During your birthday month the app will give you a free breakfast sandwich with a purchase. Always nice when loyalty programs do this. Unfortunately the app is so bad I never use it but you can get you points and rewards when you go in. Great staff and a nice calm place to start the day before going to work or play.

No complaints!! Bagels were delicious . We were here for breakfast 2 days in a row and they definitely didn't disappoint. My chicken crisper tater bagel with a single egg was delicious and my husband love his apple fritter bagel 2 days in a row . I got some green chili bagels to go and they were my favorite. We got some sweets like cinnamon twists and chocolate croissants and they were great too .

The Texas brisket and the sunrise chorizo sandwiches were amazing. The bagels are perfect with the right amount of chew but still so tender. The options are mind blowing! And my iced coffee was on point! Thank you!

    Rotten Nova lox.

My son stopped in to buy me a nova lox sandwich and it was rotten. The lox is a white color with big chunks of green and then a hard spot on one of them and smelled like rotten fish and had a white milky looking sheen on it. When I called the store to let them know not to serve the lox anymore they told me I was "wrong it's not quite rotten yet". Another time I got the Nova Lox sandwich , and I had to take a piece off of that that looked pretty questionable. I've had the sandwich many times from here before and it never looked or smelled like it did today. The fact that Sarah, the manager just said "no it's not rotten just yet but at the end" and "that's the part closest to the skin, so it looks like that, and it didn't smell" is just poor customer service. Look at their pictures of the Lox...and look at mine. So gross.

Rotten. Nova lox Picture not altered.

The amount of trepidation a New Yorker experiences upon entering Non-New York bagel store is immeasurable. Countered only by the excitement of the older couple in front of me online, in her words "ordering with her eyes" she was ravenous and wanted everything. (They did order a lot for two people) At first sight, most of the flavored bagel bins were empty, at 2 pm on a Tuesday. Cranberry, cheesy hashbrown, spinach Florentine, some interesting flavors. My first choice, pumpernickel toasted with chicken salad, the couple in front of me got the last of the chicken salad. Second choice, blueberry toasted with cream cheese. I snagged a few extra: cinnamon raison, asiago and sesame, as well as a blackberry lemonade. Guys, I was famished and literally ate that blueberry bagel in its entirety before I pulled out of the parking lot. It was delicious. Soft, not bready, a very good representation of a bagel. Along with bagels, they offer a large menu so if you are in the area please do yourself a favor and stop in for a bite!

Loved it there. I had my usual lox and bagel - well made as always. Service was great. It was nice to get some smiles in the morning!

Some say the pastrami is the best ever other says the pizza is to die for, well today it seemed most people came for the pizza but I had already decided on the pastrami before I pulled in the parking lot. This was a giant sandwich freshly prepared while I waited, really good fresh rye bread, spicy mustard, swiss cheese and a lot of hot from the grill pastrami (deli sliced but I knew that coming in). I got here a few minutes after they opened so there was no line and the woman working the register was so friendly and accommodating, the older gentleman I presume is George was busy tending to the pizzas and sandwich orders that were coming in. I planned to eat this outside at one of the older tables and chairs which I found pretty cool so told her that and she had the sandwich put in a container and didn't bag it but ensured I had plenty of napkins. The sandwich was $17.04 with tax so there went my twenty dollar bill with the tip. Well that seemed a little expensive to me until I opened it up once I grabbed a seat in the shade and found it was easily enough for two or one with half to take home. There are a number of reasons I give them 4 stars but honestly the sandwich was at best a three, it was a little chewy with maybe a little too much time on the grill. I'm happy I was able to experience this place and I'm planning to return to experience a few slices of pizza (two slices of cheese or pepperoni pizza and a can drink for $8.00) sounds more than reasonable to me...

If you put their beef on a subway roll it would not be good. Beef was tender and the onions and peppers melted in my mouth. Very busy but still pretty fast considering in was Daytona 500 Weekend and it was slammed. About as complete italian market as you can get. Very mom and pop and the quality showed. Prices were pretty good and you get what you pay for. We loved our sandwiches and could only eat about 3/4 as they were pretty big. Just loved this place and all of the locals said that this was THE place to go. They were right. The owner going around asking if we needed anything was the icing on the cake. It is service like this that makes people remember this place. This place should make it in NY or NJ with no problem and they don't have the attitude. Very friendly , and Thank You for the great food and the hospitality.
