My last 1 year experience with EcoWater have been very positive. The company truly values its customer service to a whole other level. I got the offer through Costco last June and received shop costco card and cashback. My cashback rewards amounted to close to $700 this year from this purchase. First, JD was very knowledgeable about his company and products. He provided charts on pricing and discounts that I was unable to refuse. He is very professional, efficient, and has advanced knowledge of my personal needs, which includes the alkaline routing to my refrigerator (that was not properly installed). I did not have access to water or ice with my handyman for 3 years. The installer, whose name I could not recall, was also very quick at installing the 4 filters, and he understood the system very well. He was in and out in about an hour. Tiffany and Jonah have helped me pick out the correct filters that I need to replace. They have different methods of providing the information, but both went above and beyond to provide the utmost details that pertained to my needs. I would recommend anyone who is looking to add this feature to their home. You will not regret it! I hardly needed lotion or extra hair conditioner since I have had this installed. read more

I called a couple of Ecowater places in my area because I needed to order filters for my reverse osmosis. Jonah Rivas was so nice and patient he ask me questions to see if I was due for changing my filters. He didn't just try to sell me the filters, but wanted to really see if I needed them. He also told me about the upcoming sale that they were going to have. So that I could save some money. He went out of his way to help me. He even walked me through on how to purchase the filters and how to get the discount. He even emailed me a video on how to change it. We had years of hard water, mineral collection on faucets, and hard water spots on shower glass. EcoWater installed a water filtration and softener at our house last week along with a new pressure reducing valve. Hector did a professional and efficient job with the installation and I was very pleased with the outcome. An issue did develop with the system a couple of days later but, thanks to the work of Jonah Rivas the issue was resolved quickly and completely to my satisfaction. Jason performed a service visit, under warranty. I had been concerned that the salt level had not been declining as I thought it should. He discovered the simple cause very quickly, remedied it, and explained it. It was also time to change 2 filters in the reverse osmosis system we also purchased. I would like to commend Fabian Acuna on his excellent service he did for my EcoWater Reverse Osmosis water filter , issue of a leaky faucet. He did a very good job of repairing the faucet leak straightforward. He completed the necessary system fix for me to have easy access to valves and avert any unforeseen problems. It was all about providing the best solution and service for him to help the issues with savings , for a customer . Fabian also inspected and checked my water softener and made sure it had the right pressure and it was functioning properly . And he went the extra mile of adding the heavy bag of salt for me , into the water softener equipment . I had the pleasure to work with Customer Advocate/Miguel Reyes on 07/08/2024. I called to take advantage of a 20% discount on two filters my Eco system is in need of replacement, which he helped me place my order but, we also set-up a Service Call for a Technician to come out and give my Eco system a full inspection and tune-up. We both agreed that Preventative Maintenance is always beneficial to both the system and to set my mind at ease. Better safe than sorry. read more

We had Ecowater install a softener in Oct 24 and they were the most price competitive as well as most knowledgeable. The system was installed quickly and a piping correction was done by the lead plumber the following day. So the customer service has been outstanding. Since we've had them replace our pressure relief valve increasing water pressure by 30%. We've had an unrelated leak which they've come out, identified, and repaired. We've decided to have our whole home repiped for an affordable price and Marissa Michel has been particularly helpful. Next the diligent customer service and affordable and fast repairs, we've made Ecowater our primary source for plumbing issues. I highly recommend them for their fast friendly customer service and excellent craftsmanship. read more
