It's located at McCully shopping center at the end by where Taco Bell used to be. The cookie dough flavors look like ice cream which is what makes it a little confusing the first time. My boyfriend got the sundae which is soft serve with two scoops of cookie dough and one topping. There are all kinds of toppings but he chose m&ms. He also got the ube cookie dough (which they said was popular) and the monster which is like Oreo. He liked it although he kept saying it was very sweet haha. I got one scoop of cookie dough which was half chocolate chip and half hot cocoa (a seasonal flavor). I also got the GOAT cookie which is walnut chocolate chip. Not sure how I've waited so long to try this place. Edible is where Snow Factory used to be way back when. Edible has been here awhile. It's a cute small space with no indoor seating, but they do have (2) tables outside with seats if you wanna enjoy your soft serve or cookies outside. Let's say I am definitely not disappointed and that I am absolutely IN LOVE with the bag of cookies. They're perfectly tiny, crispy and chewy! Seriously it's such a favorite thing that I've ordered at least (3) bags in (2) days. That's how much I love it. The cookie dough is great tasting too and so is the soft serve ice cream. The giant cookies are delicious too. The ube cookie has great notes of ube and not too overpowering. The milk and cereal cookies is my favorite! This one is THICC and fluffy, while the other cookies are the flat, wide variety. It's delicious and I love the soft, chewy texture. My next go-to is the PB&J. If you love that flavor combination, then do not skip out on this one. It's everything you want it to be and more. For the past few months, I've been seeing perfect Instagram-worthy pictures of the cookie dough scoops at Edible so I had to try it out myself to see what the hype was about. You can choose up to two different flavors of cookie dough and a free topping to go with the vanilla soft serve. The Cookie Monster flavor caught my eye because it had a nice blue hue to it and contained BOTH chocolate chip cookies and oreos inside -which I absolutely LOVE. I chose the Birthday Cake flavor because I wanted to try another random flavor! Both tasted exactly how I expected it to be. However the texture of the cookie dough satisfied a craving I had as a little girl; This is exactly how it would feel if play-doh was edible haha! Not that it's a bad thing, but I know the texture may be *too* soft for some folks. I saw Edible featured on Yelp Honolulu's Instagram and I'm a sucker for cookie dough so I had to have it! FOOD: I ordered 1 scoop with two flavors: Ube and Banana Nutella. Last week after a nice Hawaiian dinner with friends, we (or perhaps just myself but just being the instigator) were itching for something sweet. We were trying to be sensitive to a dining mate who is lactose intolerant so ice cream was eliminated. But then, one of the girls blurted "Edible", which I recall seeing recently in social media. Located on the Ewa-side 1st floor of McCully Shopping Center to the opposite extreme of 7-11, Edible is Honolulu's ever first edible cookie dough shop which opened its doors just before Thanksgiving. To be frank, when I first saw on social media their Cookie Monster, I thought it was ice cream that almost drove me crazy and was sadly disappointed when I found out it was cookie dough. You see, I was never really a fan of cookie dough ice cream or eating cookie dough when making chocolate chip cookies as a kid. As a personal preference, it's just NOT my thing. So, when a friend suggested Edible, I didn't want to play spoiler so I agreed and made our way here. With a bum ankle, I luckily found parking just in front of 7-11 but hobbled over and finally located Edible's signage. One of my friends (name not to be disclosed) must have been speeding because she was already there ordering - - Aiyah!!! The menu is simple here with cookie dough, freshly baked cookies and some beverage options. I'm such a copycat because when my friend was in the midst of choosing her flavors for the "boat" which consists of 3 mini scoops plus a topping, I followed suit. I'll be honest, I chose my flavors just for picture taking purposes. I was more concerned of what would look more appealing on social media: Cookie Monster, Oreo Matcha and Ube Haupia. I had a difficult time deciding which topping would compliment my selection. When I started to stress out what to select, I opted no topping despite the 1st topping is free. VERDICT: Overall, I found the cookie dough not bad but as I mentioned in my intro, cookie dough is not my cup of tea. Flavor wise, Oreo Matcha probably was the best of the 3 but I really liked the Cookie Monster because it photographed well. Service was okay but the male staff could have had more personality. The store seemed very sterile with no plants, furniture nor decor. Overall, a decent first experience and glad I was able to try out this spanking brand new business with some friends. This was an interesting experience. My wife and I were looking for a dessert place that caught our eye and that stayed open late. My wife is a cookie lover and I was intrigued by the concept of edible cookie dough. However the rumors are true. They are still not offering samples which makes it extremely risky to buy cookie dough given the negative reviews. Hawaii's first cookie dough shop! I finally made my way down to this cute cookie and edible cookie dough shop which took over the former Snow Factory on the 1st floor/Ewa end of the McCully Shopping Center. Their soft opening was on Thursday, 11/19/20. I chose the most popular cookie which was the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookie. Their cookie was huge and delicious with macadamia nuts!! It was crispy on the outside yet chewy on the inside with white chocolate drizzled on top. I also picked up a bag of smaller chocolate chip cookies which was a nice size to share with others. The other specialty cookies looked so good too so I have to return to try the Milk & Cereal, Matcha Oreo, Brûlée & Fluffer Nutter! I didn't realized there was a menu board on the wall to my right as I walked in, so I missed out ordering a drink or having the special cookie dough sundae. The cookie would have paired nicely with ice cream. Although I'm not a cookie dough person, I wanted to try the many favors so I got the $8 cup for 4 scoops of the edible cookie dough. It was topped with a cute tiny charcoal colored fortune cookie. Wow there was even a fortune paper inside. I didn't get a free topping on my next visit but I got a message of hope! My fortune said, "All it takes is faith & trust". What a nice touch to add a fortune cookie with a fortune! The cookie dough was a little too sweet for my liking. Perhaps I'm not used to eating cookie dough. It's cool that the edible cookie dough is made from heat-treated flour to make it safe to eat. There's a vegan option made out of soy. Recently arrived back to Honolulu for the uncountable time after a long flight. Came here with a fellow yelper for a late night snack. So glad we came here. Opened late which is perfect for a late arrival on Friday. Ordered two cookies. The night selection was limited. The cookies were fresh and warm though could have been more hot. The salted caramel biscotti was by far the best of the two. Gooey and moist yet crispy and a perfect blend of savory and sweet. Also grabbed a delicious lemonade to water it down. Edible cookie dough has finally made its appearance in Hawaii (and not just on grocery store shelves)! We tried the Ube Haupia, Cookie Monster and S'mores cookie. The Cookie Monster was definitely the favored flavor out of the 2 cookie doughs we tried. The ube haupia one had an interesting aftertaste to it. As for the cookie, it was HUGE! Lots of chunks of chocolate in it. If you save some of the cookie for the next day, it gets a little hard, so just throw it in the microwave to soften it up again. The service was super quick and efficient! I want to definitely come back to try the soft serve with the cookie dough to see if that elevates the experience even further. In the mood for a late-night dessert, I saw Edible was open and thought it'd be great to visit. On their simple menu, you have the option to order different flavors and scoops of cookie dough as well as cookies and drinks. Since it was our first time I ordered The Box and my friend got a Cookie Dough Shake. For The Box, I was able to pick one or two flavors of choice. The worker said the Ube and Cookie Monster were most popular so that's what I chose. They combined both flavors in one scoop, which I found interesting. Hands down, the ube was the winner. You could taste the ube flavor and there were chunks of ube in it! It also wasn't as rich or sweet compared to the Cookie Monster. Although the Cookie Monster was pretty in color, it tasted like average cookie dough with hints of Oreo. I found the cookie dough to be extremely rich, sweet, and heavy. Even with one scoop, I found myself struggling to finish it due to a sugar overload. The same went with my friend who couldn't finish his shake. I tried a sip and although tasty, it was super thick and extremely sweet. The bottom had a big chunk of cookie dough that wasn't mixed in so he couldn't drink it. Second time here at edibles and I'm a bit disappointed. I got their cookie dough sundae with Cookie Monster and red velvet flavored cookie dough. First off the soft serve was very watery not very creamy like other soft serves I've had before. It also melted very quickly when the girl handed the soft serve to me after I paid. The cookie dough I loved the Cookie Monster it was delicious and tasted just like the last time I've had. The red velvet cookie dough was not to my liking. I couldn't taste any red velvet or like cookie flavor. It was really artificial and tasted like plastic. They scooped my ube into a cute little brown take out box. We paid and went outside to eat. First scoop... wait a minute this isn't cold! Second scoop... this isn't ice cream! It's flavored cookie dough! How cool is that?! I couldn't finish it tho cause it has a weird taste that makes you super thirsty. I saved it in my fridge but the next day it didn't look so good so I threw it away. The reason for 3 stars was I was expecting ice cream... my fault cause I didn't read the menu well. Fun flavors of cookie dough and cookies! One vegan option each. We had the vegan cookie dough, birthday cake cookie dough, salted caramel cookie, and the GOAT, which I think is a chocolate chip cookie with walnuts. Everything is delicious! The salted caramel really tastes like it has browned butter (one of my fave things in the world), and the cookie itself is quite structured, with an excellent mouth feel. It has a really epic caramel drizzle - no fakey tastes, nice and sticky. My daughter had the vegan chocolate chip cookie dough, which we agreed tastes a little coconutty - in a good way! We would definitely get it again! There's no inside seating allowed right now but there are a couple places outside you can sit. The prices are super reasonable - $5 for a small cookie dough or cookie - and the cookies are huge! Toppings are also available for the cookie dough - stuff like sprinkles or Oreo crumbles or gummies. I am actually wondering if they might be available to do a birthday event...my son loves cookie dough! This place is located at the old Snow Factory location in the Ewa end of McCully Shopping Center on the first floor. Tons of free parking. Okeeee... so they are known for their cookie dough ice cream dessert things... but I have never tried the cookie dough before.. and unfortunately COVID stole my chance for free samples. This review is strictly for their AMMAAAAAZZZING mini chocolate chip cookies. I can't even describe the crunchy yet chewy heavenly-ness. How on earth do they get it perfectly right every time?! My first time getting them, they were still warm! I can't even. Just go. Try the cookies. Do it. They are freaking amazing. Did I say that already? Only kind of annoying thing is they don't accept Apple Pay.. so I had to run back to my car in the rain to grab my card... who doesn't accept Apple Pay these days? I had to try this place to see if it lives up to all the hype. I think it was pretty good and would come back again, but I don't think I'd find myself making this a regular stop. I enjoyed the cookie dough and freshly baked cookies, but was not really impressed with the soft serve. The taste of the soft serve was slightly off, and I think it took away from the experience for me. I would definitely recommend trying the different flavors of cookie dough though. Just not too much, because it can tend to get a little heavy. read more

Review mainly for dough and soft serve (didn't try the cookies). I believe they open till 10pm on Sunday and that's pretty good since most people want dessert after stuffing their mouths at the neighboring restaraunt joints next door. Shop is nice, clean, and quiet. I don't think the tables inside are avail to sit down as they had the chairs stacked by the time we got there (8pm ish~). However, there were tables outside for my bf and I to sit on. We got the soft serve w cookie dough and the flight sample. Service was good, staff was nice and answered our questions. Bf gave the soft serve and dough a 10/10, he definitely liked his dessert. I wish I had gotten my own soft serve honestly because eating my sample flight I craved something cold w my dough scoops. Flavor wise honestly the ube was THE BEST. Omg I loved it so much and wished i got literally three scoops of it instead (I know overkill but that's how much I liked it). The texture and taste in comparison to the other too was just very smooth and creamy. The Cookie Monster my bf liked as well but I didn't really care for too much. The Oreo matcha was just okay as well. Overall, I will come back again to try the cookies and get the ube haupia over and over and overrrr again! read more

Stumbled in here while waiting for our take out order from Thai Lao. It was our first time so babe and i were totally clueless on how to order and what they had. Ive saw people post their cookies before but other than that i didn't know what they had and what to order.. The workers put on a new set of gloves as soon as we walked in, my bf told them, oh you don't need to do that, we're just looking, just so their not waiting on us while we decide what we wanted i guess. They weren't really friendly and didn't really recommend anything to us nor did they tell us what they had. We had to ask them. so it was likeeee uhhhh okkk we'll just get this and that. We ordered quickly hoping it would be good. Since we never tried their cookie dough before i decided to get the sampler. We got cookie monster, banana nutella, and the guy worker recommended ube. Cookie monster was the best flavor. I wish i got birthday cake instead of banana nutella cause that flavor was not good AT ALL :( We also got cookies. Milk n cereal, White chocolate matcha, and chocolate chip. Milk n cereal was the best one BUT i wouldn't spend $5 on their cookies again LOL. They also have puppy desserts. So i bought one for my frenchie since her birthday was a few days ago. The guy recommended it, but my dog didn't like it AT ALL. Overall, i don't think we'd go out of our way to be back. Like literally all of us missed it almost to the point where we paid. It's cookie dough. "Edible" cookie dough lol. Pay attention! None of us were enthralled with the cookie dough and aren't cookie dough lovers but i give it four stars because the baked cookies were really good. We got the cinnamon and the walnut chocolate chip ones. Maybe best cookies I've had on island? This is the kind that's big, chunky, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. They were warm when we got them. Other offering include vanilla soft serve and a selection of dairy and non dairy milks. Was told that you can bake the cookie dough they have...and business option...these are so good maybe you need to sell them for bake at home kits! read more

Cute little sweet treat spot! It's located where the old snow lab use to be, and I loooooove that it's dog friendly. They have a little bowl of "dog-dough" that you can get for your fur baby. (Obviously a must) my pisco was a huge fan! I enjoyed the cookie dough w/soft cream and really enjoyed the Cookie Monster dough. We got a box of their HUGE cookies! Edibles located in McCully Shopping Center, replaces Snow Factory's Location. The owners of this cute shop, Megan and Jackie are super friendly and work hard when it's busy. There are only the two of them so it does get busy at certain times, and they work hard to get everyone their cravings. Edibles is not what you think it is, it's actually "edible" cookie dough. You heard that right EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH. The amount of ways you can enjoy the Cookie Dough: Sundae, Milk Shake, or by the scoops. They also have Toppings to put on your Cookie Dough. The best part of the Cookie Dough is that if you don't finish it, you can bake it and enjoy it in cookie form. They always come out with new flavors to try. I really enjoyed the Cookie Monster and Ube Haupia Cookie Dough. It's really sweet, but so addicting, I recommend getting the Cookie Dough in Sundae form as the soft serve balances out the sweetness. Other than the Cookie Dough, they also serve Huge Cookies. These Cookies are AMAZING. I can't get enough of them. Like the Cookie Dough their Cookies also come out with new and unique flavors too. They had a Hot Cheetos Cookie before, and it was a unique experience trying it. It wasn't bad and the spiciness really complimented the sweetness of the cookie. You must try the Milk n Cereal Cookie (if avail) and the Bag of Cookies (bag of mini chocolate chip cookies). Their cookies are baked fresh everyday and they run out fast so make sure you get them while they last. The outside of the cookie is crunchy and once you get into the middle, it is soft and moist, just the way it should be. Their Cookie Dough Milkshake is like any other milkshake, but you choose the Cookie Dough flavor that you want. It's twist to milkshakes, when you drink it, you get the small chunks of Cookie Dough. If you don't want that, a nice glass of Milk (which they sell) goes well with their cookies. They also recently added some seating area.
