Very disappointing. Quality has gone way down in recent years. I was always a big fan. Received the "Birthday Wish-tini" with 3 Mylar balloons on Monday. The fruit was old and some dried out, the chocolate on the covered fruit was dry and cracking, and 2 of the 3 balloons were delivered mostly deflated. :( read more

today was an utter disgrace. It was my mom's birthday and she went to your store to redeem a coupon for six free pieces of fruit, which you do honor according to your website and your sales team. I have confirmed this. Upon her arrival, she was greeted by a rude young man who denied her six pieces of on her birthday. Do not order from this store..... Horrible customer service, long hold times, and old fruit. Not fresh. It was Mother's Day and my daughter ordered me a box of strawberries. I called at 11:55am to see when the delivery truck would arrive. Was on hold for 30 minutes. He delivered the strawberries 10 minutes later to the wrong house. The manager told me to walk to the house to get them. He said I wasn't home when.I was literally 5 feet from the front door. He argued with me so I asked for the money to be refunded and he refused. He continued to tell me it was my fault because I was not home. I hung up and filed a complaint. The owner called me a few hours later. He said he would refund the money and send out a box of strawberries the next day. I felt better. They arrived the next morning and when I opened the box, I was disappointed again. they were not fresh. They were soft and gross. Really gross. I called and complained. They said they were made that morning and that was it. Edible Arrangements is expensive but you suck up the price and the $15 delivery charge because of the quality. The quality at this store is awful. Disgusting..... I couldn't eat them. And the customer service is the worst I have experienced. Next time I will order from a different store. read more

This was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I arranged for a delivery for my boyfriend and the driver called to notify me that he was not home and I gave specific instructions on where to place it. This was a surprise and my boyfriend could not find any indication of a package waiting for him. I had to tell him what was ordered and he sent me a video proving that there was nothing at the house. My driveway is also 200 yards long in the woods so no way it was stolen. I called the company, spoke to Chris, who asked if I could come to the store to pick a new one up. Mind you, I was out of town on business and he asked if my boyfriend (whom the gift was for) could pick it up instead. When I said that would not work, he begrudgingly agreed (he made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience) to deliver tomorrow at he time of my choosing (4pm). I received a call from the driver at 12pm asking if I was home because he was "in the neighborhood" and when I reiterated the 4pm drop off, he got very annoyed. I received a call again from Chris at 4pm stating that no one was home (my bf is a nurse and had an emergency at work) and the driver was staring at the alleged package from yesterday. It was never delivered. They left an old package in front of our garage (which is how we enter the house) along w a new one. How we would have managed to enter/exit the house without seeing the original package would have been impossible. When I called to confirm we received the new one and explain that there was no way it was delivered yesterday, I received a very rude response. I was about to ask to file a formal complaint and was met with "thanks for your call." Click. I suspect that it was never delivered and left in the van. Based on the unprofessional and rude experience we had, neither of us are comfortable with consuming the fruit for fear that it was tampered with out of spite. I ended up speaking with the owner who stood up for her driver and insisted I meet with the employee so he could apologize and give me strawberries. He did a nice job of owning up and admitting that he hung up on me. He shared that the driver was fired because they actually found out that he lied about delivery and they sent me home with only 6 strawberries as collateral even though I spent well over $50. Upon opening the fruit at hone, it was not edible. The strawberries were not fresh and had to be disposed of. read more

Actually received my order from the West Chester location but I have also dealt with the Exton location. After receiving 12 chocolate covered strawberries yesterday I was a little disappointed with their freshness. By the time I decided to actually do something about it, it was well after hours so I went online and left them a comment on the email forum. I honestly expected no reply and was going to just get over it and not order from them again. Early this morning I received a call from the manager of both the West Chester and Exton store who had not only already completely read my comments, but was totally apologetic and more than willing to make things right. He was extremely friendly and even told me he personally checked the new berries he would be sending me. By the early afternoon there was a fresh set of strawberries at my door. I am so pleasantly surprised and will definitely continue ordering from these stores. read more

About a month ago I got a dozen chocolate covered strawberries from this particular location. I was excited because I got them as a surprise for my girlfriend and I thought they would make her day. My order was ready when I got there at the pre-determined time, which was great. I drove home (about 15 min) and put the strawberries right into the refrigerator. A few hours later my girlfriend and I went to have a few and some (most) had already started going bad. They were discolored, leaking juices and were very unpleasant. Within 24 hours the rest had to be thrown out, they were not even close to edible (how ironic). I know I can get cheaper chocolate covered fruit elsewhere, but I tend to like the work of Edible Arrangements. Not being from this area originally I have never used this location before, and I am very disappointed and highly doubt I'd trust them with another order ever again. Big waste of money. read more
