The owners are husband and wife and I had the pleasure of being treated by the husband and. Given the most amazing customer service when trying to purchase a last minute arrangement for a coworker. I explained to him what I was looking for, and he returned with options. In this day and age where customer service is never really given and built behind the customer... I will say that they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The worst experience ever with this location! I called in advance to get a same day delivery. Someone in training was trying her best to help me and I clearly needed more help than she had to offer. The other person was not very helpful. I couldn't place my order before I got there because I was unable to give my card info due to the face that I was driving when I got there I placed my order and asked for the 20% off for ordering there and that wasn't granted. Someone then I ordered and birthday Tini and asked for some strawberries to be replaced with watermelon. I thought that all Edible Arrangements were created equal, but I guess that's not the case. A year ago, while living in my hometown of St. Louis, I ordered a platter with six chocolate drizzle strawberries, assorted cookies, and three mini cheesecakes each with a chocolate covered strawberry, banana, and pineapple on top. I was so pleased with that platter that I decided to treat myself with the EXACT same one this year, now in my new city. Le sigh... The quality of this platter was not the same standard, at all. The cheesecakes were missing the banana and only had the pineapple with a replacement strawberry for the banana. The individual chocolate covered strawberries were TINY. They were noticeably smaller than the ones on top of the cheesecakes, which were the nice plump size that I've come to equate with Edible Arrangements. Additionally, the chocolate covered strawberries were old and soggy. They weren't spoiled (thank God), but they were mushy. The cookies were also not at all like pictured on the website or like what I had received last year. They were oddly shaped, different sizes, and not the same assortment. It's as if someone took some Pillsbury pull and bake dough and baked them at home. My order was done on time so that's a plus, but based on this order, I'm not sure if I'll make another order through this location. read more

He is familiar with the script, go to was the fruit is naturally sweet, so we can't do anything about the taste/quality of fruit we receive from our vendors. OMG!!! I wish I could give this place a 10 star rating. They are an amazing location. I needed a surprise gift for my daughter who had secured a position in elite choir at the High School. I wanted to order food but my daughter has an allergy to pineapple. This location went above and beyond to help me find the right mix as a gift. The delivery was on point so well packaged and the flowers so fresh. My daughter enjoyed every treat. The brownies were so moist, the cupcakes had a lush frosting and she was like, Mom I have never tasted something with such good balanced sweetness. The cheese cake was on point. I ordered something to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. When the item was delivered, it was not quite what I had ordered. I contacted the store and they offered to either refund or re-make the whole order! I requested that they just do the part that was wrong (strawberries) and they re-did the whole order! I have had their actual arrangements, but the strawberries are my favorite, so we usually just get a dozen (or two... don't judge;)). We are active clients of EA. We have purchased many times and also been the recipient. The company has ALWAYS fixed any issues We've had with the fruit not always being in the best of shape. But again they ALWAYS correct it. This Valentines was an EPIC disappointment :-( . We spent $100 for 24 strawberries to be delivered on 2/14. We called ER for an ETA and was told " Our order is out to be delivered". This was the ONLY Valentine gift that was being given, so it was extremely important we received it. Except it NEVER came. $100 later nothing to give my Valentine. EA never contacted me to apologize or give an explanation. I went into the store to meet Lizet. Lizet was extremely apologetic and felt horrible. They clearly had an overwhelming Holiday. We were given 12 free strawberries and refunded. So was it nice to be given 12 free strawberries? Yes. But what would have been nicer is if we received our order on the day we were told it was out for delivery. What also would have been nice is if they would have called us to apologize and to offer us our 24 strawberries for free. This IS a GOOD Company so they get four stars. When I called them I was worried that I was ordering too late for them to be able to help me out. Instead of being frustrated at me for waiting until the last minute I got a very cheerful friendly person on the other end of the phone. She told me it would not be a problem as long as I gave them a couple hours to get everything ready. Who could argue with that right? A couple hours later I happen to be at the place that I had requested the delivery to take place and right on time it was delivered and it was fresh and it was beautiful. I received the most delicious/beautiful arrangement for my birthday, it had these amazing cupcake pineapples! I love the cupcake pineapples ( cupcake shaped pineapples dipped in white and dark chocolate with sprinkles) so much I continue to order them when I need a pick me up! The manager at the Frankford location is so nice, he honored a coupon I got online even though the computer wouldn't take it. I order them in the morning and they were ready that afternoon for pick up. I recommend ordering an arrangement for any occasion, but I would say it's better if you pick it up rather then getting it delivered. read more

I received an edible arrangement for my birthday and the fruit arrangement was so delicious! The fruit was so juicy and fresh. My favorites were the cantaloupe and watermelon that were shaped into little balls. As far as the chocolate goes, I really loved the chocolate covered bananas. They were so good with both white chocolate and milk chocolate coating the banana pieces. I visited the store during what was advertised as happy hour. We were not greeted by the Hispanic young lady & each item we asked for we were told they were out of followed by this store doesn't participate in happy hour but there was a sign clearly displayed stating otherwise. The young lady paid more attention to her friend rather than customers. After becoming frustrated we asked her for her name and she refused to provide it and wasn't wearing a name tag which to me is unprofessional as this is a business. I'm a customer and even if she was pre-occupied etc I deserve to be treated like one. I was unsure if the young lady was having a bad day or if she was just being ugly because we interrupted her conversation with her friend. Perhaps next time she should check the number of orders I've placed and had delivered as I am not a first timer to Edible Arrangements just the first and last time we've visited the store in person. Maybe she needs some customer service training, vacation or seek a new job where she feels comfortable servicing people which should be her main focus. read more

OK....I hate to be the first person to review a business and give them a horrid review but I have to. There is just some things I have to get off my chest. This may be a long review but I want everyone to know what happened. I have seen commercials for this place and I have seen their delivery trucks around my area so I thought I would give them a shot. It was a good idea at the time, but not so much once I look back at my experience. I wanted to send something ( a dozen roses and a box of long steamed chocolate covered strawberries) for Valentines Day. I even made the reservation for delivery 2-weeks ahead of time. Now I know that V-Day is their busiest day and all but still that does not explain what happened. 1.) A week after I made the reservation and received a confirmation number they called me and said they don't deliver to my area. Which is a bunch of B.S because it clearly states on their website that they do. 2.) Everyone knows that Women love getting things (anything) delivered to them at their place of work. I knew that, that's why I arranged them to deliver to her work. Well, I was online throughout that day to check the status of delivery. It always said "in transit" My wife and I was on IM all day (like we usually are) and she kept on telling me who received what and what they got. I even put a note on the reservation stating that she leaves work at 530pm and that she needed it there ANYTIME before that. It never showed up. Later, once I got home I had to explain what happened to her and I know she was upset. Not, because she didn't get anything but because I told her I was sending something to her office and she never received it. 3.) I then called their customer service line and explained what happened and the lady told me "we were waiting for you to call us" WHAT...they have my number ...they called me before. She said that the delivery driver got lost. Now I used to deliver pizzas back in the day and I know places like that has maps for the drivers. They said they could send someone out the next day if I want. One of the main points was for her to get it at work which never happened. And they never offered to give my money back either. 4.) The next day I received 3 calls from the delivery dude saying now he cant find my apartment. COME ON. The kicker was that when he finally got to our apartment he called me one more time and asked me to meet him outside because it was raining. WTF.... I'm sure this was one case out of the many that they do that didn't work out the way the customer wanted. Don't get me wrong they have a bunch of really cool items, but to me it just was not worth all that. My wife was still happy because she still got something it just so happened to be the day after. I don't think I will ever use them again for anything. One bad experience will do it. Sorry Edible Arrangements you lost a customer.
