Food was delicious! we ordered berry berry French toast 10/10, big grill scrambler 11/10 so good, and BLT 10/10.

I got the corned beef platter with eggs, home fries, grits, and toast, also sausage gravy with a biscuit. The prices are pretty reasonable here. Its a tiny restaurant, so i prefer take out. Because there could be a wait for a table. The staff is friendly and they always seem pretty busy when i go in. If you get the corned beef hash make sure you try the jalapeño sauce it comes with. The sauce makes it pop!! The sausage gravy was good once i added some seasoning, but it was bland. The biscuit was good. They toasted it on the grill. The grits were a little dry. All in all the meal was decent. Check them out!!!

Amazing little neighborhood diner that we will absolutely keep coming back to. I am so excited that we found this place, less than a mile from the house. We are already planning a walk here next time. Service was great, food was the perfect home-cooked, delicious flavors that you expect from diner breakfast. Prices are also super fair. Consider us the new regulars.

Happened upon this place after my son's soccer game down the street on a Saturday morning looking for pancakes but wanting to support a small local business. Upon entering it was packed out and I it looked like there might be a wait, but they quickly pushed some tables together and made room for my party of 4. While we were waiting everyone seated by the door could tell it was our first time and started to make suggestions, you could feel the love the regulars have for this place. Our server was super kind, friendly, and even made some jokes to interact with the kids. We waited quite a bit for our food (over 40 mins) but I'm still giving 5 stars because the atmosphere was a VIBE and we enjoyed ourselves having quality family time while waiting and also understanding it's a small kitchen. We'll definitely be back here! I've lived here over 22 years and never heard of this place!

Food is impeccable! Service is too . The restaurant is small but totally worth waiting if you need to for a table .

This was a weekday visit for a late breakfast. It was a little hard to find the stripmall location on a side street, thank goodness GPS. It is a sit anywhere mom and pop restaurant well supported by locals. The dining room haHightower. tables and chairs along with hightops. The menu is basic good food. Drinks were fast, and the server was pleasant and attentive. She loved to listen to my husband's countless stories, like reading an adventure book to a child. He ordered the Big Grill Scramble. It has potatoes, peppers, onions, eggs, and sausage, really filling, and half came home. I wanted something simpler, so it was the plain French toast and bacon. The French toast had some sweetness to it even without the add-ons of powdered sugar. It also has cinnamon and butter, yes, real butter. The bacon was crispy and salty. It seemed like a long time to get the food, even though there were 3 cooks in the kitchen. Carry out was happening, too. When it finally arrived, it was worth waiting for. We will probably come back on our next visit to the area, it is a distance of 13 miles from our resort.

    Very comfortable environment.

Very quaint, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Good portions and great wait staff. Not loud while over half the seats were occupied (picture taken before our meal with very few patrons) :-) ) Cheese burger was pretty good, hot dog was too. Onion rings totally ROCKED! Coleslaw, potatoes salad, and fries were just as good as the rest of our meal. Absolute recommend this joint.

I ordered sides: one egg, two sausage patties, and Corn beef Hash.

Five stars across the board. This is my new favorite "go-to" breakfast spot. Completely unassuming, tucked away in a pseudo strip mall. There was this ONE woman, who took orders, made drinks, brought you your food, brought you refills, checked in on you, bagged your "to-go," took delivery orders, prepared "to-go"' orders, and checked everyone out. Phenomenal. AND did all this with a pleasant, hospitable disposition. This is the place you come when you want just the basics, done well. No "frills." Simple. Basic. Good breakfast/brunch, and lunch food. This is the spot for good, basic, quality food. Make sure you get there before 2:00 pm!

Western Omelette and a side pancake!!

Visiting thee area from out there of town. Landed at Shelton's Big Grill through Yelp's site. Here is what I found. Waitresses are very friendly and attentive. Western omelette has a made at home taste. Shelton's is quaint, clean and plenty of parking. It's a must visit to Shelton's again when visiting. Great Job!! Thanks, Derek

Found this tiny joint by chance, we waited for a table to become available probably for 20 mins. seem to be only the cook and server working but they were efficient and effective. The food was good, and came put quickly than expected. Coffee was fresh and delicious. Parking can be tight during the weekend.

Found a little gem hidden inside a plaza worth going to . They have great shops all around here. This place is small, but has a big heart !!! They know their regulars by name and keep the coffee flowing on the mornings. My younger son ordered all by himself today and asked for pancakes and sausage links. They were good. He ate every last bite with a side of whipped cream ,lol. I had scrambled eggs, grits, bacon & toast (8.50) totally worth the price and it's delicious. The bacon was good. Our waitress made sure we needed nothing and was attentive til we left . The menu is cut down but the food and service wasn't . Make sure you come hungry !

Before entering I noticed a Sign on the door warning about the delay due to short staffing in the kitchen. I appreciated the transparency and with no timing restrictions decided to proceed. The menu has a good variety of food and beverage options. They even have mocktails and can make any mimosa (flavor) non-alcoholic. For breakfast I opted for coffee (free refills), and the Chicken and Waffles, specifically the Life's a Peach option. Coffee was good, not too strong, not too weak! The meal was also good, think peach cobbler, with chicken. The waffle was thick and soft. The chicken was lightly seasoned and crispy. The peaches were on top of the chicken, but I think on top of the waffles would have been a better call (so I reconfigured things myself). Half way through eating I noticed the candied pecans were missing so I asked my waitress because I was interested in trying them with the dish. She noted that they didn't have them and haven't been able to get any for over a week. While I would have ordered the dish anyway, it would have been nice to be told upfront. Another downside of the meal was the third chicken tender was all batter, I didn't see a bit of meat in there. Check out the picture and let me know if you see it. Anyway, while the hostess - first interaction with the business - wasn't very warm, I found everyone else I interacted with to be very hospitable. I enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it.

I've only been here once before, but I love how open and spacious this restaurant is and you can actually see the tanks where the beer is brewed, which is pretty cool. We looked over the menu, while waiting for our server to stop by. It actually took quite a while for her to come over and by the time she did, we were ready to order. We decided on the Beef Sliders and the Chimichurri Street Tacos, both with the Parmesan Garlic Fries. By the time our food came, our friends finally arrived but it took the server a long time to return to the table to even take their order. We seemed to have that issue all evening. I did enjoy the Tacos, they were delicious, and my boyfriend devoured his Beef Sliders. For a place that wasn't very packed, we expected a more attentive server so I hope that's something they can work on in the future. I'm sure it'll take me another couple years to return but I'm hoping the service will be much better by then.

I got the boneless chicken bites as an appetizer. It was very good. The chicken was chicken breast. I could tell that they were cooked fresh fried fresh. Next I ordered the Bistro grilled chicken sandwich. That one I will not be getting again. The presentation was acceptable, but the chicken breast was very tough to the point where I couldn't even eat it. After one bite, I just let it go. Next up was the fish and chips that was the star of the meal. The fish was very large. AND DELICIOUS! You got a lot of french fries. I will definitely be getting that again.
