Marinara, pesto, vodka sauce (bottom) chicken bacon and ranch top (I think it was buffalo chicken lol mm)
Mike M.

This is the pizza shop I'll probably be loyal to while living in dutchess county at this point. I'm spoiled that it's down the street and damn man. I go 2 times a month and always happy. It put their slices up against anything in NYC, New Haven, and Jersey lol. I have yet to order a pie and typically stop over in the afternoon for 2-3 specialty slices. I love the marinara, vodka sauce, and pesto thin slice as well as the pan or Detroit style. Their crust is amazing, sauce delicious, and any meat addition sublime. Buffalo chicken slice slaps haha

Class Party Time: (Deliciousness In Each Bite)

In all my years of teaching in the city, I can't say I've ever had the chance to support any of my students' family businesses- until now. When one of the parents in my class shared that she and her husband were opening a pizza shop in Wappingers Falls, NY, I was hyped for them from the start. I've been meaning to come here, but once I'm on the west side of the Hudson River where I live, errands take over and home pulls me back before I can make the stop. So It's been tough to make a trip here to this side of the Hudson. So I found the next best way to show my support: order pizza for my class for a pre end-of-year class party made with love by my student's dad and delivered to my classroom by the child's mom. It felt great repping a family that's out here building something real. This is the pizza everyone likes to talk about- in a good way. The crust is chewy with those perfect little golden charred spots- just enough to give it flavor without burning it. The cheese is melty and rich, but it doesn't weigh down the crust. And the tomato sauce? Spot on. Tangy, fresh, slightly seasony- which I usually dislike- but theirs was so right. Honestly, it all just hits. My student's parents have a great thing going. Service? Fabulous! In the end, the student's parents gifted the class three plain cheese pies and I was genuinely moved by their generosity. And my students enjoyed the pizza! Mil gracias from the bottom of my heart!

My 2nd time here and I'm still loving it! The shop is clean and transparent - you can clearly see them making the food. The man behind the counter, whom I believe to be an owner, greeted every single customer in a most welcoming manner. He kinda makes you feel like a regular when youre not. We ordered our slices and was told to sit, they'll bring the slices out. We did, and they did. The pizza there is BOMB. They are slightly expensive compared to other pizzeria, but you can taste the better quality of the ingredients. Its worth it! I had a square sausage slice, my date had a pepperoni. They both were beyond expectation! There are so many more items on the menu I'd like to try that I have no choice but to be a repeat customer. The friendly staff, sanitary space, and delicious eats make this place stand out - stop in and try it. There wont be any regrets. The ONLY problem I had is I dont drink anything but water. I had to go next door for a bottle as they dont have water in the cooler - just a bunch of fancy sodas and what not. Hopefully this will be remedied as time passes. They are still relatively new to the area.

Cheesesteak
W K.

Ordered cheesesteak and slice of pizza. The best part about the cheesesteak was the roll it was crunchy semolina and full of seeds perfect. The meat was just average and tasted a bit like the 80s steakums. There was just something off and sandwich wasn't full so it was more bread than anything. The vodka slice was tasty but not worth $5 just not enough there. I'd go back and try other sandwiches based on the bread though.

Regular pie

This pizza is the best in Dutchess County and it's not even close. If you're looking for a tradional NY style pie you won't be disappointed. The square pies are also excellent, never doughy, always crisp and airy. Don't sleep on the heroes either! I go every week now, it's that good. Never had poor service either, staff is lovely!

Amazing pizza.

My personal favorite is the cheesesteak pie from the "secret menu." Sounds insane but order it anyway.

Consider them as better choices if you're up for Italian, instead of the under-new-ownership Longobardi's. Longobardi's used to be our favorite restaurant when Claudio owned it. I've thrown six sizable parties there over the years - a wedding rehearsal, a baby shower, a retirement party, and three special birthday parties. In total, well over $12,000 for the parties, along with many thousands of dollars over the several decades of going there with just my husband, or with family and friends, about once a month. We loved the food and Claudio, and how he ran his restaurant. The new owner - not so much! Today, Father's Day, June 21, 2026, we chose to go to Longobardi's because that is where one of our grandsons loves to order pizza. The adults, of course, planned to order from the regular menu. We were not surprised to see "THE HOLIDAY MENU" with unacceptably increased prices. That's the norm on a holiday, even Father's Day. It is what it is. What we were very surprised at is that the new owner and manager REFUSED to let our little, sweet, very well-behaved, grandson order pizza because it was not on "The Holiday Menu." Mind you, their attached SAME KITCHEN pizza parlor was making pizzas to go, as we sat at the dining table. Our daughter decided to go to that counter in the back of the restaurant, order the little guy his pizza and bring it back to the dining table. Longobardi's new owner/manager REFUSED, REFUSED, HEELS DUG IN, to let our daughter bring the little guy's pizza to our family table in the dining room, on Father's Day, a family holiday, at an Italian family restaurant, with a pizza parlor. REFUSED, no matter how sweet and kind we were. They told her she either had to take the pizza to go, or the little guy had to eat his pizza in the pizza parlor with her, rather than with the rest of the family and his Pop, on Father's Day. It brought her to tears. So the manager, after she and the pizza guy brought her to tears with this irrational business decision, ruining the Father's Day dinner said, "We'll, I guess I could bring the pizza to him one piece at a time, but I'll have to sneak it in, because I already told another table with children, near your table, that they could not order pizza today." This was too little, too late for our daughter and our grandson. Tears, and not a fond memory. The unacceptable behavior and crazy-wired decisions of the manager/owner had already caused unnecessary customer stress and hurt. Really bad marketing and business decisions on the new owner's part. Claudio would have never forced a grandchild to not be able to eat his pizza with his Pop on Father's Day. This arrogant, thinks-he-knows-it-all new owner basically ruined Father's Day dinner for the family, in the interest of his personal greed. Note, he did the same thing to two other tables near our table, which had several lovely, sweet, well-behaved children. This is certainly not the way to do business with families, on a family holiday, in a family restaurant with a working pizza parlor connected and sharing the same kitchen. The new owner thought he was making a shrewd money making decision to force people to order the expensive items on "The Holiday Menu," in the interest of greed. Greed never works in the long run. He shot himself in the foot. He lost six customers of many decades at our table. We will never recommend Longobardi's again. Many of our friends who have frequented there for decades were heartbroken to hear this story, and will stop supporting that business. Several friends from different friend circles warned us not to go there based on their own and different stories with the new owner, but we decided to give the new ownership a chance, and form our own decision. Should have listened. I'm happy for Claudio that he was able to sell his business and was able to retire; he so deserves it. As for the community - the heart in this restaurant retired with Claudio. Next up, give Milanese in Poughkeepsie or Stefano's in Fishkill a try before going to the under-new-ownership Longobardi's.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. This was our second time dining there before a show at the nearby community theater, and clearly they're very accustomed to theater crowds. Before we even mentioned it, our waiter asked if we were heading to the show and paced everything perfectly so we could relax and enjoy our evening without feeling rushed. The restaurant filled up quickly while we were there, and I can absolutely understand why. I'm very glad we made reservations. The food was delicious, portions were just right, and the entire experience felt polished without being pretentious. Sometimes the best compliment you can give a restaurant is simply that you can't wait to return -- and that's exactly how I feel about Patsy's. Five stars from me.
