I had an arm lift by Dr. Egrari several months ago. I will start by saying his before and after care is amazing with great nurses that walk you through everything. During my consultation Dr. Egrari he told me he would also do liposuction (paying for it) to remove some extra fat from my arms but when I asked his nurses after surgery if liposuction had been done they told me it hadn't. My results were not anywhere near what I expected/desired. I was left with approximately two inches of loose/jiggly skin and my "after" looked like someone's " before photo." I was obviously very disappointed and upset after the money spent and the painful recovery. I discussed this with Dr. Egrari during my follow-up appointment. He basically gas lit me saying the results were proportionate to my body and that my arms looked better than before. When I lifted my arms and showed him the excess skin jiggling like a bat wing, he told me that even twelve year old's have arm jiggle. If Dr. Egrari would have validated my disappointment and acknowledged that the results weren't optimal I would have continued to have trust in him knowing this could potentially happen. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. He did tell me that we could meet in 6 months and if I was still unhappy we could discuss my options to see if I still felt I needed it, but doubling down that he stands by his opinion that my results were optimal. I'm not sure how extra time would solve anything, like in 6 months my arms would miraculously tighten up and the fat would disappear. I flew out of state to get a second opinion from a highly respected surgeon who told me that I had well over two inches of loose skin that still needed to be removed along with some additional fat that required liposuction. He also said as time went on the sagging would get even worse. I'm very upset that I have to pay for another surgery and start all over. While I believe Dr. Egrari does some things right (runs a safe practice with great before and after care) I believe his surgical approach is far too conservative resulting in a disappointing outcome. read more

I was a longtime patient of Dr. Egrari, having undergone multiple procedures with him over the span of more than a decade. Our relationship was always friendly and professional, and I had no issues with his care until a complication arose that required a more nuanced and specialized approach. Years ago, Dr. Egrari selected textured anatomical (teardrop-shaped) breast implants for my augmentation. Unfortunately, these implants rotated in the existing pocket, creating noticeable asymmetry. I later learned from other surgeons that placing teardrop implants into an existing pocket is generally not recommended for precisely this reason. I brought this concern to Dr. Egrari's attention, but he didn't offer to correct the issue, and at the time, I wasn't eager to undergo another surgery. Years later, I learned that the implants in my body had been recalled due to their association with BIA-ALCL, a rare lymphoma linked to textured implants. By then, I had also developed two autoimmune conditions and became seriously concerned that the implants might be contributing to systemic inflammation. When I brought these concerns to Dr. Egrari, I was disappointed by his response. He was dismissive of Breast Implant Illness (BII), calling it "hysteria from women on Facebook," despite my sharing published studies from reputable sources like PubMed showing emerging evidence of a link between implants and autoimmune symptoms. I ultimately decided to remove the implants and placed a $1000 deposit when a cancellation became available. However, when I asked Dr. Egrari to confirm that he would perform a full capsulectomy (removal of the scar capsule around the implant), he declined, citing the potential risks due to capsule adhesion to the ribs. While I respect that decision, I chose instead to go to a specialist in explant surgery who was certified in microsurgical techniques and could guarantee full capsule removal--something advised for patients with autoimmune symptoms. I wrote a polite and respectful email explaining my concerns and decision to go with a specialist. Despite only holding the surgery slot for two days, Dr. Egrari retained my full deposit and shockingly banned me from his practice. While Dr. Egrari may be a skilled surgeon for routine procedures, my experience suggests that when problems arise, patients may be completely abandoned and met with petty, small minded, unprofessional conduct. Surgeons will often refer out to specialists but after years of loyalty, I was left stunned by how quickly all goodwill evaporated the moment I needed care that required a more specialized approach. This journey began many years ago. I did tons of research and had many consults with other centers, but none of them compelled me to follow through. And then I researched Egrari and I'm so happy I did! My consultation was initially scheduled for November 2022, but as luck would have it, a cancellation came through and I was able to get in a few months earlier. Mixed Experience with Breast Augmentation - I had a breast augmentation almost five years ago, and the results look really well from the outside. I think the cosmetic result is excellent, and I value Dr. Egrari's work. But there's a big drawback that I believe prospective patients should be aware of: the feeling in my breasts' almost entirely disappeared. I've been waiting to write this review in hopes it would come back. Although the visual change lived up to my expectations, I've been really concerned about the loss of feeling. Because I was completely unaware that this was even a possibility, I think it's imperative that potential patients give it serious thought. Doctor Egrari is just the BEST of the BEST!! One of my friends had a breast argumentation with him and it look amazing and she referred him to me. Best decision I have ever made. Before I met doctor Egrari, I had consultation with two other plastic surgeons and I did not like either of them. Both of them did not explain much, agreed with the procedures I wanted to have regardless if it was right for me or not, and left all the explanation and questions to their assistant. Dr. Egrari is the kind of doctor that seats down and explain in minimum details everything you need and want to know and the most important is if it is not right for you he wont do it. Honest doctors like him is not easy to find by these days. If you want to have any kind of procedure with him, he is the one who is going to answer all your questions, not an assistant or a nurse. The office is beautiful, peaceful, and very stylish. I had one major procedures a little over three years ago and I have botox at least twice a year with doctor Egrari and I am very please with the results. I did not have any phone call reminder or notice doctor out of town until I was on my way to the office and she rescheduled to 6/30/22. If I could give 100 stars I would. The entire staff is incredible. My initial reason for finding them was for vaginal rejuvenation. I decided to go in for a consultation and set up an appointment and began treatment with Thermiva. I think I was happy with the end results though keep in mind it doesn't fix your muscles, it only thickens the walls a bit and makes things tighter. Results are temporary and need one follow up about every six months as needed. Lexi was wonderful and made me feel super comfortable and the process is painless and quick. I decided to ask about some of their other procedures and decided to try lip filler at a different appointment. This was a little more uncomfortable to endure but Lexi goes slow and is very knowledgeable. While in the end I didn't care for the results for the first several months it had nothing to do with her or them, only that I was not use to the difference and grew to like it more as it became less pronounced. It's been about 7 months now and I think I will return for a small touch up just for my upper lips at some point. Now that was all in their non invasive side. The other reason I decided to check this place out was because I have lost considerable weight after my bariatric surgery 2 years ago. I had a hideous panni and my breasts resembled deflated balloons or more graphically, hanging tube socks with a ball in the end. I had been researching plastic surgery in Mexico due to the sheer cost of this kind of procedure however came to the realization (especially with the pandemic) I would never actually make that dream happen so because of Dr. Egrari's incredible reviews I made a consultation. He was incredible from the day I met him. He is honest. He will not give you false expectations. He also will not do more procedures to your body at once than he feels it can safely handle (I was a little disappointed I could not get implants the same time as a breast lift but I was also undergoing a full lower body lift which was my priority). He wanted to give the breasts a chance to heal before doing that procedure. The cost was easily double what I would have paid out of the country but it was worth every single penny. I had scheduled a second consultation with the surgeon who had completed my offspring's double mastectomy (changing from female to non binary) and he was also a wonderful surgeon but after I met with Dr. Egrari I easily forfeited the $100 deposit I'd paid for the consult elsewhere. This man is double board certified. He teaches classes on post weight loss body contouring and this is his forte. He knows what he is doing. I am 12 days post op from my procedure. I was given a phone number to call after hours if I had any problems ever during my recovery which I used twice within the first four days. He returned the call personally twice within 10 minutes and offered support (I was in pretty bad pain the second day but was advised not to take more than prescribed pain meds and he was right, I survived that day and felt much better the next day). The second I had developed a small fever and he had me take deep breaths and cough and oddly enough that ended the fever(and was advised to do that every 10 minutes for a while to help open up the lungs). He also called my caretaker twice the day of my surgery once I'd returned home to check on me. I have since had 3 follow up appointments (all normal procedure) to have check ups on my sutures, to remove drains at day 6 and remove outside stitches on day 10. His staff has been so incredible answered all our questions and concerns and are just top notch. I have not seen Dr. Egrari personally since my surgery but I will very soon be making my consultation to get on the schedule for implants. If covid were not a thing I would hug that man. My body, though still swollen, looks amazing and for the first time in my entire life I am proud of it. I still have some healing to do of course but I'm healing quickly and after day 5 I stopped needing pain pills and will be returning to work on day 13 when I truly didn't think I'd be going back before week 3. Oh and his anesthesiologist was also incredible the day of surgery. I can't say one bad thing about this place and anyone who is considering a procedure like this please consider this place. Three years ago, Dr. Egrari performed extensive reconstructive surgery on me and I'm still thrilled with the results as we head into bathing-suit season again. :-) Thanks to gastric bypass surgery, I'd lost 184 pounds and had amazing sagging skin everywhere on my body. I also had a huge and problematic scar on my back from a third-degree burn. Dr. Egrari fixed everything. He did an extended fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty, bilateral brachioplasty, and a burn scar revision. The surgery that day took almost 8 hours, and I spent the night in the surgery center (with excellent one-on-one nursing care) before going home in the morning. With ten feet of incisions, I was in some real discomfort for the first ten days or so, but Dr. Egrari has an excellent pain-management protocol which includes a device called an On-Q pump. A tiny tube is inserted into the incision during surgery, and then it drips anesthetic into the area for several days, using up a store of medication that you carry around in a fanny pack. It sounds silly, but it really WORKS and I highly recommend it. The before- and after-care are the best I've ever received. Dr. Egrari's professional staff takes amazingly good care of his patients, and he makes sure that they're happy with their working conditions; they've all been with his practice for years. Dr. Egrari recently opened his own in-facility surgical center. Doing so allows him to have all the latest technology in a first-rate, certified facility, and to offer a lower cost to his patients. He also has complete control over staffing of the facility, so you know that everyone who cares for you understands Dr. Egrari's protocols. Dr. Egrari has been doing plastic and reconstructive surgery for many years and has never had a patient death; complications are very few as well. He is very talented , very sweet and didn't make me feel uncomfortable which was important to me! He let me make payments weekly before the surgery it was an overall great experience! Years ago (sometime in the '90s), I was one of Dr. Egrari's first patients. I came to him for some keyloid scars, and he was willing to help me with the use of cortisone shots. After several treatments, it became apparent that these scars were becoming too painful and hard to be receptive to further treatment. Dr. Egrari referred me to Swedish Hosptial's Radiation Center, where I had radiation therapy on my scars. That helped me for several years, and even though my keyloids are still active, I respect the fact that Dr. Egrari had enough ethics to stop administering any further shots for fear of aggravating my condition. It was extremely painful for me, and he didn't want me to go through that any longer. In addition, I was so thrilled with his level of service, I invited my colleagues at the time to come for an Open House. His way of thanking me was to shower me with a large gift basket and a day at a local spa. This is a man of honor, who also spends a few weeks each year doing surgeries for free in 3rd world countries for patients who wouldn't normally be able to afford that....at least he used to. If I could give Dr. Egrari 10 stars I would. The entire practice is phenomenal. The front office staff is extremely sweet and on top of responding promptly to all emails. Keep in mind, Dr. Egrari is very sought after( this is a great problem to have and says a lot about his quality and demand of his skills), so my consult was scheduled for two months out. Lindsey, knew I wanted to get in as soon possible for a consult, so when a cancelation occurred she called me and I took it! After meeting all the nursing staff and Dr. Egrari himself, I was blown away from the professionalism of the entire appointment. Cosmetic surgery can be a very personal and uncomfortable situation (believe me I went to 5 other consult before a friend referred me to Dr. Egrari) I knew immediately I could trust him and his lovely staff! I scheduled my surgery that day! My surgery went even better than my consult (and that's saying a lot). The anesthesiologist was so warm and inviting along with my discharge nurse. The whole practice is spotless and high tech! I was so incredibly nervous but everyone made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Egrari! He has a remarkable eye for detail and truly listens to what you want exactly. He even personally called after I got home from surgery to check in and see how I was doing. Now THATS a caring surgeon! I can't recommend Dr. Egrari and his staff enough. I had never been to a plastic surgeon before and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit terrified. I'd thought about my procedure for 15 years! Dr. Egrari came highly recommended from Bel Viso Day Spa as well as 4.5-5 star reviews on various websites. So I went to checkout the facility and meet the doctor everyone seemed to be raving about. Their office was super comfortable. The waiting room wasn't like your standard doctors office. It was warm, clean, nicely decorated and the receptionist were super friendly. They even offered me refreshments as I waited to be taken back. When I was given the entire tour of the facility I was very impressed. They go above and beyond to make your procedure is safe, comfortable and joyful. Once I decided to go through with the procedure I was taken to the finance department. Madison was awesome and very helpful. She made the paperwork hassle free. The nurses were so helpful and friendly. They helped to ease an otherwise stressful and maybe a bit scary situation. If I could give 100 stars as a review for Dr. Egrari and his staff - I would! Before I even stepped foot in Dr. Egrari's office, his staff proved to me that I had already made the right phone call. Kerri immediately made me feel at ease, I felt important and valued, I was encouraged me to get several consultations and she helped answer all of my nervous questions. I have to add that Dr. Egrari was the one and only plastic surgeon I consulted with. I knew he would be my surgeon because he also did my same exact procedure on a very close family member almost 20 years ago. Her results were (and still are) AMAZING. His work speaks volumes - and even after 20 years, my family member still has nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Egrari. Back to me. Everyone in the office was phenomenal. Everyone. This entire experience could not have gone better in my opinion. Every question was answered, every ounce of information was provided and I felt prepared each step of the way. I had a "mommy makeover" last October. After having 4 kids I tried everything to get back in shape including eating right and working out. I wasn't overweight-- 5'3" and 125 pounds. But my abdominals were so stretched out that literally not a week passed when I wasn't asked "how far along are you," or "when is your baby due?" It was so frustrating! I had debated about having a tummy tuck for a long time so decided to go for a consultation. It went really well. I definitely appreciated that Dr. Egrari took his time to listen to my concerns and make suggestions. After meeting with him I talked with a patient coordinator who was really factual in everything and did not pressure me at all with any high pressure sales tactics. I ended up booking my procedure for a month later. Part of what also made me confident about moving forward were the facilities-- everything is top of the line and safety is a big priority which the Dr. talked about extensively in our meeting. As it got nearer I started to waiver about the breast augmentation. I wasn't sure that I really wanted or needed it since I am all about being really natural looking. I called the office to chat with them a couple times and they were again totally NO pressure and told me to do what was best for me. I ended up going through with both procedures at the same time. Similar to other reviewers, the Dr. called me the day before the surgery which was very kind. The morning of the surgery, everything went perfectly. And the surgery went very well. I will tell you that this type of surgery is no small thing-- but I was prepared ahead of time and knew that the results would be worth it. I did end up running a fever the day after my surgery. I called the office and left a message since it was the weekend. The Dr. called me back with in 10 minutes and was very helpful. Through out my post-op, all the staff was so kind and understanding especially when I was feeling overwhelmed with my recovery. Almost a year later, I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Egrari did my breast lift and augmentation almost 6 weeks ago. I had researched doctors in the Seattle area for the last two years and many highly rated ones had websites that tried to pull you in via ads and chats or were really advertised on sites such as "RealSelf," where I found many answers to my questions. I found him via word of mouth from an acquaintance who actually had her implants removed and praised his work and perfection (which can't be an easy procedure). When I met him in person, I knew immediately he was the surgeon I wanted even though he did not tell me what I wanted to hear. He refused to do the augmentation procedure without a lift (which I didn't want because of scars) and I know for a fact that I could have found a surgeon who would have done it. He also advised against liposuction in certain areas that I asked about. He was calm and asked questions about what I wanted, but direct and open, even if I didn't like what he had to say. He isn't all about the money like many other plastic surgeons and he will tell you if he doesn't think you will be perfect after his procedure. Some people could take offense to that, but I can only respect that and the results are amazing already (exactly what I had hoped for)! I could not have made a better decision. No one at this office ever asked me to write a review either. All his business must be word of mouth and he has a very busy schedule (getting in for a consult can take months unless you get lucky), which says a lot in itself. read more
