This is not a tasty turkey. This place always runs out of their ingredients, which isn't the issue. The issue is that the employees continue to make the sandwich ingredient less. They've done this me several times and now I'll actually leave a review. This could have easily been avoided if the employees were to stop and ask me, the customer, if I would like to change my order since they ran out of the ingredients needed for this order. Associate asked me if I wanted one or two egg white and I asked for two. This sandwich usually comes very thick with generous servings of each ingredient. This spot is great if you order ahead through the app. There have been many times when I have placed an order for pick up the next day, and there was only one time when it was not ready on time. I usually put in a fairly large order, as this is what I usually bring to unit meetings. Either the dozen bagels, or breakfast sandwiches. We have never had an issue with freshness, or the order being wrong. I have noticed that it does get pretty busy here in the morning, and the space is small, so it can feel tight. I placed an online order for a simple toasted bagel and butter. I know they are generally busy and being 9 months pregnant I wanted to get in and out ASAP. When I got the bagel it seemed as though it was not even toasted but it had a TON OF BUTTER. I was having a craving, but seeing this when I received it was disappointing and gross. There was so much butter I had to wipe it off. There used to be some butter I also wiped off in the inside of the bag. Since I didn't check my order because it was chaotic in the morning, I didn't mind to go back to exchange it. But your rude female worker said she did my order and said we didn't have it so I put plain and asked her why you don't tell your customers this? Her response is, well there's nothing I can do. Went today out of nostalgia for the lively Einstein location in Westwood LA which i enjoyed for over a decade early 00's. So this joint in Terra Nova .. left me bereft of nostalgia but full of angst as I felt inhad just be swindled by the nicest staff you could ever meet. They were polite and efficient, knew their product line extremely well and cheerful. So 10 outta 10 for the staff. It wasnt hectic even tho there was a steady flow.. nonone was rushed and the staff were patient and attentive. Imorderes the Texas brisket with chesdar and two fresh eggs on an asiago bagel, as well as med sized coffee to go. Issues : afyer leaving the store immediately after self pouring my coffeee from their counter flasks- my car was close.. i closed my door and took a sip of the coffee- its was luke warm NOT warm but less than warm- strike 1! - I yook out my delicious smelling sandwixh and tasted a little pinch of brisket- divine! except i immediately noticed how small the bagel was- hownlittle actual asiago was on/in the bagel- and how light the bagel was to nite into .. as in they uses the same ingredients you'd make a fluffly crissant with perhaps‍.. as for the two fresh eggs- they tasted exacrly like the non egg-eggs in a McDonald item. The samdwich was still tasty but for the goant size of the photo hanjing behind the counter highlighting this item... it sure underwhelmed thos patron. Mmmmmm bagels! This location always has friendly service, fresh bagels & spreads, delicious Caribou coffee (vanilla nut), and amazing breakfast sandwiches. Since i have never had an issue with my food and service I keep coming. The only bummer about this location is how small it is inside. (-1)The first register when you enter is to pay, after you order. The 2nd register in the corner past the first register is to order. If there is a line, which most of the time there is, blocks the display of bagels. If people are waiting for their order it's in front of the coffee/condiment table, which becomes a maze to maneuver through the process of ordering, paying, and waiting. There are small tables (for 2) at the entrance, which is surrounded by people in line. So if you don't mind people breathing on you while you eat or literally brushing up on your table, take it to go! The other tables crammed in the other corner next to the coffee/condiment table become another waiting area. There are 2 tables outside, but when it rains, outside seating isn't an option, and there really isn't even indoor seating. The small center it's located in gets busy, and parking can be ridiculous. So be prepared to circle or wait. Other than waiting in line or the set up inside this tiny place, the bagels are good, love the sandwiches, and the coffee is on point here. read more

They opened 5 mins late, once they opened (with presumably no orders yet) they had only 1 person working the counter while another restocked the cooler and 3 more were cutting bagels at the sandwich bar. Meanwhile the customers who they let in late are standing there waiting to be helped. To management: clearly your employees need more prep time, maybe give it to them instead of forcing your customers to stand there for 10 minutes while your workers are restocking and prepping instead of putting bagels in boxes. read more

Even if I chose 2 eggs it wouldn't be bigger, and I probably would just taste egg. I think it's best to just get a bagel with some smear, because their sandwiches are meh. For the price of $7-$8 it's not worth it. If I come again I'll stick to the spinach bagel or green Chile bagel with veggie smear which I've liked. Also, their cold brew and iced coffees are ok. They don't put cream in them, you have to add that. And the chocolate cold brew was better than the vanilla or caramel if you like sweet. But the chocolate is thick, so stir it up! read more

Well, this was a disappointment. I had a lox bagel. It was the best Bagel I had in two months. It was also the only bagel I had in two months. And that, pretty much is all there is to say in its favor. No insects, no stains on the box, and the order was correct so I won't give just one star. There was no way to customize my order on the app and say no tomato so I got tomato, neither crisp nor wilted, just meh. Course I didn't really want it anyway. The best part was the bagel itself, and I have always been partial to their bagels. The Schemer was ok if a bit light. Small scattering of capers and a thin ring of red onion. And a truly unimpressive slice of lox. As usual no avocado (I'm not a fan but my wife is!) and no olive oil. (See photo, the drops of water are my tears if disappointment). There was a reason I went to Donny's first (got there too late!) and why that's where I will go back. I wish I had taken my Costco bagels out of the freezer last night. They also have other sandwich selections other than bagels so you will have other alternatives when enjoying here. - TIP: they have dozen and half dozen selections so you can grab some to go for your office mates. - TIP: they have multiple cream cheese selections to fo with your bagels. - TIP: decent and multiple coffee selections in this location. 2). Customer Service. Fast and efficient location. No issues with our limited interaction with the staff. 3) Atmosphere. Small place which can get very crowded so watch the times you go here. The lines can get long so being some patience. I have also been to another location that looks slightly better and has a better vibe of feel to it. This place doesn't seem to have that warm and cozy feel. - TIP: the inside tables are limited but they also have tables outside if you want to dine in the premises. 4). Others. - Parking. Located in a decent sized plaza so there are lots of parking. - membership. I guess every spot has it now. Download and register to get free products for loyalty members. That store needs to be bigger, it's way too small. There's a black guy that works there. He has a massive smile and is so friendly. I was in a bit of a mood when I came in and the crowd didn't help but when he came up with his friendly demeanor it made me smile. Well guys. The wait is just too much. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches. I LOVE the food but this is too much. I doubt I'll ever come here again. I've had Einstein's bagels plenty of times. Mostly from their bagel boxes at work meetings etc. But I've only been inside this actual location a few times. I can see how many people can have unpleasant experiences here, with orders being messed up, the place getting really busy, some staff lacking basic customer service points, and the overall set-up etc., but from my experiences I haven't really had any problems. The food itself is great tasting, I mean who doesn't love bagels??? Sandwich bagels, regular bagels, breakfast bagels, dessert bagels, bagel bites that are stuffed. What a concept. I am also a fan of their whipped cream cheese spreads. Lots of savory flavors to choose from, including a pumpkin one I hope comes back now that it's fall once again. My last visit I got the spinach and mushroom with two eggwhites on a sweet potato bagel. I kinda just put this together because the rest of the menu was a bit confusing to read. I guess unless youre getting a plain bagel or bagel box, or you've been here multiple times to know the menu, it can take a while to decide on something because there's so much information on the menu it took me a while to find something that I was craving. It didn't really help that the staff kept asking if I was ready to order literally like three times within a minute. I felt kinda pressured to order when all i was doing was trying to read the menu lol. Luckily what I got was pretty good tho. My gf got a breakfast sandwich in a cranberry bagel, surprisingly good combo. Luckily I haven't experienced any problems in my visits, but I can see how customer service can be hit or miss with lots of customers' experiences. I'm not one to complain and usually just bite my lip when things like this happens, but this morning I'm must tell all. I've been coming to this location a couple times for their curbside pick up thru their app and I have to say, I'm finally fed up and likely no longer going to visit this establishment. The only reason why I did was for curbside and free coffee that comes with any purchase. As usual, I'll order on the app and pay. I rush my autistic kid in my van knowing that all I have to do is call, when the curbside parking lot is always not available (and it happens to be the same car parked in it each time) So I call only to be told that they don't do curbside anymore (my last transaction was 2 weeks ago!!) and I have to come inside to pick up my order. I lug my kiddo inside to go to the pick up food cart not seeing my order (I'm on time) I talk to the cashier only to be told that they ran out of the bagelrito! I wish they would at least call or say that before so I wouldn't have to drive all the way there as waste my time and energy! There was 5-6 employees working!! The morning rush was over, nobody is in line (it's 8:35am). They could've walked my small order to my vehicle! It's very inconvenient and inconsiderate! This isn't the first time they hadn't had something. I had ordered one of the flavored cold brew shakes and when I get there, they tell me they don't make them at that location! (I just realized that they don't compensate or return the money unless you ask or mentioned it. In this instance, I asked for a cookie to compensate since the bagelrito cost more. We came here for a late breakfast. I was hungry and didn't eat anything prior to arriving here. I ordered a ham and cheese on a bagel but the guy said they ran out of ham. How do you run out of ham? Instead, I got the spinach, mushroom and Swiss on a bagel. The bagel had pumpkin seeds on it. It was tasty but needed more salt. I got a Diet Coke to drink. The bagel lasted me a few hours until I got hungry again. There's seating inside and outside. It was a nice day but we sat inside cause it was still cold to me. It's located inside a busy shopping center with other eateries next to it. Parking is very limited but I found a spot.
