Outside has plenty of tables that wrap from the front of the shop around this side. This is high-level, social media friendly decor. Service was good overall. Coffee service was very quick. But breakfast sandwich orders were going to take 45 minutes. Raise eyebrows for sure. Looking back they set the bar low. It maybe took 20 minutes. But know that on a gorgeous summer morning, it might take a minute to get your breakfast sandwiches. The food was very good. The BEACH sandwich was tasty and filling. The iced coffee was very good as well. The fresh baked goods looked amazing. Overall, Harborview Market is highly recommended. It's a place that looks like you want to love it - if that makes sense. But it is a great spot. Off hours might be the smart approach as this place (rightfully) gets packed.

Parking is street parking only, so be prepared for that. The biggest downside was the service timing. We felt a bit rushed to place our order, but then waited about 45 minutes for the food to arrive. When it finally came out, the food was cold. The flavors were actually really good, and you could tell the food had potential, but it definitely would have been much better served warm. Overall, it's a cute place with a nice vibe, but the long wait and cold food made the experience a little disappointing.

It's not unique anymore. One of the draws of going here was to walk in and see all the liquid nitrogen and making the ice cream. It's just not fun anymore. Also, they served my bubble cone in a plastic cup? That was weird. The inside is also in need of attention. The lighting was dim and it was pretty dirty in there if you stand and look around. It's like it hasn't been deep cleaned in 10 years. There's also no restroom! People seemed nice to us. I won't complain about them. It seems like a lot of kids working, to be expected. It's basically a fast food ice cream chain so what can be expected. The real issue is, they need a manager there running the ship. The crew was all over the place when I was there. They kept looking at the order receipts, running around chaotically. Asking each other questions etc. I think they need a boss or someone there that can help the crew out with direction. I think lack of management was the issue. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. Go find a mom and pop place nearby. This place is just not as "cool" as it once was.

The service is terrible it's awful, whoever the man is attending has such a dreadful attitude it makes the whole atmosphere seem tense. I feel bad for the clients, this man makes you not want to shop here. To the owners I hope you hire someone new this man needs to learn to be respectful and quit having the attitude of a teenage girl. If you're tired of working here just quit, you don't need to take it out on your patrons. If you don't care about customer service in the slightest you should definitely come for the bread. Sometimes the heat is unbearable, I couldn't stand more than 2 minutes because I was physically unable to breathe. Anyways don't make questions, don't make talk, just remember the fat man attending the customers is ignorant and pompous with the attitude of a teenage girl seriously.

Kinda surprised no one has blessed this spot with a review yet!…read more I used to be up in here all the time, mainly for their Guava pastries. In fact, its one of the spots ive missed the most since the move out West. Family owned and operated by some good, friendly, hard workin peoples. People that take pride in, not only the product they put out, but how the customer is treated when they are in their establishment. Affordable, superb quality Mexican baked goods, baked on site; FRESH! Extremely fair prices on everything! I tried the coffee for the first time yesterday and it was surprisingly great! Grabbed some Piedras, a Concha, a Sweet Rice Pastry, and a few other things---but NO Guava pastries?!!?!! Damn! Bottom line, this is a definite 5 star spot, both for quality and service, but i was let down by them not offering that Guava until the winter time. I might give em a call, see if they can make me a half dozen to bring back West with me. Mexican bakeries in SD are a dime a dozen, but NONE of them have the official quality that H&H in BPT does. Check em out today!
