When you first come up, you can see the darker colors on the outside of the business. There were also a few info boards in front of the limited outdoor seating available. The overall theme inside does have a breakfast type of vibe to it as well. We were immediately greeted and seated when we came in. I knew this meal would likely spike my glucose, and it did, though not as high as I thought it might have gotten to. The Argentinian Chorizo was really good too and had a great flavor to it. I would definitely do that as a protein on future visits too, as you don't see that everywhere like you do bacon. Our server was great about checking in on us and asking if we had any questions or issues. Overall, this was a very good first experience coming here. The food, service, and such were great. I want to note that there wasn't a surcharge for using a credit card as of the time of this visit. Since their menu has lunch type items too, I would come back and try some of those items in the future. If you're looking for a different take on breakfast places, this place is worth checking out.

I've never had jambalaya pasta that was so creamy. I can still taste it. That's going to be my main item to get whenever I go back.
