It's all good. The woman in charge. She takes care of everything scheduling and reservations. She knows what she's doing.

Food is great service. Excellent to do a really good job then coming here for like 28 years for mother's Day.

These were the broiled scallops they didn't clean

Service was not ideal vibes to say the least. They brought us bread in a bowl because they said they ran out of small bread plates. Cold butter. Crab dip was just hot mayonnaise with cheese. They took forever to bring the broiled scallops out but left the little tough tail on so they didn't really clean them and they look unappealing with a sprinkle of paprika for flavor lol smh who eats here fr?! Not for me. The best thing were the mozzarella sticks they were so good lol like they had seasoning in them lol that's crazy they were the best thing

These are some of best Maryland style crab cakes you can get anywhere! You have to try them!!!

Yummy. Get the lump crab cake broiled. Each bite is a chunk of lump crab meat.

Food was delish. Service was excellent. The lump crab cakes were chunked full of lump. Wow! Hardly any filler to speak of. We will definitely be back. Soooo good!

This hidden gem looks like a house so you will definitely miss it if you're driving fast. Once you're inside you're immediately greeted by one of the staff and seated. Everyone is so friendly and you feel at home. There is a little table showing desserts(stay away until you get your food) it's deliciously presented and tempting. I ordered the double crab cakes with stewed tomatoes and all I can say is OMG! The picture doesn't do it justice! Not only was it delicious it was HUGE! I have the second one for lunch today! I had a lemonade to drink but there is a full bar. This is a place I would come to again and again just for the ambiance and the food! packed with lump crabmeat but it was seasoned well. My friend had the blackened stuffed Rockfish and that didn't disappointed our taste buds(could've had a little more seasoning) but overall it was delicious! They do have a small salad bar (I didn't partake) but it looked fresh and I did see it replenished a few times while we were there.

Single crabcake dinner. Came with 2 sides. I chose fries and salad bar.

Amazing crab cakes! They are full of lump crabmeat without fillers. The house cut fries are delicious. Crab dip was just ok- too much cheese, filler, cream cheese. But everyone enjoyed their meals.

We had an amazing night celebrating my boyfriend's 50th birthday at the Edgewater restaurant!! we walked in without a reservation. It was only four of us, but were seated right away, and our waitress was very attentive. She was the granddaughter of the owner and suggested a few dishes to us, which we definitely listen to her and order the crab imperial and my boyfriend and his roommate ordered The twin rock lobster tails which were stuffed with crab imperial!! we very much enjoyed our appetizers as well. We ordered the muscles which were steamed in white wine ,butter, and garlic. The restaurant is like stepping back in time, which I really enjoyed

Date Night! His favorite spot... never heard of it! Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't look like much from the outside, kinda out dated inside. The typical neighborhood spot. Friday night was a full house. The main area packed. That's a good sign that the food was going to be great! Absolutely. Delicious. Service, Great. Starters: Cream of Crab Soup? I'm not a soup fan but this was flavorful and FULL of lumps of sweet crab. Rockfish fingers? Fried strips of rockfish with a Cajun dipping sauce. Onions rings? So light an tasty not greasy at all. OMGoodness I could have stopped there but WHY?! I had the seafood plater broiled. Gigantic scallops, steamed shrimp, STUFFED SHRIMP, fried clams. The only thing that didn't make me feel loved was the twiced baked potato. Flat out NO. Don't get it. Get the fries. Fresh cut and delish. The fried stuffed shrimp were awesome as well. The green beans were pretty darn tasty in my opinion. Not over cooked or over seasoned. Coleslaw isn't offered as a side but was available on the salad which was very small but everything was fresh. It was very crowded, so an obvious choice by the regulars. We opted for the home made cup cakes for dessert to go because there was no way we could've eaten another single thing! This place might not have all the visual effects but it lacks absolutely nothing when it comes to amazing seafood. Ridiculous sized portions. Great wait staff. Definitely worth another visit.

The waiter was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I ordered the crab cake sandwich, and it was fresh and of excellent quality. My friend and I sat outside by the water. Even though it was a hot day, the beautiful view, attentive service, and delicious food made for a very relaxing experience. We spent a wonderful time chatting and enjoying our meal. My friend and I were both very impressed with the restaurant. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

Maybe they step it up for the evening meal, I don't know. But there was just something about the meal that did not hit the same bar. We went there in the early afternoon. The bar was surprisingly crowded while the dining room was mostly empty, maybe 4 or 5 tables were full. There were even people sitting outside on the deck. We both ordered the same darn meal: cream of crab soup and the crab cake sandwich. Of course, our plates looked exactly the same and - also of course - we had the same reaction to the dishes. The cream of crab soup was "meh." The broth was nicely thick but its flavor was a bit too robust for something with crab in it. The soup just about overwhelmed the crab meat. Too much seasoning, too much spice, just too much. It also lacked a large amount of crab meat in it. The serving was large, served in a bowl that was almost as big as my head but filled only halfway (thank God). Suffice it to say that the cream of crab soup is not the reason to go to this restaurant. The crab cakes were better than the soup but only marginally. There was a whole lot of filler in there and the crab mix was not thoroughly mixed up. One bite had a lot of crab, the next bite was all filler, the next was a mixture of the 2 - someone just did not take the time and effort to fully combine the ingredients well. Don't get me wrong, the crab cake was good, just not great. But the biggest downfall of this dish was the bun. The bun was much too big. It overwhelmed the crab cake; too much bread. Both my spouse and I took the crab cake off the bun and ate it naked. It was better that way. The best part of Harpers Waterfront is its location. The waterfront view is delightful and relaxing and pretty. The dining room is very nicely decorated and there is plenty of room between the tables. It is not a chain restaurant and that is a good thing too - you can tell that the owners have put a lot of great thought into the atmosphere and the "look" of the restaurant. Even the men's room is nicely furnished. The dining room is sophisticated yet natural and relaxed. The location on Turkey Point is a little secluded which makes you feel like you have happened upon a secret little place not known by many people. That is a plus here. Do I recommend Harpers Waterfront? Yes I do. It is a very nice place to have a meal. Ok so maybe the food can be improved but it is still a nice place. The location and the atmosphere alone is enough to bring me back here.

They're good but you only get 4. Stuffed with shrimp, scallop and crab with imperial sauce. As for the platter, the crab cake was delicious and the scallops a close second. You get 1 crab cakes, 2 scallops, 3 shrimp and a white flaky fish called orange roughy. The was the least seasoned fish I've had in a while. You'll at minimum need to add salt. It kind of ruined the platter for me but given the price, I ate everything lol. After finishing up I ordered some hush puppies intended for later but they barely made it into the box. I highly recommend giving them a try. They're moist with pieces of corn and come with a honey cinnamon whipped butter. A nice sweet snack or dessert even. Those were $8. What sucks is they don't do any side substitutions. The platter comes with a salad, potato or fries. I didn't want the side but couldn't sub for the hush puppies. We sat outside on the deck near the water and service was better than the last time. We made it right before the vending rush- Got there around 5pm. It was packed on our way out. Bonus we got to see baby jellyfish in the dirty water lol. Spoiler alert: I had massive gastro issues shortly after :(. Which is crazy bc when I inquired about the salad and cyclosporiasis they said they didn't have it in MD. Not saying they do but something there gave me severe bubble guts. :(

We were seated at a table by the window, and the marina view at sunset was great. We started with drinks, a dozen oysters, and half a dozen clams on the half shell. The oysters and clams were smaller than we expected, but they were fresh and delicious. The drinks were good and definitely heavy pours, which we appreciated. Next, we had the PEI Mussels with saffron cream sauce. Most of the mussels were really good, although a few were overcooked. We also tried the Golden Miso Sablefish with wasabi mashed potatoes and charred baby bok choy. The fish was okay but a little bland when eaten by itself. I think it was intended to be eaten with the wasabi mashed potatoes, which helped give it more flavor. We do not normally order fries, but the truffle fries looked good, so we decided to try them. They were crunchy, well seasoned, and delicious. We ended up eating the entire order. The inside of the restaurant was nice, and most of the dining area was quiet enough for us to have a conversation without raising our voices. The bar area seemed livelier, but it did not make the rest of the restaurant feel loud. Overall, we had a very good dinner. The view, drinks, oysters, clams, and truffle fries were the highlights. The mussels and sablefish were not quite as consistent, but we still enjoyed the experience and would come back.

Today we were served by Olivia - Liv - and she is just about the best server ever! So cute, so friendly and so nice to talk to. Plus she worked so hard!!! Kudos to Liv for providing some of the best service that day! I ordered the half & half crab soup. Perfection as always. However, the boneless chicken wings were disappointing. I have eaten the regular, bone-in wings here before and they were outstanding. The boneless version was not. There was more breading than chicken and it left something to be desired. So - note to self - stick with the bone-in chicken wings and you will be impressed. I just didn't want to get my fingers dirty this time and that decision was not a good one on my part. My spouse had the crab cake sandwich and cream of crab soup. The crab cake was good but the bun was simply overwhelming. Less bread please, Coconut Joe!!!
