Called back and left messages to report it and never received a call back plus the mechanic broke my hood latch. I can't believe that Lisa would have anything to do with this so has to be the son. VERY BAD BUSINESS! Took it elsewhere and found most of what they did wasn't needed. Kevin's Auto Repair needs to be renamed to Let's Make It Worse or Costs You an Arm and A Leg! Never going back and will not recommend.

My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work.

I had a new engine put in somewhere else, but started using Eagle. I noticed an oil leak and was…read moretold there were valve leaks from when Tom Wood put in the engine. Tom Wood said my vehicle was out of warranty (12k miles or one year and I work from home, so I didn't drive it often). I had Eagle do the valve work, with was over $800. A few months later, I noticed there was still oil leaking. I took it back and they said it wasn't the valves, but is now the top oil pan. I asked didn't they have to touch or remove the oil pan to do the valve work? They said no and said it would be another $800+ to repair. I talked to another mechanic and was told they absolutely had to remove the oil pan to do the valve work. So, my truck is leaking oil and loosing engine pressure because Eagle reduced to honor their warranty and wanted to milk me for money. Update after owners response: I took my vehicle back a few months later and that was the answer given. I did not drive for the majority of 2025 because of a hand injury. I'm writing this response now because of what I was told by a mechanic recently. If they look in their system, they will see they repaired my car and a few months later, I brought it back for a diagnostic because it was still leaking oil. I work from home and put very few miles on my car between 2020 and January 2026.

They said they wouldn't even be able to look at it until Monday, so I remembered Eagle Auto which was half a mile away. I got there 10 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. Jessica helped me at the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and LOVELY. She got my keys and said they'd have someone run diagnostics on it. I made my self comfortable and waited for about 45 mins until she came back with the results. Thankfully nothing popped up on their tests and she gave me my keys and said no charge. Wow. Just wow. Great service and they were so prompt. I told her that I would be giving them an awesome review- especially her help. I will most definitely be coming back (hopefully not too soon) when I'm in need of service. They also gave a ride to a gentleman that came a little after me. Very nice. Well stocked coffee bar and snacks. Jessica asked if I needed to do any work bc they have an office for people that work while they wait. How great is that? I am very impressed not only with the professionalism and great skills of the technicians, but the very helpful and friendly staff that greet you at the front desk. They always find the time to work me in to their busy schedule when I need their help the most. The prices here are very reasonable which makes their great service even better. I'm hooked on the outstanding abilities of Mears Automotive. This place always works wonders and I am extremely satisfied. I was driving through town, all night on the road and had a check engine light come on. My truck automatically governs the speed and makes it a pain to drive. I still have 6 hours to go and saw this place next to a gas station. I stopped in and asked if they could make time to simply read a code so I had an idea of what to tell the dealer at my destination. I informed them that I had no problem on paying for the labor. The mechanic overheard the conversation, quickly came out with the computer, took fifteen minutes to read the code, pop the hood, look for a problem, reset the code, and say "We're good". This was my second visit to Tyler Automotive. I went to subpar mechanics recently that I just…read moredidn't trust and my car still didn't feel right. Had my front and rear shocks and struts replaced with a wheel alignment. I had to have my car towed to Tyler's Friday afternoon knowing they're closed on the weekends. I called to let them know my car would be there at whatever time on Friday and whenever they manage to get to it was fine. Becky answered the phone and after I told her what was going on with my car, she let me know I would have to pay for the suspension check since I had the initial repairs done elsewhere - totally reasonable and 100% transparent. I got a text at 2:11pm today to review what they found and they called a few minutes later to go over it and get permission to do what was needed. It was only $70 for the suspension inspection plus a free quality control inspection. They also fixed one of the tire valves for me and filled the front two that were shockingly low. I literally just had all 4 filled elsewhere. The most expensive was the alignment which was $135. A little higher than what I'm used to but honestly, you get what you pay for. They called 2 hours later to let me know my car was ready. It always sucks to have to bring your car in when something is wrong but at least the people working at Tyler Automotive don't make you feel worse about it and know what they're doing

Then after we had it towed, they said they didn't know how to work on it. We tried to drive it across the street to Glendale Automotive, but Tyler had killed the battery. So I had to push it back the 10 yards to get it into a parking spot at Tyler and wait for another tow truck. No one from Tyler came out to ask if we were ok or offer help as I pushed. We did get it over to Glendale Automotive with a tow, and Glendale fixed it right up, no problem. If Tyler had just been honest, we could have towed it to Glendale from the jump and saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and literal physical pain from pushing the car.

I called him out on it. 8,000 I could buy a used car for that price. It was clear as day he either didn't want to do it or was trying to straight bend me over. I don't recommend f this is his business practices. People deserve better treatment.
