So I've been following ENB on Instagram for couple of years based solely on how appetizing the food looks in photos. Kept telling myself that someday I'd make it out to Cypress to give them a try. Today was the day. First thing: it's a 15-min drive from my office in Long Beach to their location. So I ordered online and used their anticipated 20-min prep time to make the drive. I ordered the three-slider flight, one of each kind, with regular seasoned fries and a bottle of Dasani. With tax, $21, so a bit expensive. Maybe the gift would be worth it! The website said it would be ready by 1:07 PM. I got there at 1:06 PM thinking it would just be ready for me. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was that there was no Online Order Pickup counter like other places have, so I had to wait in line behind two others, including one guy who ordered $40 worth of food just for him. No biggie, the line moved quickly. The second thing I noticed was how cold it was inside. It was only about 65° outside, and it felt colder inside. I got my order, which I noticed was already sitting there when I walked in. A slight concern but I managed. I'd eat the fries on the way back to the office because nothing is worse than to-go fries that have sat in the bag for too long. The fries were pathetic, sorry to say. Overcooked and under-seasoned. 3/10 and I'm being generous! I got back to my office to eat the sliders. They were individually wrapped, plus a toothpick to hold each one together. They weren't terribly warm by then but I could deal with that. Nice soft, sweet King's Hawaiian bun. Crunchy slaw and pickles. Good breading with juicy breast meat. A good-sized slider, I would've been satisfied with just two, but I rallied and ate them all. 8/10 and it would've been higher except for the fact that they all kind of tasted the same. One was a little spicier than the others but overall it only resembled a "flight" in concept, not execution. Overall a 6/10 for the cold space, the inaccurate timing on when my food would be ready, and the terrible fries (worse than In 'n Out fries!). Congrats to the social media team for doing such a great job presenting the food as totally appetizing, but in the end they over promised and under delivered. read more

Theres plenty of parking, as I entered the worker Emerald was friendly, positive and helpful. I was going to go with a chicken sandwich but the bowls caught my eye. I went with the Korean flavored one. They have a handful of flavors to choose from and all sound tasty. When I got home and tasted the food, the chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy within. I was disappointed in the rice tbh, it was mushy and didn't pair well with the chicken. My advice, give a option for rice since some people prefer it to be less wet. I ordered the sandwhich extra hot and my friend ordered the korean chicken bowl and we got the elote fries to share. The sandwich buns were soaked in their sweet sauce and the chicken was a bit dry and lacked flavor. The elote fries had very dry chicken as well and the corn was too mushy. They have delicious Fries, with bits of fried chicken and choices of flavor. I got the Elote Fries today and it was a MEAL. I also had the Korean Bowl with the vinegar slaw and a fried egg. Everything goes together so well. Their flavors are perfect, nothing overpowers or is underwhelming they all compliment one another. The location is convenient and located near Cypress College across from the Target on Katella! I was glad to find this place after my early morning class. I've seen this place while browsing for food a few times but finally got to try it now. I'm very happy that they opened quite early that I didn't have to wait after class. The place is very spacious and clean so it's a good place if you want to stop by for lunch. The workers were very nice, and the food was made pretty quickly! I'd suggest skipping breakfast and coming here for brunch because this is 2 meals in one. Adding Siracha on my loco bowl definitely gave it the spice I love and needed on it. It is on the pricier side but both were big enough to be shared and definitely will keep you full after. Finally tried this place after driving past it a zillion times and I'll be coming back any chance I can when I want a chicken sandwich. This place isn't like your typical Chick-fil-A or Popeyes chicken sandwich, ITS DIFFERENT. I went with the hot spice level for the Nashville sandwich, and I'm not really one for coleslaw but I liked theirs; it added more of a sweetness zing making the pairing like a sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. Their sauce they put on it is bomb too! Great both on the sandwich and to dip the fries into. I do recommend eating your sandwich there because the bread got a little soggy within the 5 minutes it took to get the meal home (only because they made it fresh so the heat and moisture softened the bread faster)! Still tasted great. Also want to shout out the amazing staff on duty during our visit. They demonstrated great service- they were very kind, patient and informative and created great food and a great first impression making us feel welcome.
