I don't know who is running the shop these days but, they have extremely strict time frames for scheduling time to bring items in to consign, these hours are inconvenient for anyone who holds down a job outside the home during the day, and if you can't drop off your stuff within that narrow time frame, and pick it up the next day (same narrow hours) Oh well... you are SOL.
