The new sausage sandwich and the delicious hash brown bite

Even though it was super busy, the service at Einstein Bros was lightning fast! Whitney was amazing, and everyone was so friendly. You have to try the new sausage gravy sandwich snd hash town bites, so good!

Another real time review. The line is long and slow!!! It's 8:49 am and I have been in line already for 4 minutes. I was hoping everyone would be at work already but apparently no one works on Fridays. Lots of employees but only 1 of the 2 registers is open. I got a very toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. I ordered. Prices are reasonable. Asked me if I wanted room for cream in my coffee. Nice touch. They even had a vanilla hazelnut cream. Plenty of seating, even seating for parties of 6 and outside seating. I chose to sit at the "bar" which is facing the window...great for people watching. Lots of Door Dash orders. It is street parking. Parking garage is nearby. Got my bagel at 9:02. Bagel was perfectly toasted and the perfect amount of cream cheese. Was it the best bagel? Nope but it was good enough and reasonably priced that I would come back.

Sunday 930a with my sons before church. Taking 15min to get 3 bagel sandwiches -- Sante Fe, Farmhouse, Bacon Avocado Tomato -- creates heightened expectations. While made fresh, verdict was "ok" for the long wait and price. Coffee drinks available as are bulk buy bagels. If you're in Norfolk craving bagels/coffee, etc, you MUST visit Yorgo's!!!

The receipt did NOT reflect special instructions for 1 old the bagel s, no tomato & no capers.

I'm so disappointed and frustrated because although they have good food, the service at this location is HORRID. Today was the 2nd time my husband has ordered the Nova Lox,no tomato and no capers and they still put everything on it. I saw the girl entered the info in the computer but no special instructions on the receipt. So who's fault is it? Should the employee taking the order turned around and explain to the guy making the food the special instructions? Is it the computer's fault? Do NOT try to customize your order because you most likely won't get what you really want. Also, we got our order before the lady ahead of us in line. A third employee finally emerged from the back to help the rush. I think lots of orderels were messed up or people were not served in the order that they came

Texas brisket egg sandwich on bagel
    Lisa C.

The bagels and breakfast sandwiches here are pretty solid. I enjoy their Texas brisket egg sandwich on a cheddar jalapeño bagel, but sometimes they run out of that specific bagel and I have to substitute. The coffee is decent, but their cold brew is just a little bit acidic. The shop isn't the most comfortable for sitting a while, it's more for grabbing a quick bite or meeting for a coffee. The staff are friendly. I'm glad this place is here, but definitely has the chain vibe.

They have a nice menu loaded with lots of the typical, as well as many unique items for breakfast/brunch. My server told me they do a great job with pancakes, so I opted for their corned beef hash breakfast dish, which comes with a stack of 3 pancakes. I asked for the hash to have jalapeños in it. The food came out quickly... The corned beef has was EXCELLENT! Nice and crispy, like I prefer and how I requested and the pepper in it were abundant and flavorful!! The pancakes were also very very good and the scrambled eggs with cheese were cooked perfectly too. Service was great and so was the coffee. The venue is kind of worn down, but still decent. Overall, it was a great experience!

Here's the breakdown of today's line up: Bob's Biscuit and Gravy: First of all, the portions? Massive. The biscuit is incredibly fluffy, and that savory, rich gravy is pure comfort food heaven. It's a classic done flawlessly. Chicken and Waffles: The perfect sweet and savory synergy. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired with those golden waffles? Unmatched. Traditional Eggs Benedict: A textbook masterpiece. Perfect poached eggs with that gorgeous yolk pop, sitting on a toasted English muffin with a silky, rich hollandaise. 10/10 across the board. The sausage gravy was very nice, the biscuit was great. The chimichanga was excellent and HUGE!! I liked the crema on top of it, but I really liked their selection of hot sauces, with their house-made "gator sauce" being my favorite. I definitely enjoyed this visit and would definitely return!

Breakfast Bar Hispanic Fusion is located in the Lynnhaven North Shopping Center in Virginia Beach…read more I've seen the area where the business is in the past, but never made the stop there. My mom and I decided to try this place out since our regular Sunday breakfast spot was closed that day. The visit here was on April 5, 2026. This restaurant was pretty easy to find once we came into the shopping center. There are quite a few businesses along the stretch this restaurant is located at. When you first come up, you can see the darker colors on the outside of the business. There were also a few info boards in front of the limited outdoor seating available. It was pretty early in the morning, so it wasn't too busy yet when we came in, though when we were done, it was much busier. There is quite a bit of indoor seating available. The overall theme inside does have a breakfast type of vibe to it as well. We were immediately greeted and seated when we came in. Our server Anna was pretty quick to come to the table and introduce herself. We weren't ready to choose what we wanted to eat or drink yet as we had really just gotten seated, but she gave us a few moments and then we were ready to order drinks. My mom went with coffee, but I figured I would try their Bloody Mary. She was good about checking the age too. After the drinks came out, we were then ready to order the breakfast courses. I decided to go with the Mallorca French Toast entree with coconut syrup and Argentinian Chorizo as the protein. My mom decided to go with the Scrambled Eggs (Two Eggs) with crispy bacon, white toast, and breakfast fries. While waiting for the food to come out, I tried the Bloody Mary, which was very good. It wasn't too spicy, which is the way I prefer to have it. The flavor combination was good for that. After ordering, the food came out about ten minutes later, which is about the time I would expect with the order we had. The Mallorca French Toast looked really good. My mom's order looked good too. The Mallorca French Toast was quite the indulgence. This was the first time I had had that type of bread. The bread was soft, fluffy, and easy on the mouth too. The coconut syrup was a great complement to it, as I normally don't do syrups due to the sugar content. I knew this meal would likely spike my glucose, and it did, though not as high as I thought it might have gotten to. The Argentinian Chorizo was really good too and had a great flavor to it. I would definitely do that as a protein on future visits too, as you don't see that everywhere like you do bacon. Our server was great about checking in on us and asking if we had any questions or issues. Overall, this was a very good first experience coming here. The food, service, and such were great. I want to note that there wasn't a surcharge for using a credit card as of the time of this visit. Since their menu has lunch type items too, I would come back and try some of those items in the future. If you're looking for a different take on breakfast places, this place is worth checking out.

For me, the biscuit and iced tea just didn't hit the mark. Biscuit was dense and tasted heavy on the baking soda. Chicken was a huge portion, but the skin was burnt and coming off in chunks. Gravy was good consistency but lacking flavor. Bacon didn't add much to the party. I couldn't finish, which is rare for me and a biscuit! It sat heavy in my stomach all day. Plain iced tea tasted fruity like maybe machine components had been mixed up. Holidays can be a tough time for staffing and consistency, so I'll be back to try again! Very generous portions all around.
