Had breakfast here with my wife today and the food and the atmosphere was very nice. We both had omelets her was a biscuit and gray omelet and mine was the chorizo omelet both great! Now the bad part whatever coffee they have here is horrible and good coffee and good breakfast go hand and hand. We've been coming here since this place first opened and it was great! Now fast forward and it's gone down the drain. You can tell with the latest reviews. The service was very slow. They got our order wrong multiple times and had to keep going back and forth. They set up tables where there's literally no room for people to walk by. This darling little restaurant was the perfect place to bring my grandparents when they came into town. It looks brand new inside with updated seating and modernized colors and pictures. The hostess and our waitress were very friendly and had quick service. I ordered the traditional eggs and bacon and it was delicious. It's a great place with a variety of different foods- not only breakfast but burgers too. My husband ordered the burger and he said it was juicy and loved the added onion rings as a little flare. The energy bowl is just the perfect option when I decide to pretend to be a health conscious person for a day or two. This is our third time in this establishment and I'm less impressed each visit. I ordered the steak and eggs with pancakes and hash browns; my girls ordered the Mickey Moose pancakes with Bacon. All our food was bland and cold! Pancakes looked like bear heads rather than a mouse and they were rubbery and the bacon was NOT fresh at all. My hash browns were soggy and the steak was SO disappointing! And worst of all there are tiny flies buzzing around our table. I've spent most of our meal swatting them away. The Staff is nice enough I suppose, our waiter was sweet but the wait staff seemed flustered and overwhelmed even though it's not very busy. Well I understand how short staffed everyone is but when I let our server know our plates were cold and she seemed to not even care. One plate came hot but all the others were cold. So cooks are preparing plates before others and then wait staff is watching plates sit there for 10-15 minutes and I'll also add if your a server and you have a cold plate anyone can easily notice if it's hot or cold. To still serve ice cold plates and not care seems there are more issues than short of staff. I'll never return to this place again. read more

This is one of my favorite places I have ever eaten. They honestly make you feel like family. The staff is amazing. The food is even better. The only thing that stinks is the word is out and it get crowded, but they do a good job of getting you seated as quickly as possible. I do have a bit of advice for patrons. If you are done eating and there is a wait please don't just sit there after you have paid your check. Be considerate of others and make way so others can enjoy this fantastic dinning experience. Surprised with how great the reviews are. The only thing from our visit that I could classify as above average was the service, everyone was very friendly. Food is weak, atmosphere is average, prices are too high. Strongly recommend avoiding the chicken and waffles. The waffles look pre-made and are nearly flavorless. Luke warm at best. My girlfriend got the crepe combo and the crepes were more like pancakes, not thin at all. Very eggy too. Only thing that was good was the french toast. Everything was great! My son and I went for a Saturday breakfast. The friendly hostess put us in the last and she gave us the option to wait unsafe or to call us when our table was ready.
