The Egg N Bird Breakfast Sandwich that had a great mixture of crunchy fried chicken, egg, and bacon in a brioche bun that I loved! 2. The Island Bird Bowl which has white rice, macaroni salad, and some pickled veggies that feels slightly healthier than most things on the menu. 3. I ordered Dirty Fries through the app on 6/22 at 6:28PM and when I got home I saw that they didn't put the crack sauce on the fries. I've ordered through the app multiple times and this has never happened and after a long day I didn't want to have to go back again to get it fixed so i went to the store on 6/26 at around 2:00PM to let one of the workers know what happened. An older woman came up to the counter and I let her know about it and even showed the pictures that I took so she didn't think I was lying. Her first response was "oh well you should've brought it back". What kind of customer service is that?? I shouldn't have to look at the order bc every time it's been right. I never asked her for a refund nor a discount on a future order. All I said was I wanted to let someone know what happened so it wouldn't occur again. She told me that there was really nothing she could do about it so I left. Instead of apologizing for it her response was just plain rude and disrespectful to say that the customer has to come back that same day or else they can't help at all. The Egg N Bird in Maywood is just great. It is right at the corner of a strip mall and there is free parking. You can dine inside or get it to go. I would go off hours if I were you because it gets so very crowded. Their chicken is ever so good. Ask them about what spice level you want. They know everything and are super nice.
