First and foremost there is dedicated parking in their lot so that was plus, then I only had to make a few short strides until I was in the facility. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help carrying my items to the register, I am a strong independent woman so I lifted the box containing a vacuum on their counter. The UPS rep was so nice, scanned my return barcode, before ending the transaction he asked if I needed to anything additional like printing or tape and I didn't but it was nice of him to ask. He gave my receipt behind a coupon for my next transaction and was in and out within 5 minutes. Seriously the absolutely opposite of my USPS ordeal, they're really right when they say Trust In Brown.

I do remember feeling that it was overpriced at the time. That was a couple years ago. Recently, my husband and I wanted to make a personalized hard-back concert poster for an event. First, I thought I would try one of the smaller, local printing shops. We contacted that shop and found that the price was more expensive than FedEx and would take several days to complete. FedEx would be able to complete the project within 24 hours. Anyway, the project came out beautifully and was ready after only about 12 hours. I was very happy with the service, though it still felt a bit expensive. Also, they have some really cute greeting cards in the office, much more fun than some that you find in your local supermarket.

I have dropped off things many times, as Amazon, and other services have used them as a location to drop of returns. They also have a regular mail drop box for letters. When I walk in, I typically am warmly greeted by staff. I have gone a few other times for various services. When planning my last trip out of the country, I realized that my passport had expired, and I needed to do priority processing to get it quickly. I went to this Postal Plus to get my passport photos taken. It was quick and easy. Recently, I had to have a document notarized. I was happy when I called to find that the owner was a notary, and would be there and available all day. It cost $15 which I believe is the going rate. There was a long line with a few customers before me and a few after me. After all, it was the holiday season. I thought he handled the line well without making people feel rushed, however, trying to get a few of the quicker services taken care of first. Regardless, I was in and out pretty quickly and on my way. I learned that this postal stop is moving a few blocks away due to increases in rent. It is a convenient shop to have nearby.

A few days later, the package showed back up at my door because they had attached a completely different Amazon shipping label with someone else's name and address. The only reason I got my package back is because the incorrect label wasn't placed over my original label. If it had been, my package would have been delivered to a complete stranger, and I would have been out more than $200 worth of items. Mistakes happen, but this is a pretty significant one. I'm glad I caught it before my return was lost, but I hope they're more careful when attaching shipping labels in the future so this doesn't happen to someone else.

I went there with a few things that didn't have a box, one being two prints. When I showed up the employee inside was able to figure how to get these items into one box. Given the fact that they only had one tube for the two prints, she made it work. After figuring out the logistics of the project, I paid and went on my way. When the package arrived at the office, it was expertly packed and arrived undamaged. Overall, it was a good experience that I was just lucky enough to get here to actually use the business.

Over the phone, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Said would get my order ready asap. When the balloons arrived to my location they were air filled! Why would I order helium balloons and expect air filled! The online ordering isn't clear and staff is t trained to discuss these details. Great price for 4 air filled Mylar balloons = $9.00

This place is always oddly busy. I usually come midweek, mid-morning to drop off packages or mail…read morethings off. All the customers seem miserable but the staff are quite the opposite. They are just humming along and working hard to keep the line short. When its my turn which is usually after about 7ish minutes, its a short quick exchange and its over before I know it. They have two sides of the office. The right side is where I drop off my packages and the left side, I'm not sure what happens there. It says retail office. In the middle of the two offices are the PO boxes and a place to drop off boxes and packages after hours. That shaft is always overfull or doesn't work, so I always make sure I go during business hours. Make sure you read the instructions because only certain packages goes in that shaft. Parking is numerous but its a two way street and it's pretty narrow so proceed carefully.
