My husband surprised me with an Edible Arrangements order for Mother's Day, which was very thoughtful, but unfortunately the delivery experience was disappointing. The arrangement was delivered very late in the day while we were out spending Mother's Day with family. The driver called saying he was outside, but since we weren't close to home yet, he left the arrangement sitting outside in the shade in 100+ degree weather. I understand it was a busy holiday, but for a product with fruit,chocolate and cheesecake the timing and handling were disappointing. They tasted burnt like candle wax and similar to the smell when you blow out a candle. I know these are made/manufactured elsewhere but expect some quality control out there. I have now ordered twice from the same location and they messed my delivery order up both times! I was very upset on today's delivery because it was my Wife's Birthday and she really needed a surprise! But anyway they forgot half the order upon delivery. Terrible customer service, try another location for sure, I wanted to surprise my fiance for his birthday, his work building is two mins away that they pretty much told me I need to pay priority to get it a little faster. They could have dropped it off right next store instead they decided to leave me for last (5 hours in) because I did not pay the priority price online, which has never happened to me. This post is overdue! So last month, my family and best friend and I actually were just leaving from The Tea Terrace. While I was helping my daughter in the bathroom inside The Tea Terrace, my husband and son (2 1/2) waited outside walking around. My son went by the Edible Arrangements window and the nice gentleman (Jose) waved to him, and made a fresh chocolate covered strawberry for him, just because! When my daughter and I came out and met up with my husband and son, Jose had just come out with the strawberry, and of course, my daughter (4 1/2) wanted one too. And guess what? Jose went in and made two more, and one with sprinkles because he just knew my daughter would love sprinkles! My friend went in afterwards to purchase some chocolate covered pineapples as a thank you to Jose, which Jose went above and beyond by making them all fresh to order and packaged them so nicely! Jose was such a wonderful, thoughtful, kind, and friendly gentleman who went the extra measure to put a smile on my children's faces, and just because. I wish I lived closer to this location, because I'd be ordering from Jose all the time for all occasions to gift their products. His customer service (& chocolate dipping skills) was above top notch, and his personality is just so warm and welcoming! The customer service of the staff over the phone was absolutely wonderful, and the order itself was beautiful and delicious. I'd especially like to point out and thank the delivery driver, I believe he said his name was Muntasir, who had called me about my drop off and left me a message, which I didn't see until much later, and I assume he had to move on to other deliveries after I did not respond, but I called him back and asked if there was any possible way he'd be willing to come at a later time to deliver my arrangement since I was stuck at work and he was nice enough to add me back to his delivery list and accommodate my request. You see so many delivery drivers who aren't as thoughtful and this guy deserves some appreciation for being so kind, even in this triple digit heat. GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE !! read more

I never thought I would care to leave a review of Edible Arrangements; I assumed they're all about the same. Boy was I surprised when I used this location to send a 40th birthday gift to a close friend. I was out of town and felt bad I was missing her birthday but obviously couldn't bring her anything myself. I was a little nervous about the gift arriving when she wasn't home - it was chocolate and it's summer in Vegas - but ordered anyway and hoped for the best. I received a call from the manager, Jose, who said my friend wasn't answering her phone when he attempted delivery. Gahh that's what I was afraid of! Jose patiently stayed on hold with me while I texted her and a neighbor trying to find someone who could accept the package. My friend texted back that she was about 10 minutes away from home and Jose OFFERED TO MEET HER THERE. Wait, what??? I didn't think that kind of service existed anymore. Jose said it was a slower day for them and he didn't mind. I gave him my friend's number and told her he was coming to the restaurant where she was having lunch and he really did go meet her and drop off her gift! Of course she was thrilled and very surprised a delivery driver would track her down when she wasn't home. It all turned out perfect and I could not have been happier. I placed an order for my 90 year old grandmother and before the delivery was made I received a text to inform me on how the delivery would be handled due to COVID19 and the hot weather. Once I informed him he was delivering to an elderly women he changed everything, he stayed in communication with me and stated he would wait for her to answer so the chocolate wouldn't melt! Needless to say, his order was delivered to the wrong house, a house actually down the street. My husband kept calling Edible arrangements to find out where my order was or for a refund. We could not get through. This morning we opened our door and found the order at our door. The flowers were dead, chocolate melted. It had a note from my neighbor saying they found it at their door this morning. We still haven't been able to speak to the manager. So I'll be requesting a full refund. Horrible. ****UPDATE**** Edible Arrangements I work nights and someone just rang my doorbell. I wasn't expecting anyone, and to my surprise, there was a lovely lady with an Edible Arrangements Bouquet. It had a note from the owner apologizing for an incident I had with a delivery a few days ago. I must admit, I was completely taken aback. I didn't call in a complaint because I just figured they would be like most companies today and shrug their shoulders and pass the blame on to someone or something else. I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't give them a chance to right an error. It is abundantly clear that Edible Arrangements on Rainbow is NOT like most companies today and I should have given them a shot to fix it. Not only did they make it right, they went way above expectations to fix an error and showed me my error for just assuming they would be like everyone else. You know what they say about "assuming". Thank you Basil and edible arrangements, you made my day and turned a negative into a positive . I really wanted to love these. I have always wanted to try one. I received an arrangement for my birthday from my sister. I was super stoked to get it!! Unfortunately, it was NOT good. The pineapple pieces were sour and had a lot of rind in them, the strawberry's were old and not sweet at all. The melons and the grapes were just OK - the grapes weren't really sweet. Of course, I couldn't eat the fruit all at one so I did what was said and pulled it off the skewers and put in an airtight container. The next day, they were not edible any longer. Such a shame because I know this was expensive. The only thing I could think is the fruit was old or not good. There honestly wasn't any redeeming thing on this.
