I wanted to get a suit done here for an upcoming wedding, but I will going elsewhere to get tailoring. The groom sent a link to the suit he wanted the grooms people to get. Someone recommended Eduardo's to me so I thought I'd give it a shot. I went in to ask if he could take my measurements so I could order the proper size and have him alter it. I mentioned measurements 2 or three times so I could get the right size and he declined each time saying he knew my size by looking at me. He kept insisting I was a 46 or 48 and I KNOW that did not seem right. I was able to find a size 46 and a size 48 just to try out and they were both far too small. Sure enough I fit a 50 or 52.... I asked directly for measurements and he didn't want to do them because he trusted his eyes... Y'all lost a customer. Very disappointing. read more

YES -- Eduardo can work on motorcycle leather!!! (In fact, he said he loves doing leather work.) This is my "everyday" riding suit and it was unfortunately showing its age with a zipper that would split at the slightest breeze. I really wanted to like this place. Although Eduardo was nice, his tailoring was rather poor in our case. My boyfriend had his pants hemmed, and the alteration came undone on one leg after a couple months. My pants also had the same situation where one leg came undone after one wear. I also had a shirt I wanted shortened because it was too long and he just folded the extra fabric over and sewed it. It is bulky and the sewing is uneven. Will try a different place. read more

I just saw your respond to my reveiw on your google site and here is your respond: Unbelievable that you're saying that! Now I am even more upset! How can you claim my daughter-in-law never came in for alterations? She came after work, and we were all there--me, my husband, and our daughter-in-law. You don't even remember her? She tried the pants on, and you didn't even touch them--they were in the exact same condition as when we first brought them to you. And yet, you charged me an arm and a leg for both my shirt and her pants! On top of that, you don't remember telling me, "Oh, you're not going to wear this shirt anyway--it's useless"? Wow, what a short memory! Then you claimed that you didn't work on either of the items and that it was someone else in your store. Well, whoever it was ruined my shirt and didn't touch the pants at all. You don't even remember that the partial refund you gave me was for my shirt, not the pants! I had to argue with you just to get a partial refund. You never refunded me for the untouched pants, absolutely nothing. Yes, shame on you for all of this and on top of that not telling the truth! You did the alteration on the pants without my daughter-in-law even trying them on?? This is really ridiculous! Came here for the first time and unfortunately VERY disappointed. Simple alterations to shorten 2 jacket cuffs and below was my experience of facts: 1. It took almost 3 weeks to complete 2. The price was too high 3. The day it was suppose to be done and ready it was not; he barley started and waited until the last day to finish 4. No apologies for the delay and the inconvenience of having to come back 5. Workmanship is poor (see photos) esp for what he charges; a true professional would not accept this standard of work 6. At least the length shorten was correct surprisingly Lesson learned...don't come here unless you want to wait several weeks for a simple alteration, over pay for service, garment not be ready as promised and not receive a courtesy call, and poor workmanship. The customer service and professionalism here doesn't exist. Definitely not worth the wait or what I paid. There are other better options for sure than this shop. I brought in my father's old leather jacket that was showing its age and needed to have the lining re-done. Eduardo exceeded my expectations with his attention to detail and craftsmanship; in addition to the new lining, he repaired multiple damaged locations on the leather itself and the end result is far better than I could have imagined. Sent in the suit for alteration, took a week to do the job, on the pick up day the owner decided to close early at 2pm (business hour say 9am-6:30pm, without notifying customer. The worst thing is the owner is closing for Sat as well and I need the suit for a Sat wedding. I have to ask the store neighbor to call him back for pickup and he won't even allow me to try it out to see if it even fits because he has to leave . Eduardo is a phenomenal tailor! I came to him with a relatively complex ask to tailor my wedding dress. I had ordered a size larger than recommended as I liked where it hit on the body, so we needed to do some extra work to make it work. In two fittings, Eduardo, took in the bust, added padding and stitching to make the top fit, shortened the hem, added a bustle, and created a better silhouette by taking in the bottom as well. Eduardo recommended two things that I was not 100% sure of. He recommended a shorter hem and to close the v-neck to create a sweetheart neckline. I am so glad I trusted him and went with both of his recommendations! The shorter hem was a life saver when walking through around the wedding and the alteration of the neckline ensured the fit was perfect! Eduardo is absolutely incredible at what he does, and I can't recommend him enough. He altered my wedding dress in a few ways: shortened the front so I wouldn't trip, added a corset-like back so it held me together better, swapped out the original button loops for stretchier ones so that they would come together easier, adjusted sleeve length, and took a few inches off the bust so it would fit my chest better. My dress has A LOT of material, the sleeves are lace, and the bodice has a beaded design. I thought I would end up paying an arm and a leg for all these alterations, but Eduardo has prices that can't be beat! He's also super friendly, very knowledgeable at what he does, and gives amazing advice. Not to mention that I felt like royalty on my big day and cannot thank him enough! I bought couple suits from Hugo Boss at new location in Valley fair mall. The staffs work here strong recommended me to Eduardo's Tailor to alter my suits. I went back and forward 4 times in a month to alter, but the more he fixed the more he messed.He doesn't have any experience to fix the suits. Finally I had to pay for the damaged $200.
