This is our regular go to breakfast stop. On this particular visit, we had been on a plane and in and out of airports for the last 12 hours. Because of the flights schedule, we missed both dinner and breakfast so by the time we landed back home at GSP, we just wanted some place to enjoy a hot meal. It was lunchtime but we still wanted breakfast and Eggs Up always does breakfast/brunch right. Our kids love the Three Little Deuces which basically has buttermilk pancakes, eggs and choice of bacon or sausage. I am particularly fond of the avocado toast and eggs (when I want the healthier option) but today I went for the bananas foster French toast which hit the spot. Hubby always goes for the Texas Farmhouse Omelet which is loaded with bacon, andouille sausage, mushrooms, home fries, pepper jack cheese, pickled jalapeños and green chiles and topped with sausage gravy. My only regret is that we didn't take any photos of our food because we were so darn hongry! Trust that it was all delicious and it's why we keep coming back for more. Also, the coffee is consistently delicious and we love the ambiance of the restaurant. It's everything anyone would want in a breakfast diner. As soon as I entered the establishment I was greeted by super friendly staff. We were immediately taken care of and the vibes were incredible. I had a mocha latte and iced water to drink. The mocha latte was covered with whip cream (just the way I wanted it!). Next I had the veggie omelet with a side of grits, both were incredible! I highly recommend this place!!! read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon, just right after church time. We were told it would be about a 15 minute wait and waited just about that time to be seated outside. The patio is well kept and had fans going, so we weren't too hot on a July afternoon. I had an Iced Hazelnut Harmony and the Founder's Hash Benedict + a side of avocado. The drink and food were delicious. My server even said that if I didn't like the drink, she would take it off the bill. The two complaints I had were that first, one of the poached eggs were overcooked, but I was still able to salvage a runny yolk from the other egg. Secondly, the side of avocado (which I added on) had the texture and taste of being frozen. Which, I understand that it is hard to keep avocados ripe without going rotten in mass quantities. Yum! Yum! Yum! My husband and I eat here every Sunday. The staff is always pleasant and efficient. The decor is so cute and I love the location. Plenty of windows to let in natural light. Gives a very fresh and clean vibe! If the owner is there she does table touches on the regular just to make sure you are satisfied and enjoying the atmosphere and food. It is evident the staff takes pride in this location! The wait, even if they say 30 minutes, I have generally found usually ends up being a little bit shorter than expected. The staff really tries to turn and bus tables quickly! As for the food: awesome yogurt parfaits served in a beautiful tall COLD glass with fresh fruit and I personally love the Little Hen combo (1/2 waffle, bacon, and eggs). I always walk out satisfied and happy. I can not recommend this location enough! It's plenty of fresh, well made food but I don't feel overly stuffed and groggy the rest of the day. 10 out of 10 recommend supporting this local restauraunt! read more

Our server, Harold, was great! Quick and very friendly. A friend and I were there on lunch break, we were seated directly, and Harold welcomed us and had our drink order in immediately. Family and I went earlier this week. There were so many choices and everyone liked what they got. I got the shrimp and grits bowl that was very good. The staff was very friendly. All staff and almost everyone else had masks on when going in and out (which does still seem weird to say in the context of a restaurant). Definitely plan on going back! read more

First time eating out since pandemic , so glad we went here ! Lizza was our waitress and she was all bright and chipper at 6:15 . Never took her mask off...I used to waitress so I know a good one. Our coffee was never below half full , to any wait people out there you know that's a good wait person . And it only got better, the food was great . I had Classic Eggs Benedict , prefect poached egg . And the Hollandaise YUM ! My husband had a HUGE Classic Breakfast 2 eggs over bacon eggs grits sausage toast biscuit and gravy. My Husband and I came in for breakfast on 7/9/21. The food came out very quickly which we were initially happy about. But my husband immediately noticed a strand of hair on his omelette. We let the waitress know, and she apologized and said she would get it all re-made. We watched her take the food to an older woman with short blonde hair and glasses behind the bar. The woman proceeds to scrape off the hair, and in no more than 30 seconds later she brings the exact same plate of food back to our table. We told her we watched what she did, and did not want the food. Her response was "are you sure?" If my husband was comfortable eating the same food, he could've scraped the hair off himself and carried on. I found it very disrespectful and the whole experience was just baffling. We left without eating, and needless to say we will not be returning. read more

I have been here a few times and it has always been great. But this last time I got so sick after eating here. The whole day this was the only thing I ate different from the rest of my household, but I was the only one who got sick that evening. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Although the food is decent, the service was unacceptable. Liza was our server for our one and only visit to this location. Liza was inattentive, unprofessional and plain rude. In addition, my husband and I overheard Liza and the manager, Sherry, talking unprofessionally (with undertones of bullying) about another male server. We took our grandkids today for breakfast. They absolutely loved it! What an incredible kid's menu.....pick three....waffles, french toast, pancakes, grilled cheese, bacon, fruit, etc. etc.. all for $5.79. Our food (grandparents) was just awesome also.
