Neighborhood staple! We recently moved to Moon & I miss having local spots to walk to or close enough to enjoy. We are surrounded by big boxes. I look forward to having this little joint at the end of our street to walk to. I grew up in the south so biscuits and gravy are a staple for me. Something I crave from time to time. I'd order their biscuits and gravy again and again! The omelets that I saw coming out of the kitchen were large and looked delicious. Service was great! Food came out a little slow but they were busy so not a huge deal. Wait staff was friendly and constantly checked in warming both our coffee and tea.

Another amazing breakfast at Eggs N' at! Server was great, kept our coffee and water full and very friendly. Love the miss matched random coffee mugs and great music playing. The food.... Amazing! Huge portions, Eggs were cooked perfect, potato's were crispy, sausage was delicious and the eggs Benedict you can't beat. Now for the star of the show the Boston cream pie pancake. Where has this been my entire life. I may get diagnosed with diabetes after eating this. It def felt more like desert than breakfast and was delicious!

I'm going to say this as an "outsider". Perfect small town diner. It's crowded, loud and busy but exactly as I'd expect. As a single, I was placed at the counter right away. Waitresses and kitchen staff are very busy but handle everything, professionally. Coffee cup was always full. Opted for The Eggs N At: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 turkey sausage links, home fries and pancake. Opted out of the toast that normally comes with it. Leaving with a full belly.

This is a quaint little spot that does breakfast from 7 am until 2 pm. The staff is friendly and helpful and down to earth. There is dine in or take out, you can also call in your order and pick it up. There is a private parking lot in the rear of the restaurant. The dining area is small but there is decent spacing between seats. I ordered an apple juice, omelete with cheese crumbled sausage and wheat toast. Cash/Credit/Debit are accepted.

The Wife, my friend Nick & I infiltrated this Pittsburgh establishment in our Niners gear bc that's how we roll. It's a tiny space but the service was good, and while the food took awhile, it was crowded in there so it was understandable. The wife got an omelette filled with veggies that she loved. I got pancakes and sausage & Nick got chicken and waffles. We met some other Niners fans in there and had a good time. The seating was tight but who's complaining? As long as the food was good and they treat us well, I'm good to go.

My fiancé & I ate here 1 Sunday for brunch & it was really good! The food was amazing fresh & plentiful. Prices were reasonable. Service was super friendly! Couldn't have wanted for better! The place was small, but worth it. You will probably have to wait, as there's not much parking room either. Definitely a great local place that's hole in the wall gem.

Stopped here while waiting for my boyfriend's car to get an oil change down the street and was pleasantly surprised! Such a cute lil place and lovely atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic (my fav was the breakfast pizza) and very reasonably priced. All the employees here are warm & welcoming! Definitely coming back next time we're in the area. Might even make a special trip just to eat here again.

This was a wonderful experience. Our waitress was extremely friendly and rather cognizant to our needs. We never went long without water or fresh coffee. I had the Eggs Benedict with Kelly's homefries. The food was delicious and after I got a side of tomato to add to my meal, another waitress recommended I try it with spinach and promptly brought it over. Such a good addition to a classic dish. Left the airport starving.. was around noon but still wanted breakfast. Found this place on google and was less than 10 minutes away. Absolutely worth it! Jen was great, food was real.. real potatoes, real pancakes, real butter ect.. even had Tabasco which seals the deal for meal. Only place I'll go for breakfast when traveling or in the area!! read more

Great little diner!! Super friendly staff! We went in for breakfast, there were 4 people ahead of us. Our table was ready pretty quickly, it's a smaller place but it runs like a well oiled machine. My hubby got the iron worker...truly enough food for 2. I had pancakes(they were light and fluffy) and hot sausage. It was perfect! 5 stars for sure! read more

I went there for the first time on Sunday. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly, but the wait was long both before getting seated and waiting for our meals. I will go back, but probably not until it warms up and they have their additional outside seating available. read more

This place has the best breakfast in town! It offers a genuinely homemade tasting breakfast at unbelievably low prices. You can't get this at a chain restaurant at all. It more than makes up for the small size and an oddly sloped parking lot. All I can really say is it's awesome. Just amazingly awesome. read more

Great little joint for cheap, good breakfast. I had the veggie breakfast burrito with sour cream and salsa, my husband had the veggie omelette and we shared an order of chocolate chip banana pancakes. The home fries were really good, crispy! The rest was solid breakfast/hang over food. The parking is in the back and there is limited seating. But overall a good little breakfast place. read more

Don't be fooled by the unimpressive exterior. This is a really decent breakfast joint. Location is Moon township near the airport. The interior is clean and modern. The breakfast food is traditional fare but well prepared with good ingredients and no grease. Service is friendly with a smile. I park next door when I go out of town. From now on I am going to build a little extra time into my trip to stop and have breakfast here. read more

Everything you're looking for in a "Ma n Pa" diner. Clean seating area, friendly staff, affordable prices. I ordered the veggie egg and cheese burrito, my friend got the eggs Benedict -- Both dishes were delivered within 15 minutes of being ordered. When they ask if you'd like the breakfast "Kelly's home fries", definitely say "yes please"! Overall great experience, so happy we stopped in this little gem. read more

Wow, we've been here many many times. Kids love the food and portion sizes, always leftovers. The young lady that runs the establishment is a very friendly nice person. Always so helpful. Very clean. If you need breakfast, this is where you want to go if you are close. read more

Great breakfast! Order the Eggs-N-at special: Two eggs, three sausage, pile of home fries, toast, and a pancake for $8.50! Very good food and the best coffee around. Super service and nice atmosphere. Back patio in summer makes great place for morning coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend. read more

Great place and well worth the wait. My husband had the Ironworker and marveled over crispy potatoes and fluffy, perfect pancakes. The marble rye warm, crunchy and buttery. I had the rum raisin French toast. Caramelized outside and cinnamon delight within. A side of kielbasa glazed ever so slightly with barbecue sauce was the perfect complement. Service was prompt and friendly. The only downside was a very generic and bland coffee. Watch out Pamela's. Eggs n at is out to win the breakfast game. read more

The staff is very friendly which creates a great breakfast atmosphere. You can tell everybody that works there are friends and enjoys what they are doing. Most important though is the food! Very hearty portions with lots of options. Yinz try their chicken or turkey sausage? .... Eggcellent! My son makes me bring him here almost every weekend! read more

This came up as a "Near Perfect Review". It is perfect. Eggs N'at is an awesome breakfast place with great food. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere to sit down and have a breakfast. LOVE this place!!! We are a breakfast family and both times we've dined here for breakfast, we have been very pleased!!! It's totally worth the wait! The service is very friendly and timely. The food is delicious and not your typical diner food. They have the BEST Greek omelette I've ever had!! Stopped here with the parents before heading home to Ohio. Glad we did! I loved the Rum raisin bread French toast!! Coffee was very good to ( I am picky) a bit stronger than most places (hate coffee flavored water!!). Eggs were cooked to perfection and dad liked the hashbrowns. Great selection, prices, and everything we got was yummy. Just a little hole in the wall... But I love places like this. Had a nice back patio you can eat on! Highly recommend! read more

It was our first time to Pittsburgh and we had no idea where to go for breakfast. Eggs N'at was highly rated and it didn't disappoint at all! My wife had a pancake with strawberries and blueberries and their home fries which were excellent. I couldn't make up my mind and got a breakfast burrito which was good too but I'd probably get some different next time. The servers were friendly and the price was right! We ate for less $15! I'd definitely suggest checking them out! read more

Do NOT order a breakfast pizza. I was so excited seeing breakfast pizza on the menu only to discover it's not really a breakfast pizza, it's bread with cheese on it and maybe like one egg. This is your typical greasy spoon for breakfast. Eggcellent ;) for treating a hangover. There is extremely limited seating and the parking lot is AWFUL, so I don't recommend it if you have more than 4 people. We experienced really terrible service for breakfast, but did not really care since we were being leisurely. My table of four got an array of pancakes, sandwiches, burritos and biscuits. Everything was decent and pretty tasty, but definitely nothing to write home about. I LOVED the biscuit, but didn't like the gravy that came with it. I think the eggs were fake eggs. The bacon burrito was better than the chorizo burrito. My dining companions said the pumpkin pancakes were delicious. The coffee was okay- obviously cheap and quickly brewed, but not gross. The checks just have prices on them, without telling you what the "$4" is for. I would go back if I was passing by, but wouldn't go out of my way to return to Eggs N'at. read more

This is my favorite breakfast place with a home like feel but food you just can't replicate. Anything you get will be amazing and there triple stack of pancakes are very cheap and amazing if you're into omelette I definitely recommend the Arizona omelette I can eat one every single day. This place towers over delucas in quality! read more

You instantly feel welcome. It's a small place - only about 5 tables & 6 or so bar stools. Good ole fashioned diner breakfast food - egg dishes, a few bowl bfasts, pancakes, french toast, and a popular breakfast sandwich. My husband got the latter w/ sausage, egg, & thick American cheese on Mancini's bread - and enjoyed it. I got the "Home Fries Supreme" bowl with over easy eggs. It was good - not great - with a ton of potatoes, thick American cheese, grilled onion, and a lot of crumbled bacon. My sis-in-law got french toast and said it was good - but her usual order of pancakes and scrambled eggs is better. You can modify your order however you like, it seems. The wait staff is so friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves. The cook even popped out to take care of 2 of his favorite regulars who won't pass by, apparently, without their bacon (see the pic). We'll definitely be back, though probably when it's warmer --- cuz yowza is it cold when the door opens for people entering/exiting. This place could really use one of those exterior tent-door things that pop onto the outside of the door!

"Eggs-traordinary Experience with a Side of Mushy Potatoes" When I arrived at Eggs n'at, I was surprised to see that the parking situation was about as generous as my Aunt Sally's compliments - not very. After a brief wait for someone to leave, I managed to snag a spot in the back, feeling like I'd just won a minor victory. Inside, the place was packed tighter than a clown car at a circus. Sunday morning, go figure. Despite the crowd, I didn't have to wait long for a seat, thanks to the bustling hostess and staff who seemed to have the energy of caffeinated squirrels. I decided to order the 2 eggs with hot sausage, home fries (which I cleverly substituted for a biscuit with a side of gravy - take that, carbs!). The eggs were solid, but the home fries were having an identity crisis. I expected them to be crispy, but they turned out to be smothered potatoes - mushy with a few hard bits thrown in for good measure, like they couldn't decide if they wanted to be mashed or roasted. The sausage wasn't setting my mouth on fire, but it did have a nice little kick, like it was trying to be daring but decided to play it safe. The gravy was the real plot twist - it had a hint of sweetness, which I wasn't expecting. It was like finding out your favorite action hero secretly enjoys knitting. Overall, the meal was decent for the price. Not exactly Michelin star material, but hey, it's called Eggs n'at, not Eggs n' Gourmet Delights. I'd probably come back - if only for the parking adventure and the mystery of the smothered potatoes. read more

From the moment we walked in, this place impressed us with its warm atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding customer service. We stumbled upon this hidden gem and it absolutely did not disappoint. We ordered the hot chocolate, biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict, and a breakfast burrito everything was cooked perfectly, well-seasoned, and served quickly. Eggs N At is a great diner that I've enjoyed many times. It has great food and also a unique attitude that screams Pittsburgh (hence the name)! Favorite meals include: crabby eggs Benedict, rum raisin French toast, and any of the specialty pancakes. Downsides are their coffee and the seating. You have to go early on a weekend to get seats, or you'll be waiting awhile. It's less crowded in the summer when the patio is open. However it's a fun diner, so I would recommend experiencing it at least once! read more

Don't question it - just go! Seriously some of the best breakfast food I've had - and I've had a lot! The restaurant is a little hard to get into since you park in the rear and walk up to the 2nd story to get inside (unless you're handicapped you get to park in the front). It is all amazing - my wife and I were stuffed and really enjoyed the waitress and patrons. read more

If you can get in here and find a parking space it's amazing. It's a very small but great diner with fantastic food and service. I've been going here for years and not once had a bad expirence. It's arguably the best breakfast in the area. If you haven't eaten here before It's definitely worth a stop you won't be disappointed. read more
