Saturday super packed nothing new 35 minute wait no problem. Ordered chicken skillet no beans no tomatoes no corn. Ordered another chicken skillet without jalapeños was added. Ordered steak with no mushrooms and mushrooms was added. Don't recommend having 22 staff walking around and maybe 4 cooks no reason for order to be incorrect oh well life goes on. Great food and excellent customer service. I had the créme Brulée French Toast, they were amazing, the had a crunchy texture just like the top of al créme Brulée, just perfect! My friend had the cilantro jalapeño hummus with chicken that was filling and refreshing. So glad I tried them, we'll defenetly make this place our new "go to" breakfast place. read more

The food is absolutely fantastic, and the flavors are spot on. They have a wonderful selection no matter what mood your in. The service is also fantastic. I would give 5 stars but the only thing that really sucks is the coffee. It's really bad. I even tried a late to see if it's just the drip. It's all just bad. I stopped by Eggsperts Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday afternoon. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a warmth welcome. The decor is modern chic. They have a nice coffee bar in the front and a long breakfast bar to enjoy your freshly made smoothly or latte. The menu is perfect. They have a little bit of everything you'd want for breakfast or lunch. I ordered their beef tenderloin egg rolls, which were to die for, and the southwest chicken salad, it was delicious. Wow I am absolutely speechless. I've never had Taffy apple pancakes before but of my God was it covered in chocolate cinnamon apple and pecan and Carmel. I also had The Omelette last week but the skillet was on point. The coffee is so good you can drink it without any creamer had a little bit of sugar. I would come back and bring my family here. We stopped by this place while waiting for car serviee in Orland area. The hostess was quick to seat us on a Saturday morning. I'm thinking too good to be true. Great food, mediocre to awful service. The waitresses are stretched very thin it seems. You're not getting your coffee or water refilled unless you wave her down. We waited 15 minutes after being seated to even get a waitress to greet us and order a cup of coffee. Food was quick and then we never saw her again. The bathroom is very dirty. I couldn't believe how disgusting it was. With the restaurant being brand new I couldn't believe my eyes. The vents looked ancient and nasty!! Like you are breathing nasty mold air! The stalls looks as if they have never been touched--and have like Pooh on them. It's beyond nasty!! Made me want to barf and not eat my breakfast! The owner came out mimicking healthcare hero's!!! With a shield stating COVID-19!!! He also had his employees do the same -- they weren't initially wearing any masks or shields. Everything at Eggsperts has such a unique twist. The food is incredibly delicious and not like any other breakfast restaurant. I've been here a few times since they've opened and couldn't decide on a favorite but I highly recommend the pancake tacos and zataar pizza. And if your looking for eggs, the southwest skillet is super flavorful. The latte art and taste are spot on as well as the wide variety of smoothies. The employees are all masked and practicing social distancing. They even offer outdoor seating and well-spaced out indoor seating. There is also a private room for larger gatherings! It's very hard to impress me when it comes to breakfast but Eggsperts succeeded. My oldest child barely said anything the whole meal because he was too busy stuffing his face. Even my picky toddler enjoyed himself. I had the veggie skillet with scrambled eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The coffee was watery and not very hot but my husband's mocha was pretty good. The steak skillet was also delicious and the steak was tender. I heard from the children that the pancakes were delicious but I was too full to even try a bite. We will definitely be back. I took away a star due to service. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The hostess barely opened her mouth to say hello. I greeted her since she didn't greet us. The waitress was polite and checked on us a couple of times. Not many smiles from any one and no conversation besides asking if we were ready to order. Nice but had a mall food court feel to it Noise levels were a bit higher than average. No televisions in the dining room I rate that as a plus to not have the distraction. As first-time customers at the Eggsperts Cafe, my family & I were highly impressed by the food quality and variety. I loved the coffee so much that I even asked if I would be able to purchase some of their coffee beans to brew at home. Although they do not typically offer their coffee for sale in that manner, our excellent server spoke with the manager and was able to get it worked out to sell us ground coffee by the pound ($15 per/lb).
