Sometimes it wraps around the building and collides with the parking lot entrance, which could be annoying. Female order taker was very friendly and professional. I could sense that she was very busy with all of the orders, but appreciated that she repeated my order back to me. Once you order, it does take several more minutes to receive your order, which is fine so bring your patience. Bagel was made as request. Well maybe I came at just the right time, but everything about my experience was great! My wife was at a nearby appointment so I wanted a place to sit down and have some breakfast. The restaurant is quaint with limited seating, but did find a great table for one. It took only about five minutes before my order was taken. The staff was friendly and attentive. Soooo, it was breakfast, so I decided on the Chorizo breakfast burrito. Don't let the name fool you, this burrito has Chorizo, eggs, bacon cheese and hash browns and more. it was very good and filling. I have eaten at Einstein in the past, but have had one of their lunch bagel sandwiches, which are my favorite. So I also bought a Ham and Swiss with lettuce, tomato and onion. It really are so good! Well, I was full from the burrito, so only ate half. Then I was off to pick up my wife. She had been under general anesthesia and had just woken up after fasting. She was hungry so I mentioned Einstein. She didn't seem like she felt like a bagel, but I said "I do have half of one here. She took a bite and told me "this is really good!" Simple but really good. The Asiago bagel and Everything bagel both had great flavor. The plain smear and onion and chive smear were both light and delicious. The Nova Lox was unique and the flavors came together very nicely. I like my cookies a little soft. There was a little crunch and it was still a little soft. My daughter and I wanted this location for the first time. It's been years since I've been to an Einstein location and it was her first time going. She signed up for their app and received a birthday reward and also another reward for free bagel with smear. She was able to receive any egg sandwich for her birthday reward and had to purchase of anything & her choice was blackberry lemonade. The staff was very friendly and we noticed they only had a few bagel selections left due to the restaurant closes at two and opens up between 5-6am. We placed our order at one register, but was strange. We had to cash out at a different register, but our order was made quickly and fresh, and she had to select a different bagel for her sandwich, because the one that comes with the sandwich was no longer available. We placed our order before 12:45p, but they only had a limited selection available for bagels. We noticed they do have meals for breakfast and lunch, but the prices range between nine dollars and up. Our only complaint is the pretzel bagel had a little too much salt on it but overall everything was delicious from the sandwich to the drink. If anything my food always taste better than the last time and the people there are so nice it makes me feel good when I leave. This restaurant is much larger and cleaner than Einstein Bros in Las Vegas. What makes this restaurant a pleasure to patronize is the staff. On the day we visited, there were six girls, not a guy in the bunch. Maybe that's the key, keep out the guys and only use females? Anyway, the bagels we correctly made, not overcooked or doughy as I generally find at Einsteins in Las Vegas. Our orders were prepared well, and the double toasted bagel I ordered was perfect. I was even given some extra schmear when I requested it without having to pay additional money. That would never happen in Las Vegas. From now on, when my wife and I return from Arizona, we'll be stopping here for a quick bite and pleasant service. The same older woman cashier is a nasty person. Stopped in this store as we had just moved to the area. I immediately saw something flying around the bagels. I could see a fly sitting on top of one of the bagels and fruit flies in others. We arrived around 10:30 am for a bagel and coffee. There was one customer in front of us and 2 waiting at the cashier. We paid and waited by the coffee. The coffee area was not staffed. We sat and ate our bagel without coffee. 15 minutes went by and still no coffee after asking the cashier if my coffee was ready. No concern or even eye contact by the cashier. Finally I asked the cashier for our money back for the coffee. The bagel was fair but nothing special at all. This experience was completely unacceptable and disappointing. The staff clearly don't care about their customers. There was 7 people working the front area and probably 10 waiting for food and 4 waiting for coffee. Einstein bagels used to be amazing 20 years ago but now it's just awful. They always so damn angry and judgemental. I've witnessed countless occurrences where elderly folks have been treated terribly and the workers say insulting things on the mic as you're driving away from the speaker box(witnessed many times and experienced a few as well). Please don't try and be a bad food critic unless it actually a thing where (this is an example... if there was mold yes I get the point) but this place is actually pretty good. Most people don't understand what cooking is like when working fastfood and till someone has, they would understand the amount of time it takes to make things, and get it out to the customer. It's busy maybe someone is ordering a lot and slowing down the inside and outside line. Oh a loud car comes thru the drive thru. It'll hurt your ears.
