I also feel like they should expand their options a bit when it comes to their coffees. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. EPIC FAIL on all accounts. A Breakfast place only has to have 3 things going for it: provide good hot coffee, fulfill orders correctly and have cordial and friendly service. Coffee temperature was lukewarm (two days in a row); attention to detail is non existent. Ordered a bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich -- no cheddar. That is no cheese. They had to redo it. Come on...open up the seating area. Every other establishment in Naples has been open for business for months. Instead, this place has all seating roped off and also has signs indicating that they are short staffed. This used to be the place we visited multiple times every week for breakfast and/or lunch. Now, they only do take out. The building is decaying and has not been maintained. Light bulbs are out, it is not clean, paint is peeling, landscaping is dead, and obviously it is facing its last days. This is unfortunate because it does't have to be this way if they would simply open fully, allow customers to sit at the tables, hire a few people, and clean up the place. read more

Also the Vanilla Hazelnut coffee is among the best coffees I've ever tried! I would only recommend to maybe bring something new to the menu. Went in here yesterday for some bagels and a sandwich. They had lots of bagels on a Saturday around noon. The staff was decent and cleaning the place well. We ordered poppy seed and pumpernickel bagels and both were delicious. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich which was far too spicy/greasy because of the cheese and sausage. Not something good for your stomach that early in , in my opinion. Place is nice inside with lots of tables and a self serve soda machine. read more

Don't worry about Covid the lox nearly sent me to the hospital. Had a hankering for an everything bagel with lox for a while: was driving NB on 41 in N Naples and stopped here. I usually don't get capers on my sliced nova as I think they are used to cover up lack of freshness; but they do complement the taste. I downed the open faced sandwich with a decent coffee. About an hour later stomach cramps started; which got worse and worse through the afternoon and evening. I had plans for the evening that had to be cancelled. I tried to call several times and got an obnoxious pretentious message that the team was too busy providing excellent service. Of course they threw in the Covid crutch. What ever happened to the manager you used to have for years and the girl with the 2 colors of hair.... They were magnificent!!!!! They are gone and the people suck. It took 2 tries to get me a sandwich that i threw out because it was so burnt ash was coming off it and it was made with egg after i said no egg. Food is not bad, however while waiting for my food the young lady prepping another order used her fingers to pull the breading out of the bagel after slicing it. This place a good for a quick breakfast and has a decent selection for bagels. I always get the egg, mushroom and Swiss thintastic bagel and it doesn't cease to disappoint. Doesn't necessarily compare to the bagels I've had growing up in New York, but still a viable option for a quick fix. Definitely keep coming back for more. read more

If I go here for lunch, they are usually never slammed. Pretty clean and a nice floor plan. Their coffee is excellent. Their bagels and bagel sandwiches are above-average but nothing to write home about. My only criticism is the chain tries to evolve and switch things up too much- sometimes I just want to order the same bagel/bagel sandwich nine months apart without it being discontinued or altered.
