A few years ago I received an Edible Arrangement from a satisfied client. It was a delightful, delicious surprise. The fruit was ripe & the chocolate very good quality. Since that first time I have used them when ever I want to give a WOW! gift of appreciation or sympathy. A friend's Mom passed away last month. The newspaper obituary requested "no flowers". I knew she would have lots of family over to the house so I sent a very nice basket that included dove shaped pineapple dipped in white chocolate. My friend said the arrangement was the perfect gift. When I placed the order, there was an offer for a 6 piece free box. The e-mail receipt said that a follow up e-mail would arrive with information regarding redeeming the 6 piece box. It has been 3 weeks since the funeral & I hadn't received the 6 piece redemption e-mail. I called the store today and spoke with Ricky. He was able to track my order, said they had the notice that I still had the 6 piece coming & I could simply call them whenever I wanted to pick it up. He apologized that I had not received the follow up e-mail but said I would have no problem whenever I did want to get the box. These were delivered as well but from this Irving Park locatation. All I can say is that the strawberries were the small kind that I purchased yesterday from Costco and were dipped in chocolate. They weren't even jumbo. I would save your $$ and buy these from Costco for $4 for a 2bl box, dip in chocolate and then throw sprinkles on them. you could put the entire thing in your mouth while the others were huge that it took 3 bites to finish it off. Today, on Mother's Day, I went to the Irving Park location to pick up my arrangement and there was a crazy African American guy in the store. He was yelling and disrespecting the extremely polite customer service reps. He was trying to return a beautiful arrangement. But the manager didn't want to take it back because she didn't know what they could have done to it, due to it being out of their cooler for 3-4 hours. According to him, he was a chef, profit, and preacher... and he just came back from cooking for 100+ people.
