There was a line outside the door when we got there. We waited about 15-20 minutes to get to the kiosk and order, then another 40 minutes to get our food. Even though it was crowded we had no issue getting a table. We ordered the bacon sandwich. I like a good breakfast sandwich so this was tasty. It's definitely messy. The ingredients are a good quality. The aioli sauce was a good addition. Next time I'd add extra bacon and possibly light special sauce just to reduce the wetness. Overall I do recommend this place. Wow, this sandwich is why they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It was absolutely delicious and flavorful from the sauce, eggs, fresh and abundance avocado slices, and fluffy brioche bread. I truly wish I had ordered a second. There are not only a variety of egg sandos to choose from but also breakfast burritos and sides like their famous egg tots. They also a beverage menu from which I had the cold brew to kickstart the day. I highly recommend coming here as the food, staff, and service is great. I'm going to start with the good. Our sandwiches were a 5 out of 5 for sure! I ordered the bacon egg sandwich to go and when I had time to open it, that's when I noticed I was given a ham egg sandwich instead. Not a fan of ham but the sauce that they put on this sandwich was heaven. Now the bad...a few minutes after we ordered at the kiosk, they announced that the wait for food would be 25-30 min. Well we waited 30 minutes and I decided to call and ask about the status of our order & the first girl I spoke to said it would be another 30 minute wait. I was so confused and told her we had to cancel our order if the wait was going to be that long. So she put someone else on the phone who cancelled our order with no questions asked. So at that time I decided to ask her "how much longer would we have had to wait because the first girl told us another 30 minutes and I don't think that can be right some the announcement after us said there would be a 25-30 min wait". So that lady actually took the time to get my order number and told me it would have only been another 5 minute wait. She had already cancelled the order but I told her we could wait another 5 and she allowed me to repay for the order. Just a whole mess but I get it, they're super busy and I wasn't upset about it, I just wish the first girl would have taken the steps to actually check my order because all of that could have been avoided. It would also have been nice for the drinks to come out with the order but unfortunately the drinks were made way ahead of time than the food is so by the time the food comes out, you're going to need another drink. read more

I ordered the Royal Burrito - galbi/beef short rib patty, over medium eggs, cheddar cheese, tater tots, and grilled onions. It's a hefty burrito and pretty big meal for breakfast. This 1 star review is solely for the service and operations, the sandwiches themselves are delicious. It is shocking how long it takes them to make orders. They actively yell out "45-60 minute wait!" To turn customers away as they walk in. I called in a large group order last weekend. On the phone they warned me - 45 minute wait, which I said was fine, but I could hear an undertone in the girl's voice of really asking me not to order. I arrived about 50 minutes after I called. The place was absolute chaos. Tens of people angrily standing around waiting. They would churn out 1 order every 5+ minutes. When I came in they first said my order was being packed up. 10 minutes later, nothing. I asked again and the girl goes behind the curtain and returns with a 5-7 minute estimate. Huh?? Another 10 minutes goes by and I ask again. Another 5-7 minute estimate. We needed to catch a boat so I said please just give me what's ready we need to leave. She went in the back and came out and said okay sorry we are going to prepare your order now. I'm sorry, what???? Prepare it now? I thought it was being packed 20 minutes ago? Ultimately they rushed and gave us half of our order and it was entirely wrong (sauce on sandwiches when we requested without, etc). This is a message to the owner. What are your staff DOING back there??? I am genuinely curious because the inefficiency is shocking. Are you raising individual egg laying hens for each individual sandwich ordered? I've been hearing about this place and wanted to stop by. Walking up on a cold Saturday morning there were people entering and leaving with a line to order food at kiosks with one cashier. Wait time was 39-40 mins for a food item to eat in or to go. Stay or leave?? Stayed!!!! Ordered the Egg Tots which are golden crispy tots with a fried egg topped with house sriracha, aioli sauce and chives. The meal filled me up and was very flavorful and tasty! Worth the wait and the price was decent. I will be back but will preorder to pick up or come during week. Cons: It was crowded and people were just standing around waiting to order, waiting for orders or waiting to be seated. There wasn't a clear designated area for any group and you had to ask other patrons if they ordered or was in line. The lone cashier looked overwhelmed and didn't offer much assistance when I was there. When asked if coffee or juice could be ordered while waiting she was hesitant and eventually got out the orders, but it was a process. More front end help is needed such as a greeter or additional cashier to assist with orders, lines and questions. read more
