You guys have to understand people are paying $10-$14 for a burrito and expect something better than a taco truck or at least better than McDonald's. In this case, this quality standard has dropped so low, advised several of my food review friends not even go there. I went back after receiving my 4 inch burrito, and was told that that's how they make them. Which is completely untrue. After that, they made me another 4 inch burrito. I showed a photo of it because I cannot believe how small this burrito is. It's a stupid thing to complain about, until you're paying $14 for something that makes you have to go through a drive-through afterwards because it was so bad. The customer service that makes a burrito, even smaller the second time after asking them to make it. A regular size is insane. I want to do a chargeback in my bank for this horrible burrito or get some sort of compensation, but you know what I'm just gonna forget about it. Just like this restaurant.
