Great service and food! Had a catering order and everything was exactly made! 10/10 spot for breakfast or lunch

Terrible Experience! My family called ahead to get a few bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches as we passed by on our road trip. We called 45 minutes ahead just to make sure they would be ready on time. The lady told us 15 minutes until it is ready. When we arrived we asked for our order and the worker there said our order had been taken. When asked, she said that they did not take right one. We asked her how this had happened and she said it must have been a mistake. We waited about five minutes when she came out with our food. Before paying we asked if we could add drinks and she responded with "you can go to the back of the line and add them" so we were forced to wait in the line again just to buy drinks. You would think that she would attend to us first knowing she had given away our order and that we ordered almost an hour in advance. After all that, we got some very poor quality bagel sandwiches (as seen in the photo). Overall a very bad experience. Convenient placement, terrible service and food. read more

The store is a mess. Just left the store at 10am.. the store manager Sarah is super rude not just to me but two other parties that came in .. First, they are not taken any cash.. who doesn't take cash? then they don't have anything the 2 parties in front of me were asking for then their latte machine is not working..this place needs to get their shit together. read more

The primary person who operates at the front desk at this location is generally unpleasant, unhappy, gruff, easily angered, and really shouldn't be in a customer-facing job. Whoever owns this location should find a serious upgrade. The bagel sandwiches are pretty good if a bit over-priced. But the service experience is extremely lacking to put it mildly. read more

I absolutely love Einstein Bros--it's one of my go-to spots, and I either stop in or order on DoorDash at least once a month. The food is always solid, and I've had great experiences overall. But I do want to mention something that's been bothering me for the past 3-4 months. Every single time I order, the macchiato/latte machine is "magically" not working. It's happened so consistently that it's hard to believe it's just a coincidence. Especially since on DoorDash, those are the only coffee options available to order. So every time I place an order, I end up having to request a refund for the drink--which is frustrating and a little ridiculous for a business. I still love the place, but I really hope this gets addressed soon. Either update the menu options or fix the machine already! read more

This 1 star review is for service only. My partner and I stopped by for breakfast today and had some of the worst customer service from the female staff taking orders I've ever experienced. She appeared to be a manager or an assistant manager. She verified my order after we left the order area and got it wrong. When I corrected her she had immense attitude and then tried to correct me. After that, while we were in earshot she continued to complain about the situation with her coworkers running the register and prepping the food in back. Totally immature and unprofessional. I don't know what they have going on that made my correcting her such a hot trigger, but don't take it out on me or any other customer. I don't pay money to get treated that way. Normally I would let something like this slide, but someone obviously needs to have a conversation with her about how you treat people if you want them to come back. Apparently they don't care when they are out of decaf. A problem when it is the only coffee you can drink. This place has been sold a couple of times, getting a little worse each time. Service is glacially slow and the sandwiches used to be a lot better. Inflation? Just not caring? Who knows. But I am done with this place. read more

Asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Got back a barely warm, floppy bagel with completely melted cream cheese run completely out of it. It was a disgusting mess that I couldn't possibly eat without making a complete mess, much less while driving (I work a lot on the road). When i went in I was told that's the way it should be. Having been a long time customer here I know that that is not the case, and I didn't appreciate the blatant disregard they called customer service this time. I will not be going back. read more

This was my favorite place. They used to be the only place that served potato bagels but it was not a big seller. Ok their onion, or everything was great. Went last Tuesday. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and my bagels are always fresh and available, even when I'm running late! The store is neat and I've never seen a dirty table! Date of my visit was 05/13/2020 Good breakfast sandwich! The Farmhouse Egg Sandwich with eggs, bacon, smoked ham, cheddar, and country pepper shmear on the cheesy hash brown gourmet bagel. The stuffed cheesy hash browns were a temporary item, but while they were tasty they really could have had some crispness to offset the richness of cheese, bacon, and soft potatoes. I did not dine in due to pandemic restrictions. This was a curbside pick up via the EB app that I downloaded just to try them out! I have to say the app is very nice and they seem to have a decent offer and reward system. read more

I bought two bagels today. Cost? $6.29 And no, there were NO toppings...just two bagels! This place is absurdly overpriced. Last time I was here, two years ago, there was a line out the door. The bagels are okay, a bit on the pricey side, around 4 dollars with a shmear of cream cheese. I stop here mainly for the grilled breakfast sandwiches, especially the egg, spinach & bacon panini which is pretty good in the early AM to get things going. The self serve coffee is decent and smooth. Sometimes combo deals are offered including a Bagel with Shmear (cream cheese) and Bottomless Coffee for $3.99 (plus tax). Bakery items, lunch sandwiches, pizza bagels, bagel dogs, salads, and soups are also on the menu. I dropped in here for a late afternoon snack, not knowing exactly what I wanted other than I needed a small boost. I saw they had a combo deal for "Bagel Toppers" with Bottomless Coffee ($4.49 plus tax), which are add on bagel toppers over the standard bagel and shmear of cream cheese. I decided on the combo deal, a chocolate chip bagel (toasted) topped with cream cheese and fresh strawberries & strawberry sauce toppings, which made for a pretty neat dessert style bagel. I was charged 11 cents extra for getting a small coffee instead of the medium coffee??, should not be charged for downgrading the self serve cup size. I try to limit my caffeine intake in the afternoons. My fresh strawberries and cream cheese bagel was good and the small coffee was enough to get my evening started. This store is located next door to FedEx/Kinkos and Boloco (former Boston Market). read more

I suppose I should have known better but I like to give places the benefit of the doubt. I always try to be aware of the staff to customer ratio when I begin to get frustrated with the service but this place had a ratio of 4 staff to 5 customers. No acknowledgement of our presence but I do now know that staff 1 does like Bobs Burgers but doesn't like Family Guy as she was explaining this to staff 2. It was also very strange that they have gotten rid of all the tables. I understand that places are short staffed but this seems an interesting move to save on labor, if that is the reason why. All in all my experience was not great. It seemed very disorganized and inefficient. I give them 2 stars because it was food, I did eat it and the seating area though lacking seating was clean. read more

Great coffee and bagel place. They have a power protein bar that is full of seeds nuts and raisins. They have a high amount of protein and I love them with a little honey almond cream cheese. I go to the one in Paoli Pa and Naples Florida. Those two locations are great with friendly staff and great coffee. read more

Great bagels prepared by a really excellent staff. Nice selection of "schmears" beverages and hot and cold sandwiches. Pretty fast service in spite of COVID protocols, so hats off to them. read more

I enjoy their bagels but not their hygiene. The gentleman that served me wore the same pair of gloves the whole time. Even when he took cash from two customers. So that's pretty disgusting. If you touch cash, change your gloves before you touch food!!! read more

I think this place is just scraping by to keep theirs doors open. It used to be so much better. The last few times, the quality has been quite poor. Our bagels yesterday, we're they toasted? Maybe, but just barely. The butter on the bagel,-- tossed on in one big clump and not melted. Cream cheese-- tasted "off" and I didn't eat it. Overall, very sad. This place is awesome, the staff is always super friendly and the food is one of the best places to get breakfast in concord.

Got family breakfast box. The sandwiches were good but they were all described as having two eggs on them and all only came with 1 so they looked a little sad especially the bacon egg and cheese ones that had almost nothing between the bagels. The hash browns were good but had to heat them because the outside was warm but inside still pretty cold. Blueberry muffins were good. I requested the half dozen bagels not to be cut they cut them but one of them they just sliced through the very top so it was a small sliver and then a giant chunk. read more

I asked server if she can change gloves. Because so understaffed she had to ring up the person in front of me using the register. Not sure if I was getting punished for that or the young server that was working on the call ahead orders finished my order with the creamcheese but close to non-existent cream cheese on 2 bagels. I always stop on way to NH. So I know what to expect. Dogs got most of it, because not enjoyable without creamcheese. Waste of time and $. Gobs of it is the norm. There was about a tbs worth. Didnt notice till we drove away. Not worth the trip back as it took half an hour in the store for 2 bagels. Totally understand they are understaffed like everywhere these days. Just felt it's good hygiene to change them after using the cash register. Einstein let's you call ahead and with their many time consuming egg sandwhich options, they had 1 person just busy with that. So good for the call ahead people not good for the people in the store, especially if all you want is a couple of bagels. Was there for half hour. Lots of multi tasking behind counter. It was busy time around 10. Didnt see any glove changing in the half hour I was there. Wont be stopping there again I mean come on who would not know to put enough cream cheese on a bagel. Now I know never to get anything with vegetables on a bagel here. I ordered a bagel with hummus, cucumber, tomato & arugula. The cukes were translucent & flaccid, and the arugula was slimy. I spent more time trying to remove the rotten veggies from the hummus than I did eating the food itself. Gross! Went in the first time and had a good experience. Was told at the end of my visit that I would receive two free bagels if I did a survey. Braught in reciept to show I did the survey. Was told I qualified for two pieces of bread. Then when I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese that I had to pay for, I recieved no cream cheese on either. $15.62 for two pieces of bread and 2 orange juices is not good for return customers. read more

I've been going regularly and I am loving the service, its amazing, id particularly like to recognize the manager Sam for doing such a great job, its hard to see people enjoying their jobs now a days.
