The tech proceeded to inquire why he was there - did not know. They proceed to inform me Refrigerant was low without explanation (Me not being in trade does not know what that means). They asked if I want replaced. I asked how much - Tech says "I don't know". He proceeds to ask the "supervisor" who also says "I don't know" They then told me it will be $575 for 1.5 lbs of refrigerant which I agreed to. However - I decided to research why it is low and the consensus is likely a leak. This information was never volunteered to me so I am asking why it was not discussed with me or informed to me and the only thing they were concerned was me to sign the agreement for the refrigerant placement (were quick to shove cell phone in face to sign). The "supervisor" got angry and got in my face saying I'm being rude. (Apparently they think its inappropriate or rude when you try to get more information about what is going on that you are paying for). So I got upset and I argued with the "supervisor" "how can you get upset at me for being upset that I was not given the whole picture/information but quick to ask me to sign and confirm the charge for the replacement?" Then this "Supervisor" proceeded to call the office and berate me and talk trash about me to the office and they packed up and left. Called another group - Tech came in - checked my AC units and informed me that the refrigerant is NOT LOW. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY

Of course, the calls from my tenants both came in late on a Saturday (never fails). I contacted Sean who jumped into action. He happened to be relatively close by one of my homes and was able to visit the house close to 7pm. I would never _expect_ him to do that but he was nearby and it was 15 degrees outside. He knew it was urgent. Thankfully, he was able to assess the situation quickly and fixed the problem on the spot. The following week brought about a similar situation. My tenant called to say that the HVAC in the condo that I own was making a loud noise. Sean was able to get there early the next morning (yes on Sunday). Again, not something I expected him to do but was pleased he was willing to to do it. The heat pump was old and needed to be replaced. He ordered the unit and installed it first thing this morning (Tuesday). I couldn't be happier and both of my tenants were also very pleased. Sean is very response, polite, punctual, knowledgeable, professional and highly skilled. I found out today that he has been in the field going on 20 years now. He worked for a one of those companies you hear advertised on the radio all the time so I know he has a lot of experience under his belt. I look forward referring him more business in the future. I have been a Realtor for 22 years and I can only say this about a handful of trusted vendors. I am so happy to have him on my short list and you should too!

Zivko's professional hard worth ethic and dedication to the industry has kept his 4.8 star review status over the last decade. He arrives on time, works hard, and sells quality products.
