I make sure I tell them no cheese sauce and use (whatever cheese I want that day) as the word 'sauce' and 'cheese' don't really go together IMO lol I never get their potatoes, I opt for the tomatoes instead. But my husband sometimes does. He says some days they are better than others. I usually get the western but ask for raw veggies instead of sautéed and cheese instead of cheese sauce. Cute spot for breakfast or lunch. I've tried both. I liked lunch better. Breakfast is good, lots of selection, combination plates which my son looks for everywhere we go. Good prices too. Staff is friendly, nothing over the top which is appreciated. The lunch I had was lobster roll sandwich which was good. It was a bit small but for $23 I don't think I should expect a large amount. I got sweet fries and my mom got the tuna platter which was really good. My favorite part was the beautiful fresh fruit salad. I still can't forget about it, it was THAT good. The first time I tried this cafe I was not impressed at all. There was nothing special about the food or experience. I tried a second time with my husband and it was still average. We were given a pager and told it would be about 25 mins for a table. After seeing a larger party who arrived after us get seated first I got up to ask the hostess what was going on, it turns out she marked my name as already sat and the pager showed returned which I don't understand how because it was still in my possession. Once we finally sat, our waitress was reallyy friendly. She kept touching arm every time she came to the table which was weird. My husband ordered the Mykonos benedict and he liked it. I ordered some basic eggs and potatoes; again nothing special. We also tried one of their crepes which was really good. I'd probably just go back to have that crepe again. read more

It's been a couple years since I've been here, mainly cause service was so awful. Tried today for lunch and the hostess didn't come out for 8 minutes so we left. I hope people eventually realize we deserve better service and stop settling. I don't think I'll ever try and come here again. read more

A testament to mediocrity. The coffee set the stage. Impressively mediocre. Eggs continued the proud tradition. Kinda dry. Kinda meh. Bacon was 1/2 crisp, 1/2 fat. Im betting the sausage was frozen. I always pass by Eggs-Cetera Cafe and the place is always packed so I decided to give it a try to see what they hype was about. I must say this is one of the best breakfast/ brunch spots in the area. Their menu has so much variety of Pancakes, French toast, eggs Benedict, hot and cold Sandwiches and many different options of Eggs along with smoothies and other beverages and food! My favorite is ordering their Cornbeef Hash with a Veggie Omelette and Pancakes. The portions are huge and the prices are so reasonable. If you aren't able to get a table I recommend ordering to go because their turnaround time is pretty fast and you can order directly from their website to pick up. read more

Sunday late morning, pouring rain, but still very busy. We sat outside, Gigi helped us immediately. These are the best pancakes ever. I came here for breakfast with my boyfriend. They have a nice large outdoor seating area. The menu is extensive. Make sure to look at the specials menu before you're seated, they aren't listed anywhere else except at the hostess stand (for outdoor diners). I ordered one of the specials: tostadas with fried eggs. It was good. My boyfriend ordered the western omelet without the cheese sauce. He likes it. Found this place completely by accident but boy am I glad I did! I had the most amazing breakfast tacos with sausage and eggs and my wife had eggs over easy. Everything was on point and delicious including incredible home fries and grits, fresh bread and even sweet juicy watermelon. We're going to make the trip back from Delray again just for the food. Really really good must go as soon as they open because it fills up fast. I got there at 8am and was able to get right in and sit down. Service was amazing food was hot and fresh and oh so tasty. The cappuccino was great they even made it decaf which I loved because many places don't offer decaf cappuccino it's usually a machine that it's comes out of well not this one it was freshly made. Well place was very packed . We waited outside in heat for hour and 15 minutes. Thank god they jade had water outside. Many people Wap and finally we sat . The server and staff were awesome they really were overwhelmed and were friendly and attentive and tried best they could. Food was good had omelette was amazing and good . Pancakes toast and eggs are awesome everything looked good . The location needs more table outside and more shade and some better fans for hot weather . This was a cool spot. It has a decent outside seating area with plenty of fans to keep you cool. I had never been here before but it was pretty crowded for a Friday morning. I ordered the French toast with granola and raspberry cream cheese filling. I wasn't blown completely away by what I had but it was tasty. I think the one thing that I didn't care much for was the flavor of the cream cheese filling. There was a little too much layered in between the pieces of French toast. Bacon was okay too. This restaurant is conveniently less than 5 minutes away from home. My friend and I decided to meet here because we were looking for a place with mimosas. Obviously I was too preoccupied with the mimosas to take a picture. I did appreciate that they serve you a small bottle of champagne and the glass of orange juice separately because you can decide how much champagne you want to put in. The price is a bit steep, though, at $7.95 for what you get. As for the food, I ordered the Montrealer which comes with corned beef hash, eggs (any style) with your choice of cheese, home fries or grits, baked beans, your choice of grains, and a slice of cantaloupe. Food I'd OK, wait time is ridiculous, it's eggs!! Two ladies working the hostess desk, one pleasant, other just plain mean. Was told wait would be 30 minutes. Had guest with heart/breathing issues so told her to go inside while we waited outside. They completely shamed her for standing inside the door- she was out of the way. I jumped in and again explained why she was there. Mean hostess would not listen. The other one said ok. We waited over an hour and finally took a table outside, under a fan. It was OK for heart patient. We ordered right away. Food took another hour table next to us changing twice while we waited. I asked another server for more water and inquired where our server was. Got attitude. When our food finally came it was just Ok. Not what I had expected. We had eaten there before and been happy. This was our 2nd time with long wait, snarky attitudes. Bias alert: the owner has posted my flyer for a fundraiser I'm doing in June in their front window... but that's the kind of place this is. This is my regular Monday morning breakfast spot. The food is great (my favorite is the Island French Toast special when they have it), and the service is excellent! Servers who aren't waiting on me often stop by my table and say hi and chat for a few seconds. I've only been here for breakfast so I can't speak for lunch, but I've never had a bad experience here.
