Got a bacon egg and cheese and the egg is fresh! Everyone was so kind and fast and the place is clean!

Grand opening today. I did not come and get in line at 4AM for a chance to win free bagels for a year. I'm only in town visiting my mom two miles down the road. It wasn't busy at 10AM. I got to spin the prize wheel. I won a coupon for 50% off an egg sandwich with purchase and a coupon for $2 off one. I didn't use my coupon yet, but I did purchase an All Nighter, my favorite, and two pretzel bagels for later. Staff were busy. My cashier needed a bit of assistance with entering a code I had and then for me to use the money stored in my app. However, alls well yea that ends well. I took my egg Sammie to my mom's place. It was good, but a little spicier than usual. I'm glad this is here. Now I have somewhere close to grab a meal and bagels to go.

The workers were so friendly & helpful! Addison, Tracy, Dan & one other worker I cannot remember her name (sorry!) were all great! I got the Passion Fruit Sunrise & it was delicious! My husband got the Texas brisket sandwich & I got the maplehouse. We would definitely order them again because they were so tasty!! For my dozen bagels, I got the garden veggie & plain shmears. After sitting down to eat my maplehouse sandwich, I got back in line to also purchase the honey almond shmear because it was SO GOOD! We got the strawberry & cream strudel to split & that was also very good! I also picked up some doggie bagels to take home to my pups. The store was very clean & it is located in a larger plaza which made for easy, convenient parking as well! We will be back!

I was greeted with a friendly smile. I ordered the bakers dozen of a variety of bagels. They were soft and fresh. The cream cheese choices were wonderful with hot honey andany more. The place was very clean and organized with tables and counter top. Outdoor seating too. The maps depicts Brugger bagels but it's Einstein bros. Bagels. It's only been opened a few weeks so check it out. Plenty of parking is available.

Stopped by for a dozen bagels around 9am and was happy they were so well stocked. They were all fresh and delicious. My daughter loves the maple French toast and my husband loves the cheddar jalapeño. The everything snd garlic are my faves. You can't go wrong. Super fresh. Super yummy. They freeze well. Fast and friendly service. Super clean.

A dozen fresh, coffee and schmear.

Clean and bright, cheerful staff, fresh bagels and schmears.. and hot fresh coffee! What's not to like?! Aleisha was very helpful! Outdoor seating is a big plus- this plaza needed it!

I was very impressed with this location. The staff was super helpful and my bakers dozen was delicious! The only thing they needed was to restock on cream cheese, which they did when I was looking for a plain flavor. I would easily go back!

It was bit cold inside but since it was so hot outside, I was still happy about it. We were a large party and came by with no reservations but as it was a Monday, we didn't have to wait at all and were seated right away. I didn't catch the name of the server (I forgot her name) but she was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and ---as a person who works in hospitality, I know how difficult it can be to serve a table of 3 adults and 6 children but she was a pro. She gave great recommendations, was very sweet with the kids, checked up on us regularly and made the entire experience awesome. The food itself was amazing. They have quite a variety of things and I chose to have the Mushroom Benedict ($17) and it came with a side (I chose a side of roasted potatoes). I haven't been to Michigan in 9 years and I live in Los Angeles so these prices are very reasonable and even cheap considering what I'm used to paying for brunch back home. I didn't have any drinks but saw they have a full bar. When I'm back in town, this is definitely a place I would love to come back to.

We texted our friends our order and were 20 minutes out when the table was ready. They refused to seat our group, demanding we all be there because the table would then be taken up too long (even though our friends had our order and food takes time to cook ANYWAYS). We got to the restaurant and ended up waiting another hour just to be able to get a table that we had been waiting for an insanely long amount of time. There is no flexibility, humanity, or understanding with this restaurant. Only robots who "have policies" and are "sorry - that's just the way things are." Honestly, McDonald's is better at this point. At least the food is on par with the shit service at McDonald's. No point in nice breakfast if the people aren't even.kind

You can easily walk in, not wait awhile, and get a seat quickly. The restaurant interior was modern industrial with Scandinavian/minimalist influences(?), which I loved because it felt a cozy and welcoming. Any who, back to the service and food. I really enjoyed my entrée, I choose Corned Beef Hash & Eggs and the asiago bread, the dish was a bit heavy (not in a bad way), and I ended up requesting a diet coke but overall, the dish was very good, and the corned beef is not the type from a coney island restaurant, it was shredded and flavorful. The service was outstanding, and our waitress was beyond pleasant and attentive. Would I recommend this place to others? Yes. Would I come back again? Yes, there were other items on the menu I'd like to enjoy.

The decor could use a little makeover but at the same time it does give a warm grandma's kitchen vibe. Single stall bathroom in back is ok - feels a little grimey though. I believe both are remade from former churches (at least Saint 1881 was). RBH has an airy, modern feel with modern chandeliers with a decor that reminds me of an upscale hotel, but still manages to be casual and comfortable. My only drawback was the noise level. With the tall ceilings it was quite loud. It isn't he largest of places, but not a cafe either. Service was excellent, though it was difficult to hear our soft spoken hostess and server. Our server was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Street parking is available, along with a couple nearby parking lots, but they are metered (free on Sundays). My wife wasn't very hungry so she opted for the Chia Pudding and had my toast. Myself, I went for the Chicken Scramble, and it was next level for a scrambled egg dish. They have a bar area to sit at along with plenty of tables which we got to choose from when seated. I love how it's decorated here, it really added to the ambience. I went with the Huervos Rancheros and my mom got a veggie omelet. Both had generous portions and overall, were quite good. My mom enjoyed her meal and I tried her diced potatos. They were good but could've used some seasoning. My Huevos Rancheros was good, but a bit on the colder side, like it had been out for a while. I will say, they were able to substitute the Chirizo with Chicken, which was just okay. Not bad, just average. Overall I enjoyed my time here and the prices match the food portions along with the ambiance of the place. Staff is very friendly and professional, and it was really good food.

Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always goes a long way. Shoutout to our waitress--unfortunately I can't remember her name, but it was actually her first day, and she absolutely crushed it. Super attentive, kind, and on top of everything. You would never guess she was brand new. Food-wise, I ordered the American breakfast sandwich (I think it might've gone by a different name before), and it was fantastic. Everything was just right--the eggs were fluffy, the sausage was flavorful, and the lettuce and tomato added a fresh touch that pulled it all together. Every bite hit. My buddy kept it simple with eggs, toast, and tomato slices, but even that looked really good--the tomatoes especially looked fresh and delicious. Overall, great service, great food, and a really cool atmosphere. Hands down, I'll definitely be back.
