Very disappointed We were excited to see our favorite bagel place come to our neighborhood but that bubble quickly burst We ordered lox bagel for $10 We asked for it to be toasted We got not toasted no tomato and very little onion and lox I want lox in every bite Plus inside our wrapped bagel was a glob of avocado which wasn't on our bagel And my bagel seemed doughy and not fullycooked

I had a wonderful first experience at the new Einstein bros in Sparks. Walked in and the cashier was super friendly and waited for me to figure out what to order for my family and I. Once I ordered, the order came out super fast and one of the employees brought it right out to me at my table. I complimented the gesture and took the order home. My sandwich was super yummy and I can't wait to go back to try another one. I ordered the Santa Fe sandwich and it was still warm when I arrived home. We'll be back!

Worse experience ever!!! Not only did it take 30 mins for my bagel order, it came out cold, hard and not fresh at all. The eggs and bacon were so cold, that it didn't even melt the cheese at all. Horrible experience. I also witnessed a staff member make 4 bagels for guest that were already called and gone, and she just threw them all away, such a waste. I'll never be back to this location.

My order was simple and it was delivered well. It was a great quick visit to get some bagels and cream cheese and some refresher. The ladies were very accommodating and their store looks clean and ready for the day. Lots of seats inside the store. I'll be back for more!

Have been here a few times at this new location. If you plan on eating in, please beware that they do not seem to have any air conditioning. We came in one day on a hot day and it felt like it was 90 degrees inside the business. We always end up eating outside because of how hot it is in the building. Today, we ordered a chorizo bagel, one of my favorites that they offer. The flavor is usually pretty good, just enough saltiness to it and the spread is really good. It gives it just the right amount of spice to your bagel. Upon ordering the coffee, we noticed it tasted SOUR. We ended up asking for an entirely different drink that had no coffee in it and they were nice enough to replace it free of charge. Probably won't order anymore coffees from here and just stick to the bagels. Service is pretty nice and simple. Place is cleaner than most Einstein bagels I've gone to, but I've already noticed they don't really wipe down the tables.

Got the coffee and bagel combo for $8. This spinach bagel was an add on but so worth it. Perfect for a quick and easy meal in the road.

Like the majority of other people doing reviews from this weekend, I also waited quite a long time, but that is to be expected when they are offering BOGOs and there is a new crew working. Rather than concerning myself with long waits etc, I am focusing this review on the customer service and the quality of the product. This weekend we attempted to try this location twice (Saturday afternoon, and Sunday morning). On both attempts they were very busy, with Sunday morning being far busier. On Saturday we ordered ahead and arrived about 10 minutes after we ordered. We waited about 10 minutes before they called my name only to tell me that they ran out of the bagels that we wanted on our sandwiches, and offered up a couple of options to choose from. About 30 minutes later, another person called my name and let me know that they were out of an ingredient for our sandwich. We opted to cancel the order, it was a pretty important ingredient :). The refund went smoothly, and the young lady did so with a smile and did her part to try to make things right. She did so well, that we returned Sunday. On Sunday we order the same sandwiches at about 10:05am. I arrived at about 10:20 or so, to a packed house! Every table was full, people were waiting in line to order and the guests waiting on orders were overflowing outside. I looked at the counter and there were no order up, so I waited. Roughly 11AM, I was called up to be informed that they didn't have the bagels (again) for the sandwiches that we ordered. I chose an alternative and a couple minutes later we received our order, an apology for the long way (along with a smile) and we on our way. We both order the Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich with one egg. Even with a different bagel, the flavors and quantity were spot on! We will return, when things calm down a bit crowd wise! There isn't a lot of seating here with half a dozen or so tables. It would be nice to see some outdoor seating options when the weather warms up.

If you want to wait an hour for a bagel with nothing you wanted on it, go here. Takes forever and is always out of everything.

Nice place but sub par bagels. Seemed to focus more on the bagel sandwich than the bagel itself.

Starting the day with coffee and friends!…read more Last Saturday, I met up with three of my friends, and what better way to start our day than with coffee at Lighthouse? Lighthouse always impresses me. From the moment you walk in, you can see everything so well, and the whole place has such a welcoming, unique atmosphere. The staff are very personable and make you feel comfortable and welcome right away, which is something I really appreciate. I arrived a little early, so of course I had to get my go-to drink--a flat white with heavy cream. One of the things I especially love about Lighthouse is that they always make it feel a little extra special for me. They even put those cute little designs on top of my coffee! It's the little touches like that that make a coffee stop more enjoyable. Once my friends arrived, everyone got something different. We had a couple of cold brews and a chai latte, so there was a nice variety of drinks around the table. Unfortunately, I got so caught up in visiting and enjoying our morning together that I completely forgot to take pictures! I really love the atmosphere at Lighthouse Coffee. It's warm, welcoming, unique, and a great place to sit down, enjoy a good cup of coffee, and catch up with friends. Sometimes the best mornings are simply good coffee, great friends, and plenty of conversation. I'll definitely be back for my flat white--and hopefully I'll remember to take pictures next time!

This place has a lot of cheese options which I love and a lot of hot sauce and options at the counter which makes things even better. My eggs were seasoned and filling, cheese melted and bagel sandwich steaming hot which I appreciated. It is a great stop for a bfst sandwich if you don't have time to wait long or have a long drive like me. I think I love most how lovely the bathroom smells- lemongrass and it was very clean which is always a major plus. There is a lot for parking as well. I think if I returned I would def go with that delicious pepper jack and try a diff bagel. They also have smoked turkey meat so that brought the bagels up to a new level. And they have free WiFi. So a good spot to hang out and do work or apparently bring your kids too haha

I was in Reno yesterday for a Reno Aces Game (they beat Tacoma 13-8), and had time to stop at the Midtown Truckee Bagel Company. From there, it was a short drive to Greater Nevada field. +/- - Counter service was slowed down by the counter person taking phone orders. - Somewhat limited Bagel selection this late in the day. That was OK as my half dozen selection of sundried tomato, wheat, and combo bagels was a good one. - They were out of regular cream cheese, so I settled for a bit pricy smear of Herb. Positives - Easy access on and off Virginia and good available parking. - Expected casual bagel shop ambience, including display and sandwich making behind the counter. - Bagels are baked, no steamed. - Bagels were put in plastic bag (with tie) which in my opinion preserves freshness vs. a paper bag. - My toasted breakfast bagel (next day) was the right amount of heft, chewiness, and flavor. I almost could have eaten it without the cream cheese, but that smear just added to its goodness.
