An older woman came up to the counter and I let her know about it and even showed the pictures that I took so she didn't think I was lying. Her first response was "oh well you should've brought it back". What kind of customer service is that?? I shouldn't have to look at the order bc every time it's been right. It wasn't until the second time I ordered extra hot that it delivered more on the heat. Fast forward to me trying additional items like the breakfast sandwiches. Good sandwiches. I would go off hours if I were you because it gets so very crowded. Their chicken is ever so good. Ask them about what spice level you want. They know everything and are super nice. Now, they make this to order so it will take a minute, but don't worry you will be glad you had the short wait. We love their chicken strips and get those with fries and peppers on the side.
