I had high hopes for this place. I have been checking out all the "nicer" restaurants in Peoria. This place had some good reviews and comments. But wow, it is slow. There was one other table occupied when I was there, and yet it still took nearly 75 minutes for a simple appetizer and entree. I cannot recommend this place to other guests. The meatballs were good, but there are several other restaurants that are better.

The roof top patio is a wonderful outdoor place for food and/or drinks. We've been there twice and the food, drinks, and service were excellent both times.

Meh, service was slow for the amount of people in the restaurant, food was good but not $20 per dish good.

Dining at this restaurant was a very enjoyable experience. I was alone, and they had 3 large parties to deal with, but I received exceptional service from Heather and the rest of the staff. They were friendly, attentive and helpful in exactly the proper ways. I started with their How Roy Got Robbed cocktail, which was very tasty. The Amarena Cherries in it were so good!! Heather was extremely helpful with the menu. I settled on the crab cakes (divine) and the Ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection. There were only two desserts on the menu tonight, but one would have been sufficient. I knew I wanted the flourless chocolate cake, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the food and service were exceptional.

New Fusion 45 menu is great. Had chicken curry that was delicious. Love the space and atmosphere. Looking forward to going again.

Wine was excellent and both our meals were delicious. The lamb was really good and not as greasy as I've had at Connected. My husband's steak was good but he likes the delmonico at Connected better. This place seem to have really good from scratch cooking methods and was able to accommodate our crazy allergies. Even at lunch, there was a lot of mood lighting and it was pretty dark. They had a lot of antiques and interesting furniture and decorations. As a family with young kids, I do wish they didn't see us next to the naked bodies in the artwork. It was very distracting for one of my kiddos during lunch. We were helped pretty quickly, but it did take a long time to get our food. Our food was outstanding. Everything was from scratch and it tasted really good. The baby really enjoyed it. This sweet potato fries are amazing. I was confused why the restaurant was so empty but perhaps it's because it takes so long to get your food? Or possibly Peoria I just can't support a nice restaurant like that. I was disappointed that I couldn't eat off the dinner menu. I was really looking forward to a few of the things on that menu. Perhaps next time we can get takeout so the kids won't get so antsy and try some of the dinner menu. Thank you hearth for a lovely lunch that was safe for our family!

I was a little nervous hoping my 17yo picky non celiac son would find something he would like in a gf restaurant. I worried for nothing! He and I ordered the smash burgers and they were exceptional. He didn't even mind the "special sauce" which is amazing because the only thing he usually puts on a burger is salt. The warm chips were great as well. The wife got a "p-dizzle" flat bread. It was SO good. I almost forgot that we ordered cheese bites for an appetizer. They were served with a pineapple medley and a hummus dip. Holy cow were they fantastic! Their menu is quite large and we can't wait to go back. I was also impressed with the prices. Gf food is quite expensive and this place does a nice job offering delicious gf food at a very reasonable price! The service was a tad slow but I think they were short handed so that's totally understandable. All of the staff were extremely nice. And finally, the ambiance. The restaurant is bright and open and well decorated. The seats are very comfortable. Overall very pleased with everything. Just kicking myself for waiting so long to try The Queen of Squash out!

It's great to have fresh, clean, healthy food vs the never ending fried food and burgers. The ambiance is comforting and cozy. Our server, Bianca, was delightful, friendly, and personable. She wasn't rushed, got everything right, and made great cocktails! They were proportioned nicely and tasted great! My mom and I had 3 between the two of us. We got several dishes to try a variety and they were all great! I'd get all of them again. Flavorful and unique! Nothing was bland and all was tasty! Great job!! I'd definitely recommend for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. They have things for both. I really hope the Peoria area supports this establishment because the area desperately needs it. We had a great experience and will be back!
