Super yum Today was my second time visiting this breakfast spot. The first time I went I had a bulgogi burrito and it was delicious. But this time I tried their toast with eggs and bacon and it blew my mind how fluffy the toast and eggs were. Not sure how they do that but my gosh I wanted more. The tater tots are super crispy and you get a pretty good amount for cheap. This place gets pretty busy so get there early find a spot and chow down. Definitely recommend trying these sandwiches out. Love this place - the bread on the egg sandwiches came out buttery and crisply toasted. The eggs themselves were nice and soft and it was nice that you could customize your sandwich! Looks of options to add and remove stuff via the kiosk. I did feel like my egg and ham sandwich was a little bland. Some sriracha or other chili sauce would've really boosted its flavor and when I went they didn't seem to have any bottles. Their house made drinks are okay - $5-6+ for a dalgona coffee feels a little steep but that's the standard for drinks these days haha. Cute concept. Kids probably love this place because it's cute. We ate one bulgogi egg sandwich and one egg avocado burrito with a large 20iz dalgona coffee which came out to be $35. The dalgona coffee we had to hunt down because it never came out with our food, and the drink was mostly foam and barely any coffee. The eggs they use here are very pale and likely the cheaper eggs. Quality eggs are more dark yellow or orange in color and these eggs although fluffy were extremely pale and they barely gave any bulgogi. The sandwich is only 3/4 full because the bottom of the sandwich is still enclosed and mostly bread. They have ketchup packets but you have to ask for the hot sauce. The best thing I ate were surprisingly the tater tots if you can get them crispy hot! read more

This is a small strip mall hideaway. They sell the most delectable fluffy egg sandwiches I've ever tasted. I got the avocado bacon and egg on toast with a hibiscus sparkle so yummy service was great. This was my first time back in Dublin in about 7 years, most of the old spots I went to are no longer here, so in search of a new breakfast spot, I stumbled upon this on google and decided to give it a try. But adding the kimchi made it very wet, causing that weird sauce puddle at the bottom of your burrito. I finally had a chance to make it here today. Place was crowded , but two available tables left at least. People ordering to go. There is a robot delivering foods for to go and eating in. Pretty cool! I will update the review with more photos and food experience in a bit. My son and I split half and half, he ate half of the bulgogi toast and I ate half of the bulgogi burrito. Both were delicious. Tasted similar just different bread. We should have gotten another flavor to taste other menus. Next time! There is a bathroom in the back. I first encountered this type of egg sandwich in the Philippines last year. It was one of the best things I have ever eaten. So when I tell you, when I found this place via Yelp itself, I was so darn happy. I had to come check it out. My complaint is the parking because it was a bit tough to find parking. There's many restaurants in this area but not enough parking. I walked in to a bright yellow room. The menu is the first thing I see. To my left, the cashier greeted me. She was so helpful. She showed me another menu by the register. She gave me a recommendation. She was just overall nice to talk to. I decided to be basic today because before I dive into other variations of the egg sandwich I needed to make sure that the OG was good. Let me tell you that sandwich. The egg was so fluffy. Found this spot thanks to a quick little Yelp search and it was a very happy accident! We don't have a ton of Korean egg sandwiches back home so this was the perfect stop on our drive to the Bay Area. They have free lot parking and a decent amount of tables to eat inside, but no outdoor seating. I like that the menu is pretty straightforward, you basically just choose if you want a burrito, toast sandwich, or croissant, then which meat/filling you want. My husband chose the bulgogi burrito which even had grilled onions and hash browns inside! It was a really big portion so I thought $12.99 was fair. My sandwich was cheaper at $8.49 since I just picked egg + hash browns and it had a yummy sauce and melted cheese so it was not dry at all. Both were delicious and really filling! Came here with the BF on just a whim. I was craving something and we found this on Yelp. We loved Eggslut in SoCal so we were hoping to find something similar here in the Bay. (Technically this place is the Tri-Valley). **Spoiler Alert! This place doesn't come close to Eggslut** Upon entering you can either order at the self service kiosk or the one worker who may or may not be standing there that can take your order. There was an unreasonable line at the kiosk to order so thankfully we got the one front worker to take our order. We ordered the tots, I go the bulgogi toast and the bf got the bacon and egg. I personally did not like my sandwich. I'm not for a soft scramble and there was barely any bulgogi. For the price they could have dished out more especially when they paid the same cost at Costco for the meat. It was also dry, it need a condiment to go on the sandwich, not ketchup packets. I get they have a special bread for their sandwiches, but it felt like too much bread and it was just lightly toasted. The tots were also nothing to write home about, just hella basic. Not sure why this place comes up as Korean?? I guess if you have bulgogi and Asian brand drinks for sale it's qualifies. But other than that not much else was Korean. Maybe the service robot identifies as Korean?? I get the gimmick of the robot, but it just went in front stated the number and hoped the customer picks up the right order and no one messes with it. I found the inside really dim and unorganized. Its bust your own table here so hopefully you're table is clean upon sitting. There was literally only one person who was taking occasional orders, while making all the drinks, while handling the online orders and maybe cleaning if she had the time. By the time we left it was Jenga style to throw our trash away. Given new business save some money with Costco essentials (eggs, bulgogi, thin paper plates, plastic utensils, salt and pepper packets and ketchup packets, etc). At least spring for more decor organizers for them. I can get those organizers from the Dollar Tree. For me hella overpriced for what you get. Love the egg-centric concept and cute branding. The toasts and burritos are delicious. The only reason I docked a star was because of my experience with the dalgona coffee drink. Anyone who remembers dalgona's viral moment from 2020 knows it's all about the foam topping. Imagine my disappointment when I was served a drink that looked and tasted like an ordinary iced latte. The person behind the counter made the excuse that it came from the bottom of the container where there was little to no foam left, and the taste should still be the same. Only after I pushed for it did they offer to remake the drink. The remake was noticeably different and better tasting. I wish they had owned up to the mistake right away or, even better, made me wait a few extra minutes for a properly made drink. read more

The bulgogi is tender but lacks any seasoning. The eggs are fluffy. To drink I had the Dalgona Whipped coffee. It's very sweet but there is not much coffee inside it's a lot of the whipped foam. I heard about this place from the Dublin Chevrolet service guys. They were right on. The eggs were very light and fluffy. The croissant was very fresh and I was very happy with the breakfast. You order from an iPad and then when your user is ready a little robot comes out and delivers your food. It's kind of cold and lack of interaction is strange. I dare to say that this place is better than Eggslut! I got to the egg sandwich with hashbrown which came with American cheese and sauce. The toast was crisp on the outside but still really soft and fluffy. The eggs totally tasted like clouds as it was super light and fluffy. The drizzle of sauce gave it some light flavor without overwhelming the egg or making it too heavy and the hashbrown was very well cooked to give it some fat and crunch.
