Perfect. Service was good, food was amazing and the atmosphere was welcoming, calming and good for family, friends or date night. There was live music to enjoy that wasn't overbearing, but peaceful and entertaining. The "not on the menu" chevapi was wonderful. The kids meal sizes were enough for my 11 year old who can eat . The cannoli to end the night was out of this world &wine portions were decent. I definitely will go back and recommend this place. Returning to this location, I was excited that the Bosnian food is on the menu now, although they were out of the kajmak sauce. However, unfortunately the services wasn't so hot this time. I will say that the pizza was cooked amazing, top notch on the cooking part, but my wife ordered a Margarita pizza for me and idk who is in charge of what goes on pizza's but I did not get a Margarita pizza. No fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, and basil as one would expect on a Margarita pizza, pretty simple basic ingredients, but instead I got tomatoes, check, and then some kind of ricotta or feta type cheese, and then strips of not basil, with big chunks of garlic. To be fair it looked like the pizza on the site after I went to it and checked. Something about oregano on it too according to the site. I think my wife assumed that no one could mess up a pretty simple ingredient margarita pizza when she just called and ordered without checking the site, but we got proven wrong. Please fix your margarita pizza. Again it was cooked great, crust tasted amazing, it the pizza as a whole and these wrong ingredients on a margarita pizza did not taste good at all. My husband and I chose this restaurant to try out for the first time. I chose The lasagna which was excellent. My lasagna with meat that was individually made. We were served warm garlic knots before the meal which were enough to last during the meal. Very tasty! Next time I'll try the desserts. read more

Eddie's Napolis to go is WAY different then what you get when you dine in. We saw a post about supporting their local business and decided tonight we wanted to do our part. NEVER AGAIN. We ordered fried calamari, super sub, and Stromboli. The fried calamari all though is a huge portion is way undercooked and the breading is terrible. Do not waste $13.00. My husband ordered the super sub which we asked for cold and not warmed up. Not only did they warm it up but they wrapped it in foil open faced so the cheese was completely stuck to the foil. The sub is also comes with a salad and a vinegar sauce which was not a part of the order. Moral of this post is we are SO disappointed in a restaurant we have been going to for years. Came in on a Tuesday night and they seemed to be short staffed. Only one server for the entire restaurant which caused us to wait a little while to get our drinks orders one Would have loved for the hostess to give a little heads up that it would be several minutes before we would see our server or maybe to even get our drink order but once our server made it to the table he was very friendly and helpful. Once the garlic knots came to the table, I didn't even care about the wait. They were golden and warm & tasted as good as they looked. I could've eaten a basket (or three) of them on my own but I had to pace myself so I could try my chicken piccata when it made it to the table. I don't think we waited very long for our food or maybe we were so distracted by the garlic knots we didn't even notice a long wait. When the food came out it was terrific. Good portion sizes and tasted amazing. Didn't leave any room for dessert after all the garlic knots but look forward to trying some next time. read more

We've had this delivered from doordash before (a 25 minute drive) and it arrived absolutely delicious and hot and wonderful. So, when debating where to go to eat, we decided why not dine-in for once! So we made the trek to Garland. We went at around 4PM on a Sunday, and it was completely empty. Seriously, we were the only customers in there. The host seated us promptly and informed us that the music speakers were broken. I don't know if you've ever sat in an empty restaurant with no music, but it was interesting. Otherwise, the atmosphere in the place is very nice and inviting. We ordered a bottle of the Claro Pinot Grigio, and let me just say: never again. Mama didn't raise a quitter though, so we drank it. For the appetizer, we ordered the Mozzarella Sticks. They were wonderful. I highly doubt they're made in house, but they are sincerely quite good. I had the Chicken Marsala for my meal, and it was delicious and came with an overly generous portion of pasta. My table-mate got the Fettuccine Carbonara which he also very much enjoyed. We shared the tiramisu for dessert, which was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was nice and attentive, however it was a little clear she wasn't familiar with the dishes when we asked questions about the sauces. We used google to see what the sauces were like, so there were no issues really. I'd go back again, possibly on a Friday or Saturday so we could share the experience with other diners. read more

So, we have never been to your restaurant and decided this evening around 7:15 to visit with our family, 5 total. We walked in and waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Once acknowledged , we were told no dine in service but to business being slow. oh yes, there were 4 parties (ranging from 2 to 6 patrons) already sitting down eating and one couple leaving. We were told we can order and wait in our car for our to go order. We didn't want a to go, we wanted to sit down and have dinner. Needless to say, we will never know the quality of your restaurants food because we will never return. I am not sure why we were turned away while others were obviously welcomed. Have to agree with the people who were not enamored with this place. When I walked in on a Friday afternoon at lunch time, it should have been a sign that only one other table was seated. Garlic knots were hard, tasteless and "marinara" was basically flavorless tomato sauce. Was in a hurry but when I looked at the menu noticed NO lunch specials or lunch menu. Was going to just get salad and appetizer, but $10 for toasted ravioli made me opt out. Ordered a salad and slice of pizza. Sat at my table with empty beverage glass on several occasions with no refill in sight.bhad I seen a pitcher would have refilled it myself. Food arrived and it was the most tasteless slice of pizza I've ever experienced. Salad was a large bowl of lettuce, cheese, salami and two small slices of tomato. My niece reaaaalllyyyy wanted spaghetti, so my husband and I stopped in here with her. When we walked through the doors, we felt like we had entered another dimension. I finally said "there's three of us." She silently grabbed the menus and started walking away. As we were following her i had the urge to just say you know what, never mind, let's go eat somewhere else. But I knew my niece wanted some damn spaghetti, and we didn't have much time. We could hear the sound of plates and forks clinking and noticed there was no music. The place was very dark and dingy feeling because all of the blinds were shut. The decor inside was really beautiful. It made you feel like the place was more upscale, but the silverware rolled in paper napkins told a different story. Our waiter wasn't friendly or unfriendly. He just didn't speak much. It made for an awkward dining experience. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and they were served with ranch on the side...no marinara....just ranch. I've never seen that in my life, and it did not taste good. For a $9 appetizer, it was complete garbage. We got some marinara, which helped a bit. The pizza was subpar. Like I ate one piece and didn't want any more. The spaghetti was fine. When we paid and left, there were 4 employees standing at the bar. None of them said anything to us as we walked RIGHT PAST THEM to leave. I wouldn't step foot in this restaurant again. Very strange experience. Felt like a typical Italian restaurant. The service was good but beside my wife and I there was only one other couple there the entire time. Even the waitresses sat down and ate. It was dinner time on a weekday. The bread had way to much garlic. Some pieces were to intense and actually tasted bad as a result. I get there is cheese in Italian food but it over powered the rest of the dish. I had the lasagna and just tasted like cheese. I could see the other ingredients but not taste them. The bread is fantastic. We ordered lasagna and fettuccine carbonara with chicken and a Ceasars salad and a regular dinner salad. Our salads were brought out at the same time as our entrees. Husbands dinner salad was nothing but romaine lettuce and sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Dinner salads normally have more than just lettuce. Our waiter kept asking if i wanted blue cheese dressing with my ceasar salad. The waiter was clueless. Very nice guy but clearly has never waited tables and has not had the proper training. The lasagna was not your typical layered lasagna. They took the lasagna noodles and cut them up, then stirred it up with ricotta, marinara, and then ran it through the broiler to melt the mozzarella cheese. Tasted good. The fettuccine carbonara was awful. The chicken was maybe a couple of frozen grilled chicken strips. The sauce was a watery as soup. Not sure what type of bacon they used but it tasted like chipped beef. It looked like playdough bacon. They should be using pancetta. The sauce tasted like white gravy that you would put on biscuits. Returned it and asked for manicotti. This was very good. Hot, plentiful and the marinara was very flavorful. The manager was very nice. Don't even waste your time. Food wasn't terrible, but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. My family and I, along with many of my wife's relatives, went there for lunch at 3 PM on Black Friday. There were about 20 of us, but my brother-in-law had called ahead to see if the restaurant had enough seating, and they said it shouldn't be a problem. We got there, and it wasn't busy at all. However, we were there for two and a half hours. The waitress was not very friendly, and did not come by our table to check on us that often at all. It took them an hour and a half to bring out all of our food. In fact, several customers that arrived much later than us were served before us. I know we were a big party, but the restaurant should have been more prepared. There was even another server with no customers who was sitting at one of the booths eating, instead of helping out to see if she could help, as we were all visibly upset with the service. This is why I hate auto-gratuities for large parties, because there is no incentive to provide good service. To top it off, our server got mine and my brother-in-law's debit cards mixed up, and charged us for the wrong orders, even though we put our cards with the correct bills in separate check presenters. While the server did void out the orders charged in error, we still have to wait several days for the credits back to our account to show up on our bank statements. Also, there were no managers on duty, as one never showed up to handle the situation after I asked more than one employee to speak to a manager. This is the first time where I had such horrible service, I didn't even want to leave a tip, even though I was forced to with the auto-gratuity. read more

I have eaten at this restaurant multiple times before, never had any problems with the service or the food. Nor so this visit. My friends and I sat down to eat, we waited a long time for a waiter to take our order. We ordered something off the menu that did not state it had pasta with it because neither one of us wanted pasta that evening. When the dish came out it was pasta loaded with all of the items that were listed in the entree on the menu. When we questioned the waiter his response was, " Well you know there are mistakes on the menu." My question was if it had pasta in it, why was it not listed that way as most of the other entrees were. His response was that everything in this section comes with pasta. It did not say that anywhere on the menu. We went ahead and kept our entrees. We had to wait a very long time to get refills on drinks even thought the restaurant was not busy. As we ate, we watched our waiter eat pizza while he was waiting on tables, and then when the busboy came over he brought the dirty bus tub to take our plates away and then took our drinks without even asking us if we were finished. Our ticket arrived, our waiter never asked us if we needed anything else wanted anything else, how everything was, or if we wanted dessert.
