearly all the prices to be extremely reasonable. Free and easy street parking all around. The counter fellow, who may have been the owner for all I know, was a real character and very pleasant.

Ideas: Expand the kids section and add more board books Include more recent titles in the fiction and cooking sections Try to keep popular authors in stock (couldn't find any Stephen King) Cute new chairs, especially in the kids section (love a bookstore with chairs) New rug in the kids section Clean up the random boxes of books near the counter Update the genre and author signs Anyway, even with all that, it's still fun to browse here. But I'd have to admit I've never seen such poor service in my life. When it comes to being around other hobbyists. I waiting in line to be helped while the girl behind the register finished helping her current customer. She seemed very polite & helpful. But that became very obvious that it was because she was flirtatious with the clients. When I proceeded to then ask a question if they had TCG Cards (Pokemon or One Piece). She did answer that they had sold out, but then proceeded to just act like I didn't exist. Not sure, why I would need to have to be flirty just to buy an item they have behind the register. I genuinely just wanted to look at the One Piece Deck set that was behind the worker with the Comb Over. Who also proceeded to act like I didn't exist. Not my fault they're physically attractive to be my type to flirt my way into a sale. Definitely wack employees today. Anyways, definitely check out the BULGOGI KBBQ! The book selection is incredible, but the opportunities to join a community are what really make this place deserve 5 stars. Not only do they have two stories of books to browse, but they also host tons of events weekly. I've had the opportunity to attend some of their kid-themed events with my son, as well as some of their larger adult events where we get to meet authors. They also have multiple book clubs that meet at the store. In addition to books, they have a great gift-giving section with Lego, puzzles, stationery, board games, and more. The book sellers are also great; they love to talk about books and provide recommendations. It's a level of customer service I wholeheartedly appreciate. My only negative criticism is that this location does not have a cafe, and the greeting cards are overpriced (most are like $6).

Ever since i signed up to the page, i received lots of scammer calls, random emails, and random text messages. the owner promised me that i will receive information about his aromatherapy classes and so on. It's been almost 3 weeks and I never got a single email and his classes. I checked my email history and there's no "the living temple" in any of my emails. Usually, there's a "welcome email" when you sign up to something right? I didn't get any. No class and lectures. Nothing. he definitely sold my information. i know this 10000% because I haven't signed up for anything in the past few days before I came in and the few days after I came in. I never received scammer calls, texts, or emails until after I visited this place. I really liked this place too. I love the aromatherapy and smell here but I am going to avoid this place from now on. Beautiful products but HORRIBLE ethics and morals.
