chocolate covered strawberries in paper cups
    Erin Q.

Do not order from this store..... Horrible customer service, long hold times, and old fruit. Not fresh. It was Mother's Day and my daughter ordered me a box of strawberries. I called at 11:55am to see when the delivery truck would arrive. Was on hold for 30 minutes. He delivered the strawberries 10 minutes later to the wrong house. The manager told me to walk to the house to get them. He said I wasn't home when.I was literally 5 feet from the front door. He argued with me so I asked for the money to be refunded and he refused. He continued to tell me it was my fault because I was not home. I hung up and filed a complaint. The owner called me a few hours later. He said he would refund the money and send out a box of strawberries the next day. I felt better. They arrived the next morning and when I opened the box, I was disappointed again. they were not fresh. They were soft and gross. Really gross. I called and complained. They said they were made that morning and that was it. Edible Arrangements is expensive but you suck up the price and the $15 delivery charge because of the quality. The quality at this store is awful. Disgusting..... I couldn't eat them. And the customer service is the worst I have experienced. Next time I will order from a different store.

It's amazing that they also will have things like non-Perales that do not have artificial dyes!!!!! Chocolate covered organic graham crackers etc. Oh! They also had dye free lemon sticks which was SUCH a treat!!!! Hopefully they have more this summer. their ice cream bars are amazing and made with local cream! When strawberries are in season they have cups of fresh cut strawberries with homemade chocolate drizzled on. To die! They really do a great job here & are always super friendly. Beginning in 1910, Hershey began to give tours of its chocolate factory to the public. Visitors walked through real production areas to see processes like bar molding, wrapping, and the depositing of Hershey Kiss chocolates. By the early 1970s, the public tours had become too crowded for the active manufacturing plant. Located next to Hersheypark, Hershey opened Chocolate World as an alternate visitor center for the public to learn about the manufacturing process as well as purchase chocolate products in the large retail shop. My family and I recently visited Hershey while we were visiting our cousins in Pennsylvania. My wife and I had both separately visited Hershey when we were children, but this was the first visit for our own children. After taking a tour around town with Hershey Trolley Works, we headed inside Chocolate World. We went straight for the Hershey Chocolate Tour, where the line moved very quickly. It's not a real tour of the Hershey Factory, but rather a simulated one that is family-friendly. Similar to an attraction at Disney World, visitors sit in omnimover-style cars that move continuously along a track through the simulated factory journey. Our sons loved seeing the anthropomorphic chocolate characters who teach visitors about the chocolate-making process. Afterwards, we headed to the retail shop area to grab some delicious chocolate treats to take with us on the road. And don't worry... there were plenty of free samples too! For any families looking to visit Hershey, we highly recommend making a delicious stop at Hershey's Chocolate World!

The facilities are well-maintained, the staff are friendly, and there's plenty to see and do whether it's your first visit or your tenth. A few highlights from my visit: If you're only visiting Chocolate World, you receive two hours of free parking, which is a nice perk. Clean facilities, including well-maintained restrooms. A large gift shop with just about every Hershey product you can imagine. The free Chocolate Tour is a must-do and a great introduction to how Hershey chocolate is made. The tour ends with a free sweet treat, which is always a nice bonus. Plenty of activities for families, chocolate lovers, and first-time visitors. There are also several paid add-on experiences available, including: The Hershey Trolley Works tour Create Your Own Candy Bar Hershey's Unwrapped live chocolate tasting show Of these, I highly recomme nd the Trolley Tour. The staff dressed in old-time attire really bring the experience to life, and their energy, storytelling, and interaction with guests make it a memorable part of the visit. It's a fun way to learn about Hershey's history while being entertained along the way. One thing to note is that the store can become quite crowded during the summer months, so be prepared for larger crowds if you're visiting during peak season. Overall, Hershey's Chocolate World is a fun, family-friendly attraction that offers a mix of free and paid experiences. Whether you're stopping in for the Chocolate Tour, shopping for treats, or taking the trolley ride, it's a classic Hershey experience that's well worth a visit.
