We stopped in here Saturday late morning, and it was very empty! The store inside was clean, with a few friendly staff members. I was a nit disappointed to see the bagel baskets so empty, the selection was limited, but I understand if that was because it was almost 11:30am when we visited. We ordered 2 different sandwiches, I got the chorizo egg sandwich, and i requested it on a green chili bagel, it was delicious! It was my first time coming in here, and I had a great first impression. We ordered to go, and waited a few short minutes for the food to be ready. I found it odd the one employee with his hat on sideways, like he was hanging out, and not at work. I just saw him wipe his face with his shirt. At least go wash your hands. Obviously, their bagels are just mediocre at best. I'm sure most people go there if it's convenient or for the discounted bagels. The staff is clueless, including the one who called himself a manager. How does someone order two dozen sliced bagels and they only pack up one dozen and hand me a big bag. I had such a wonderful experience at this bagel spot! It was my first time ever at a bagel restaurant, and when the man working there -- Nik -- overheard me say that, he completely made my day. He surprised me with a cookie, a little marshmallow treat, three hashbrowns, and even two drinks -- all on top of the bagel sandwich I ordered (which, by the way, was absolutely delicious). Nik told me I was the last customer of the day and wanted to go the extra mile. That kind of kindness is so rare and genuine. I ordered an all-nighter breakfast sandwich and a caramel macchiato and I really enjoyed my breakfast. The caramel macchiato is ok but the sandwich was soo amazing. This sandwich has been the best sandwich I had in a while. This is my first time here and I will order this sandwich again. The associate that took my order was sweet and got my order correctly. The restaurant was clean but I will recommend for the outdoor seating to get new cushions because it looks worn out. I noticed there is a bagel special on Mondays for Einstein members. I tried the maple house sandwich and it had the perfect amount of sweetness. The twice baked hash brown was slightly cheesy, which gave it an interesting taste. I also enjoyed the caramel shake. The service is very quick. I placed an online order and it was ready about 10 minutes before the pick up time. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming when I entered and I like that the online pickup area is clearly labeled. There's a nice outdoor area to sit and relax. Overall, it was a very indulgent breakfast that I wouldn't have daily but it was worth it for a treat. I'll definitely be back to try the healthier items on the menu. read more

I hadn't been back to this location in a few months because the service was so terrible the last time. The same micro-managing manager was there today as last time. A African-American tall slim male with cornrows or thin dreads wearing a cap. Last time I was here he was hovering over the same employee he was doing the same thing as last time. If you have an employee that was here 3 months ago and you still have to micro manage, maybe it's time to let that employee go or you just suck as a manager / trainer and you need to go. Another thing is that he tells the employees out loud how they are failing right in front of customers. When customers see disarray in a business they don't usually return. The cashier appeared to be new and not very knowledgeable at the register as she did not know how to add a pork sausage to a sandwich. She was very slow causing a long line to form. Now sit and wait for the food. From the time we ordered to the time we left was over 20 mins (we did not dine in) 11:49am was the time stamp on our receipt and we left at 12:12pm. When preparing our breakfast sandwiches we come to find out that the cashier didn't ring up our sausage sandwich correctly. Instead of subbing the turkey sausage for pork, she added the pork. No biggie but it just shows the lack of training. And then while waiting for our food there was a customer in line who had been waiting a while to order and the same manager that I was referring to pulls the cashier to tell her what she is doing wrong while the customer is standing at the register. He just got fed up and left and the manager sarcastically tells him "have a nice day sir". Very un-professional. I think I'm done with this location. read more

So I assume the two people standing near the right register are awaiting food. There's also a person on the left who is several feet back of the register and I assume he's also waiting for food. Instead of refunding my money, the manager argued with me about how the product had been delivered on Friday and could not be stale, which is actually five days ago. It was very frustrating to have my concerns dismissed this morning by your manager since I paid with good money, and therefore I expected a good product. His idea of something being fresh and my idea don't match and if he had told me that he was selling five day old food, then I wouldn't be able to complain, but to dismiss me and argue with me about whether or not it was fresh was completely unacceptable. The bagel was fresh and soft and delicious even after being toasted (lightly). The highlight was the vanilla hazelnut coffee. They have blended this perfectly. If I could go here every day just for the coffee I would. The lady who took my order was very very pleasant. She even assisted me in putting the lid on my coffee because it wouldn't go on for me. Mondays are generally my favorite day to visit Einstein's because it takes the crowd out of the equation. The store looked better on Monday 4/04/2022 than it has lately because the leak from the open roof piece seems to have been repaired. The bagel case looked nice and full except Power Bagels were missing. I actually wanted a Power Bagel. The Cashier towards the end of the line offered to help as the transaction currently at the ordering Cashier station was taking a long time. I asked about the Asiago Bagel and the Florentine Bagel. She had not tasted Asiago or the Florentine but said she thought the Florentine Bagel had Spinach and garlic sauce on it. I opted for the Cranberry Bagel. I would have preferred it toasted but forgot while lost in the process of ordering a bagel type I don't usually get. It was a fresh, fluffy bagel and tasted good w/ the cream cheese I also got. I was quite impressed by this bagel's freshness. I could not really taste the cranberry flavor in it though. Iced espresso good too! read more

It seems that when it comes to Einstein Bros. there are two kinds of stores. They're either 100% on the ball or...well, the complete opposite. Sadly this store seems to be one of the latter. I love Einstein Bros. The Spinach Florentine bagel with Salsa Schmear is to die for when properly prepared. The breakfast sandwiches range from good to amazing. Even the plain old bagels are top notch. The coffee drinks is the only area where I think Einstein's is just average. Anyway - for the last month or so we've made multiple attempts to get our Spinach Florentine on at this location. Almost every time we've stopped by this conveniently local store they're out of the Spinach Florentine bagels, so we end up either going elsewhere, or running to another location. THIS Saturday they had one single solitary Spinach Florentine Bagel. I know how my significant other loves them, so I decided to buckle down and get her that bagel, toasted, with a veggie schmear, and a sandwich for myself. BIG MISTAKE. Right from the get go the employee at the register was having comprehension issues. Once I finally made it through the ordering process I figured I'd be out the door in 5 minutes. Did I say "Big Mistake"? It literally took over 25 minutes for a bagel and a sandwich. 20 minutes more than usual. It's not like the store was busy. There wasn't a line... Just a bunch of Hangry People waiting for food. Chatting with fellow would-be diners, I learned that this was apparently a regular thing at this location. The food was ok even if the wait sucked. I have to do the 1 , because I've given enough time to be better...they have no system for pick up orders. If you call in advance, there is no clear way to pick up your orders. Eventually, I and several others learned we have to wait in line like everyone else just walking in the door, while we watch our food, bagged and ready to go, just grow cold sitting at the register. Additionally, you HAVE to call in advance to ensure you know they have what you want. They always run out of specific bagels and other items (bagelrito, etc), by lack preparation or influx of orders-i don't know. However, if I'm calling before 10am and they don't have any, then likely they don't have anything to start with. Lastly, the biggest point-no communication. There is no one willing to guide you when you come in for pick up orders. Workers are dodging eye contact and avoiding interactions. There are no clear signage to guide people except a line in the front and a bottle neck fo people waiting at the end for their food. They probably need 1 more worker per busy shifts and update signage before I consider using my time or $ their again. read more

We originally came to Coral Springs to go to Brooklyn Water Bagel, but found it to be permanently closed. We saw Einstein's across the street, which is a place I don't think we had ever been to before. I ordered a bagel with butter and hubby went for one with cream cheese. He ordered a small iced coffee which was a bit on the overpriced side. My bagel came out with cream cheese and it took a sec to get that straightened out. Since I had been overcharged, they offered me another bagel to go. I chose chocolate chip but it's so DARK, it almost looks like pumpernickel. The bagel itself was not great, it gave me reflux, which is unusual for me with this type of food. I only ended up eating half. I will definitely be avoiding this chain from here on out. read more

I read the reviews before coming to this location but my husband still wanted to give them a chance and he regretted not listening to me. Start to finish when we walked in there was a weird smell but we just tried to ignore it maybe they were burning something in the back. The service was terrible. Three people in the front and at 8:30 am why is everyone so angry. We stood there waiting to have our order taken nobody said anything we finally said hello can we order and he took our order. After waiting for our order the girl called my husband over and asked his name which he gave but she started talking loud with and attitude so I walked over because I'm the only one that can yell at my husband. I stood there and just looked at her and she stopped talking and walked off. We will never return to this place. Believe the reviews they were not lying. What was more infuriating is the fact that we were handed cold bagels that were supposed to be toasted and of course there is barely cream cheese in it like why would they make what you wanted the correct way smh. Management needs to step in because this is ridiculous. WILL NOT RETURN!!! One more thing it should not be mandatory to tip. There was no option to customize or decline the tip. I haven't been here in a very long time & stopped in for lunch. I'll start by saying that I think the staff tries, but they really don't seem to have much of a system and lack training. Special mention to Emile who is friendly & helpful. The problem I see, is that training is really lacking & it seems like this franchisee doesn't take any pride in his/her business. The place has deteriorated - it hasn't been painted or updated in ages. Everything looks worn, drab and dingy. The tables & floors weren't clean & there was no one there when we walked in, so it wasn't like they were busy. A small crowd came in after us & that's when I could see the lack of systems & training. It seemed pretty chaotic to get the food out but they seemed to be winging it. Whomever was cooking the eggs, had no idea what they were doing. While I was paying for the order, the credit card machine stopped working & then they could only take cash. There didn't seem to be a manager on duty, unless it was the cashier, but I wouldn't know. Our sandwiches were decent, although they left off the bacon and then quickly brought it out when I told them. Again, the staff was trying but you could tell, totally untrained. Also, everything came out in bags and no plates for those who were eating there. Is this a change? (Not having plates available). I must say that the bagels are still very good. We took some bagels to go. I'd say to the owner or whoever is in charge needs to pay attention to the way this place should run because the bagels are still good but the place and employees need some help to get it where it needs to be. There is good competition in the area and if Einstein Bagels wants to stay in business, they need to up their commitment to a better experience, starting with updating the space and training their staff. read more

My cold brew today tasted like CHEMICALS?! In addition, every time I visit, I end up leaving more and more dissatisfied. So I ask why and the cashier keep saying was ONLY in app. I read many times and saying also "in bakery".
