While I love the location near CCU in Conway and will always consider that one my favorite, this one was very nice too. The food is the same as the Eggs Up, so if you've been to another you know what to expect. Although the lunch food isn't bad, is just stick to the breakfast it is so much better. The staff here was amazing, so friendly and always smiling. Conway doesn't have outside seating, at least not the one I go to, but this location does, which was a plus. Also, the parking lot is a little easier to get in and out of here. Since it is located right off 17, it's a quick stop if you're on the highway, or if you're already near Market Common. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because we had to wait about 20 mins and our waiter didn't check on refills very much. But the food was better than most breakfast meals I've had. We stopped here while on vacation from New York. The food was delicious, and the mimosas were a delight. When it came time for the bill our waiter Malcolm, who... an absolute gem, returned the bill with a note on the back saying "your meal is on me, have a nice day :)" Of course we were skeptical at first so we call him over and he just said "i wanted to do something nice." If you're looking for a quick breakfast that's not going to cost a lot of $$$, this restaurant chain delivers.

I ordered breakfast online through the restaurant's website. Something messed up between the systems which caused the kitchen ticket to print wrong. I discover the missing items when I got home. I called the restaurant to make it right. I was not interested in driving back to the restaurant at this point, so I asked them to just refund the amount of the missing items back to my card. After being bounced around for almost 20 minutes on hold after hold, I was told I would need to contact the Olo site, which processes their online payments. I asked for a number to contact them, as the only phone number on the receipt was to the restaurant. I was again put in hold. While on hold I jumped on Google, which easily led me to the Olo customer service page, which clearly says NOT to contact them for refunds or issues with orders, but to contact the vendor. When the assistant manager returned to the call, she began to give me a number. I interrupted her to tell her what the website was saying. She began shouting at me and would not listen to what I was trying to tell her. She then hung up on me. When I called back to speak with the general manager, I was first told he was unavailable, then that he was not at the restaurant, but that "he was aware of the situation. The manager did call an hour and a half later, confirming that I was correct and that the restaurant would have to issue the refund the missing items. He began the refund, but continued to make excuses and offered an insincere apology at best. I will absolutely avoid this restaurant!! I have never been treated more disrespectfully over such a simple request. read more

This place was an accidental find but was a great find. I had the classic breakfast with a side of gravy and it was fantastic. I like the home fries. I love coming to Eggs Up for breakfast. The staff is friendly, it's reasonably priced, and the food is good. The scrambled eggs are always cooked perfectly, and the home fries taste great. My only complaints are the music and the omelettes. The music is ALWAYS country, switch it up a little, not all your patrons like country music. I've ordered an omelette several times and always regret it. The omelettes are actually frittatas, and I always receive mine burnt and tasting of pan release. Service was outstanding and the food was delicious and quick. All in all we waited maybe 10 minutes for our food (it was slow but their system seemed efficient.) We've always had a good breakfast when stopping here. The coffee is good and the breakfast was quick to come out.

This place is horrible. I didn't eat most of my meal, and I'm always part of the clean plate club. The water tasted like sludge. The eggs were slimy, and I took one bite and the sludge water came back up. The waffle and bacon were okay, they were the only edible things. Just go drink stagnant pond water instead for free, it's the same experience. read more
