The hours are incorrect here as they were open later into the day for lunch, but I forgot to snap a photo of the hours. This Einstein Bro's Bagel is located right when you turn to the right after TSA inspection. Across from the Dunkin' Donuts kiosk. Since it was a bit later in the morning, near noon, most of their more popular bagels were sold out (6 cheese, Everything, etc.). There is seating inside this establishment, but you can always just grab and go take a seat where your gate is. There's also some grab and go snacks and beverages here. Workers are pretty efficient. I got their Asiago bagel toasted with their jalapeno salsa smear. Nice and smooth and creamy, but not spicy in the slightest. Decent bagel, a tad pricy but to be expected in the airport. read more

I love the customer service I received from Mikayla she was very sweet and forward. I love the lox bagels at this location but for some reason it didn't hit like it used to! But still a good option for a morning breakfast. This area is always so clean with some good seating available. The only thing I would add to their menu is the lox have smoked salmon which it didn't show on the item description I would love to see them add it since some people don't know what lox is! Anywho about my dish I got the nova lox with everything bagel seasoning. Definitely could share if I wanted to since it filled me right up just eating one side. Everything bagel seasoning, cream cheese, capers, red onions and tomato.. it's good but doesn't look good when it comes to my picture BUT it does the job of a good breakfast option! read more

The service here is soooooo slow. Employees act like it is a real inconvenience to do anything. It took almost 20 minutes to get a simple bagel and a cup of coffee. Once you place your order and pay, you are at their mercy to receive your order. If you order a cold drink they tend to serve it up pretty quickly. For my order I had to wait until they finally toasted the bagel and slathered on a ton of cream cheese before I could even get a cup for my coffee. I had a similar issue the last time I tried this place but I had hoped that it was just that one time. Big mistake on my part. At least they are consistent. read more

This used to be my go-to spot at the Ontario airport, but the last few times I've gone have been disappointing. I ordered the Tasty Turkey, and the last 2 sandwiches I received had soggy lettuce and wet deli turkey. The combination of the two made the bagel soggy, so overall it was a mushy, unappetizing sandwich that I ended up throwing away. This is my favorite breakfast stop whenever I'm flying out of Ontario Airport. The lines can be long, but since I usually travel early in the morning and have plenty of time before boarding, I don't mind waiting for one of their delicious jalapeño cheese bagels. The coffee is always excellent, and the service is friendly despite how busy it gets. The place is well-maintained and clean, which I really appreciate. I love coming here! read more

Employees are nice and they work a large number of people fairly well. I stop here every time flying out of ONT is the morning. Today the cashier repeated my order back to me - lox sandwich on everything bagel, toasted. After waiting a really long time, I got 2 of the smallest pieces of lox I've ever been served. I order this at every EB, so I know it is not the correct portion, and certainly not worth the cost. I had a tomato slice with the core/stem and a plain bagel. Had it not been toasted I would've taken the whole mess back to them, but they were slammed so I ate what they gave me. Please train your staff on the correct portion for the lox order and remind to read the order, not assume. read more

The good....... The place was clean even in a rush. The service was semi fast even in a rush. They had two employees and a manager on duty yet they still were putting out bagels efficiently. I was kinda impressed by their ability to work as a team. The bad........ This one is in the airport, so the prices are a kings ransom. I paid $8 for a simple sausage and egg bagel sandwich. Then to add insult to injury the register asked for a tip. To further complicate things the register offered three preset options and you had to tap through two more minutes to get to the "no tip" prompt. This may sound terrible but I'm not tipping fast food, especially when I have to do 90% of the work. I'm sorry but I've had my full of digital ransoms and unexpected taxes added to everything in the form of automated tipping requests. read more

First, let me say that I'm trying to do a review on the Einstein Bros. Bagels in Las Vegas on Tropicana & Paradise. I first tried this place when my family and I were there to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college. The restaurant is very modest and decorated simple. The people were so friendly and nice but what made me go back a second time was the food. The bagels were phenomenal and I had tried more than one type. It was just a darn good bagel egg sandwich not over the top. Something simple and delicious. Definitely will go back and wish they had one where I live in Rancho Cucamonga California. read more

I actually can't speak for the food here personally. But for the kiddo, this is her favorite stop when we fly out of Ontario. Einstein Bros Bagels is exactly what they advertise. Bagels, bagel sandwiches and coffee drinks. There's also a cooler with an assortment of juices, water and other soft drinks near the cashier. What I can speak for is the service is always friendly and when the lines are long they tend to go pretty fast. Prices aren't terrible for airport food either. I got a pizza bagel with pepperoni and two waters for just over $13. I asked the kiddo if her pizza bagel was as good as she remembered and she gave me the thumbs up. So there it is. If the lines at Dunkin, Coffee Bean or even Rock & Brews are too long, you could do worse than Einstein Bros Bagels. The food is reasonably priced and you won't be waiting a long time to get it. While I was waiting for my Southwest flight from Ontario to San Jose, I thought I would have some breakfast. I don't recall trying Einstein Bros Bagels in the past so why not try it since I have the chance now. I walked in... no one in front of me which is always nice to not have to wait. I asked the lady cashier for some recommendations and she said Nova Lox is good. It's basically a smoked salmon with red onions, tomatoes, capers plus cream cheese on a bagel. I said why not... I love salmon! It comes in a fancy yellow box. Taste wise... it didn't give me that wow feeling, but still a decent bagel. However, it was smothered with lots of cream cheese... ask for less if you don't want the smoked salmon and onions slipping off your bagel LOL. A tad pricey at about $10 for a gourmet bagel if you ask me, but maybe that's average nowadays. I went back to get an OJ (grab from refrigeration area and pay) because I was parched even at late early morning LOL... thought it was freshly squeezed, but it wasn't... it's the pasteurized kind which I don't care for much. It was all good though. Gotta drink! LOL Staff was friendly and pleasant. Atmosphere was okay. A few tables weren't wiped down. They have some black and white wall paintings that I thought was neat especially the ones with a person in or on a big *ss bagel LOL. Will I be back? Quick and easy service, nice people and clean eating areas. Food was good. I got the signature farmhouse and it was really good. Lots of options with ability to make the bagel thinner, only have egg whites (which I did!) and more. This is in an airport and usually airport food is a no no but this was good. I think I'll def be eating here every time I come. Prices were reasonable as well. You'd expect $10 bagels but I paid $7!! Very comparable to real world. Had an early flight out of ONT and although I had fried rice in hand it was just missing the protein. Of course, I didn't need the egg but I did opt for a sausage. But damn $3.50 ish for a microwaved turkey sausage with no flavor was not worth it. I do fly out of ONT often, I would suggest picking up a burrito at Avocado House before heading to the airport or even making a turkey and cheese sando and bringing it with you. read more

Came here to grab something quick while waiting for my children's flight to arrive. Weren't greeted by the employee just told that we needed to wait since the cashier was not there. Ordered 2 hot chocolates and a pasty. Employee burn it and the place smelled like smoke. Best Bagel I've ever had, and for a great price! Service was good and fast and the kitchen looks clean. My only complaint is that I'm from Wisconsin and am very sad to not have one in my home town. Gmornin folks. So here we go already this morning... 3am wake up, turn in rental, hop shuttle to Airport, check in, navigate security and here I am.... Notice no mention of Bfast... due to hotel and its proximity to AP and the early hour, I was relegated to ONT finest... errr whatever was open at 0430.... ok, so Einstein Bros. Bagles... what could go wrong. Store, clean, bright, inviting and 8m all set for some food. The line is about a 15-min wait unless you are snooping and notice the self service Kiosks at the register... that's a dumb place to place them as the congestion doesnt make it easy to access and there are no signs... Also, anyone who has read a few of my reviews knows I refrain from doing other people's jobs lest I getting a discount for doing so.... I get ample time to formulate my order, rehearse in my head so i am clear for the server at the register. I notice that their POS system is having real issues with 5 of 6 folks. Damnit I get to the counter and i am greeted by a lady who just assumed the position 30-sec prior after relieving what i will assume is an off going staffer. Anyhew, I ask her for my rehearsed order as follows: "May I please have the single egg six cheese bacon and cheddar Bfast sandwich (it's how it's written on the menu) and an everything bagel toasted with butter and a schmear of onion and chive cream cheese.. " Server calls back to me my order in an effort to confirm correctness... "I have a Applewood smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich and an everything bagle........." wrong. I tell her no, and I repeat my order as previous... " Server says yeah, it's called an Applewood smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich... Me... "maam, I want that sandwich there" as I point to the pic on the menu... I read the name off the board to her and she again repeats her Applewood smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich and I say "May I please have the single egg six cheese bacon and cheddar Bfast sandwich" irritated by the seemingly obvious misconception communication I pay, take my receipt and go to the holding area for incorrect order delivery. Oh yeah, the POS... faithful to its initials, it is a real POS and I dont mean point of service/sale.... Finally clear and now the wait... Food comes quickly and piping hot... I peer in the bag and see my everything baggle peering back and a foil wrapped packet which I assume is my "May I please have the single egg six cheese bacon and cheddar Bfast sandwich" I depart and head out of the shop for my gate to eat, relax and prep for boarding... I figure I'll save the everything for the flight later and eat the piping hot sammy in the foil packet.... you may recall it's a "single egg six cheese bacon and cheddar Bfast sandwich" ****WRONG**** I got the plain bagle, bacon and egg sandwich vice what I ordered... As I pondered taking it back I look to the 15 minute line and notice it's now likely a 20 min line as folks are lined up into the concourse now... the POS maching must really be acting up. Or the not so cordial/kind lady behind the counter is continuing to aggravate folks by changing their order... So, the good.... the plain bagle, bacon egg and cheese sammy wasn't horrible but damn... it wasn't what I paid for nor asked for. read more
