They are super rude and unfriendly here. Rushed haircut even though no one else was waiting, wouldn't listen to what style we wanted, complained the whole time about my son's hair being "hard" to cut. Only gave it 2 stars for the price. $10 haircuts! Yes, $10! But that's not even the best part. Kathy and Andy are! The owners and barbers of this awesome shop are incredibly friendly. I'd actually say joyful. Not to mention, they're very skilled at their craft. Kathy is always smiling and does a great job cutting my hair. Andy is stoic but very nice and focused. If you need a skin fade, he's the guy! We walked in for a first time ever haircut for my wild child, toddler with little expectations. I mean, my son is just too much too handle sometimes. Well Kathy instantly melted any of our fears and handled this tough job of cutting a wiggling worm with so much patience and ingenuity, keeping him busy the whole time. I couldn't be more happy with how his first haircut came out. Yes, there were tears from my little boy, but we expected them and Kathy handled it like a champ. I was ripped off by Kathy!! Only giving 1 star as you have to.... It wasn't the haircut it was my $5000 hearing aides that I had to remove while getting the haircut to avoid the clear tube connecting the earpiece and main part together getting cut. They turned up missing and she had no ideal where they were.... I am a combat veteran and these hearing aides help with my hearing but really prove their worth in managing the tinnitus (ringing in my ears). I cannot afford to have them replaced... read more

Was parking to go to the vet and did not notice I parked in front of the barber. Not sure if it was the owner or a worker, but he did a shewing motion and told me to move over to the other side very aggressively and rudely... It was very condescending. Regardless if you were irritated or not, there was no need to be rude to someone who is not a customer and did not know that the parking was designated. If you can be rude to someone you don't know, I would hate to get my hair cut here. read more

i would give this a 1 star if i could. i entered and felt VERY un-welcomed. they gave me looks and i immediately felt uncomfortable. i showed them a picture of the haircut i wanted for my son, and the lady gave me a confused, rude look. my son and i were talking about which haircut her would like right, and i showed her a picture of the haircut we wanted and she LEFT the station she was at with my son. by the way, her name was KATHY, and then she told me her husband would do it. so we waited 10 minutes only for her husband to say he can't do it. why couldn't they say that they couldn't do it from the beginning?? why did they have me waiting?? why did they give me dirty looks when i entered with my son ?? i also felt very uncomfortable, as a person of color, to not feel welcomed by such establishment where they market, "walk ins welcome!" wouldn't recommend. go somewhere else please! read more
