Ok food. Ordered delivery with doordash and they didn't include the hashbrown that's included in the dish. Also we had two orders of pancakes and neither came with any syrup or butter. Called them and they offered to have the hashbrown and syrup for pickup and a free drink but no other recourse. There no way to send doordash to go get it. Guess im sh*t out of luck read more

This cafe is an undiscovered pearl, one of its kind in the area. First, it's not a chain. It's family owned, and the owner, Brian, makes sure you're happy with your order. When we went, one of our party ordered Eggs Benedict, and the sauce was not her thing, so he comped another dish to make her happy, and subbed Ligonberry Crepes instead. She loved it. I had the Very Berry French Toast. It was brioche-style (egg-battered and sauteed, as opposed to the fried kind) with fresh fruit topping, then plated with a glaze and strawberry syrup topping. Delicious. They kept the coffee coming too. The brew was neither too mild nor too strong, and each table had a large bowl of three different types of creamer artfully displayed. The care that goes into this place is second to none. I will be going back with my family, likely on a regular basis. Let me start off with our drive up. The parking lot was packed and my husband is not one who likes to wait. He suggested this place so he stuck to his guns and we walked up to see how long the wait was. We were greeted right outside of the front door by a nice man (I hate that I didn't get his name). He got my husbands name and told us it would be about a 20 minute wait. We ran to Walmart to grab dog food and hurried right back. We went back inside to make sure they didn't call us. To our surprise the same man greeted us and before we could ask he said "Brandon you guys are next, so maybe 5 minutes" Now keep in mind he saw us once so a split second and there was so many people there the he put on the list. He remembered our name and got to us as fast as possible. At that moment I knew why this place had so many high reviews. Great customer service goes so far these days! My husband ordered a crepe combo and the berry toppings were delicious! The presentation was beautiful as well. I got a skillet meal that was equally as beautiful and tasty as well. My eggs were a bit overcooked but I was not going to complain. I'm sure they would of made me a couple more but again that customer service got me in such a good mood. They were so busy and the kitchen was keeping things moving. Our server made sure everything was good, and drinks always topped off. We will be back here again and I plan on making this a monthly cheat spot :) Great job so the management staff for finding and keeping such great employees. Easy parking before rush hour. Wait was very short at 8:45am and then it got slammed. Friendly staff and clean room. Lost 1 star, because our table was in the middle of people and staff passing by too closely. I was with my right elbow exposed while drinking coffee. I was very afraid that someone was going to bump into me any minute and spill hot coffee all over me. The server got confused and could find our table??? She placed our order to rest on a now empty table next to us and we jumped at the opportunity to switch tables. Veggie omelette with hash brown and wheat toast made up for the drinking coffee under stress. The service was quick and efficient, except for the hiccup to our advantage of switching tables. Very reasonable prices and will return, but I know now what table not to get. read more

This is for an Uber eats order in Saturday 7/17. I placed a small breakfast order (pancakes and French toast) at 8:45am. The delivery time stated 25 - 35 minutes. After an hour I attempted to contact the restaurant as the order status still showed "working on your order" but their phones were off the hook. I called every minute for 30 minutes and the phone never rang once. Finally the Uber driver who had been at the cafe for over 30 minutes texted me through the Uber app and said that he was waiting for 30 minutes but my small order was still not ready. I asked him to please ask that they cancel the order since we were now at 10:15am and needed to leave our house for the day or to ask them to please call me as I could not get through their phone lines. The Uber driver said that the manager told him no they will not cancel and refund my money. They would not call me to discuss but the best part was that they still hadn't started even making my order! As I am writing this review a new Uber driver literally just pulled up and dropped off my order on my front porch (I can see through the ring doorbell) at 10:32am! We are not home and now that food will sit outside in this summer heat until I can get home to throw it away. The operators at this place are awful. Zero customer service. My family has been regulars here ever since they opened as it is 5 minutes from our house but after this and 2 previous very bad dining experiences we will not be taking our business here anymore. Seriously, this has nothing to do with covid or the state of the restaurant industry being understaffed - this was simply about lacking customer service and doing the right thing to take care of the quest. They should have allowed me to cancel the order and had the decency to call me since they took their phones off line. This is a great example of supporting a local restaurant who has no concept of what it means to be in the hospitality business. Done read more

We were so excited when this cafe opened up close to our home. This has been our go to spot for good breakfast food. It's usually pretty busy on the weekend, but the area is clean and the staff is very friendly. Recently, we've had to order by pickup. I always get the veggie breakfast burrito with no green peppers. We always stress this because the peppers overpower the taste. This is the 3rd time that they've added green peppers after I specifically asked to hold this ingredient. I know this spot gets busy, but attention to detail is necessary in this industry. I found many people waiting in a small seating area. It seems that they put the bulk of their space into tables and chair for those seated. This is not a criticism, but an observation. The food was good, but the portions were appropriate for the price. The servers were responsive and friendly. I was not overwhelmed, but I certainly would visit again. However I would not likely visit if I had my child or an elderly guest who required a seat during a long wait. read more

We went to Sunday brunch, the line was huge but the person managing the crowd was pretty efficient so the waiting was beareable and quick. Personnel is exceptionally friendly, top polite and super good. We felt welcome and always received top service. They have breakfast choices for everybody, enough amount and fair prices. I liked it. I mean, it's one out of the same hundred brunch spots around. Doesn't add to the town or take away.

We went here for brunch on a Tuesday, and the service was really fast. We were seated immediately and served coffee, which tasted surprisingly good, not like some Folgers or some nonsense (side note: I don't actually know what kind of coffee it is. Maybe it is Folgers. If it is, it's good Folgers) They have a lot of options for the kind of creamer you want, I appreciated that. I ordered the Denver omelet with a side of hash browns and sourdough toast, and G ordered the avocado eggs Benedict (which he always gets, he likes it a lot, he recommends it.) The omelet tasted great, warm and juicy. The hash browns are good too! Our server was very attentive and frequently refilled our coffee. Overall a good experience, would come back again. read more

Saturday morning 9:30am was surprised it was not busy, no wait to be seated. The wait came at the table. Our server talked to the single gentleman next to us for quite a while. Walked away from his table and then came back to greet us and got our drink order. We reviewed the menu some more m, decided on our meals and got the sugar and creamer ready for the delivery of my coffee. No coffee came. Looking around, the server is at the table behind us catting with them as she gives their receipt. Probably spending about three minutes plus talking to them. We even asked another employee to help get our drinks since they seemed to taking a long time. She just looked at our server chatting at the table. When our server left that table the other employee said It seems she will get them since you already told her. Our server then stops at the table two down from them and has to go in the kitchen for a plate for them. Delivers that and then goes back in the kitchen to get a coffee pot and starts rot refill coffee at all the tables. We were at our table probably a total of 10 minutes with just the drink order taken and never received. The server never looked at our table again. Since service was not coming we simply left and went to McDonalds. Too hungry to wait for service elsewhere. I have been in the restaurant business over 20 years and it is so frustrating when a drink irredentist us taken and never received and did not seem to be arriving at any time. I am a patient person due to my experience in customer service but this was too much. Only one other time have I walked out if a restaurant. Pretty sad here. No one else stopped by h to e table to see if we had even been greeted or helped. read more

I'd say 3.5 stars, but since yelp only allows reviewers to give full stars, it was closer to a 3 for our visit here. It was very crowded (Sunday, brunch time), but that's expected. They seemed to be a bit unprepared/unorganized to accommodate a crowd. The person that was taking names for the wait list was running all around with a clip board and it wasn't clear to patrons that he was the person that we needed to speak with in order to reserve a seat. The food was good; I had the biscuit and gravy omelet (different, but tasty!) with grits and pancakes...except they forgot my pancakes! I just had to ask them to put 'em in a to-go box, so I'm unable to comment on if the pancakes are good or not :( My daughter had the crêpe combo and she said the crêpes were "the best I've ever had". Husband got the Ironman breakfast and wasn't too impressed with his food. I'd probably give this place another try if we were in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. read more

Hands down, this is one of the best breakfast places in town, period !!! If you are a vegetarian, and don't do eggs, you may be skeptical to go because of its name. But this place has options even for vegetarians!! Their veg skillet is terrific... you can substitute the egg with any other side. Pancakes with candied pecans are truly the best. My 12 year old does not eat pancakes, but craves for the Eggsellent pancakes. There are other veg options like waffles (which we need to try). To top the great food, it comes with excellent service!!! The staff is extremely friendly. You immediately feel at home and almost feels like they are close friends. We are so happy to have this great addition in Little Elm. I highly recommend that you try this place. The place is very popular so you can expect some wait time- mostly you can get a table in 15 mins or so. Enjoy !! read more

I only give this location two stars for sheer decency of understanding their food is not the worst I have had. This location has undergone a management change and it's obvious. A year ago I would not be writing this review. Now, our food is cold if we are served at all. The waitresses rush us and ignore us. I'm super forgiving during rush times, but we waited 45 min for a table after being promised 20 only to find out they crossed our names off the list without ever being called.
